When they finally opened 3 days after the storm, they wound ONLY let you order a thin crust pepperoni pizza for $13.99 carry out only. I ordered (2) pepperoni with extra cheese. I received one pepperoni and one cheese. Neither had extra cheese.
Wont ever order from this location again. This is the only Pizza Hut I have seen that does not have dine in.

This place gets a higher rating because of the people working there who are excellent when it comes to customer service. But the business itself has a lower rating because many think we have forgotten the difference between what a large pizza was and a medium pizza. After the pandemic , someone got the idea of selling less for more! I wait for the return of getting your money's worth which hasn't happened with the price increase of less for more money.

Parking: The parking is HORRIBLE Pot holes bigger than a washtub and bout as deep. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp I know doesnt meet up to code and then you have to deal with all the deep holes Everywhere in the parking lot. We live less than a mile away. Got the text that the delivery was on the way at 6:30. Driver didn t arrive until 7:01 - 30 MINUTES LATER. How does that even happen?? We re a 6 minute drive but weren t able to go pick it up guess I learned my lesson though and just won t be ordering from here again. Oh they also forgot our 2 drinks Tried to reach out to customer service but then it timed out on me when I tried to submit it so it never got submitted. Whole system seems like trash

I came in for an appointment I had made for 11am,l at 1030am. I made this appointment for the lady I always go to. When I walked in the manager told the new male receptionist who I was there for. He then pulls a mother & son who came in after me that did not have an appointment before me with the lady I was waiting on. While they were walking back the manager told him I was waiting on a particular person. He has his headphones in on a video chat and was not listening. Next person comes available & he had to be told to give her a customer. He tells me to come on and walk that way and then realize he did not listen & I stop him & told him I was waiting on someone. The manager tells him again. The next lady comes available & he does the same thing. The manager told him he was told 5 times I was waiting on my lady. At that point I lean forward & told her that he put someone that came in after me before me with my lady I had made an appointment with. I also made it a point to say he has been on video chat the whole time I have been here & he had not been listening to her or anyone. He needs to learn his job or get another one.

My husband called the store asking about a special we saw on a commercial recently. The customer service associate directed us to the website and happily walked us through to help find what we wanted so we finished the order online and even got a discount for the family meal we ordered. Everything was was ready on time, exactly as ordered, hot and fresh. Although we were about 15 mins late to pick up, everything was still perfect. We got every sauce we asked for and all we needed along with a cold two liter to complete our meal. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend!!

It was a pleasant visit until the young Caucasian girl at the front decided to make a face at me all because I told her my order was confirmed already. I was a Manager at Pizza Hut for 5 years and an attitude like that is very unacceptable and disgusting. You should never treat your customers like that because you never know who s watching. Update: Its 10:47pm and the pizzas never came nor did the call from the store. Ordered pizza for delivery at 7pm. Its now 9:27pm and the pizza still hasnt been delivered. When you call the store no one answers and it goes to the call center. Call center claims that pizza shows it was delivered and states that store was texted to call me about not having received the pizzas. Still have yet to receive call. Call center also claims that store has to be the one to initiate refunds. Not sure how thats going to happen when you cant even get anyone to answer the phone.

Ordered online. It took them a over a hour after my order was placed to call me and tell me it would be an additional 3 hours if I wanted delivery due to driver shortage. I went to pick it up. Rating for service NOT the food. My food order gets 5 stars! I thought I was ordering delivery, added a tip, submitted the order and the screen that shows the making progress showed ready for pickup in...minutes. Thats what clued me in it wasnt delivery. I immediately called the store. Was told to hold......after 5 mins, I hung up and called back. Was hung up on 3 times. Finally got through and again was asked to hold.....I stayed on hold 22 more minutes and was walking in their door when someone got back on the phone asking if I wanted to place an order. I requested my tip be removed since I wasnt getting delivery which they did reimburse. The pizza was delicious and that was their saving grace. ***** Edited 6/20/22- I have still been ordering from this establishment but once again I had issues. Upgraded bread sticks to cheese bread AND charged $2 extra to do so and received plain breadsticks. I tried calling, was asked to hold right off the rip...for 3 different phone calls that I made. I was on hold so long and denied another incoming call not wanting to go through the hold time again. The 2nd time the incoming call came in I had to answer it and it disconnected me from Pizza Hut. I called back then realized they would have just closed. I never called again to report anything to them. Its NOT worth my time trying to report a mistake they have made.

I love Pizza Hut, its my favorite pizza. Dont judge. Recent delivery order was prepared and delivered quickly. The driver was extremely courteous. My food was not prepared as ordered. I called and spoke with someone at the store. The person was not unfriendly, but also unapologetic. I was on hold for a few minutes before a manager (apparently) came back and said that they could refund the parts that were missing which amounted to maybe a buck and a quarter. They also said that it would be probably a week before that happened. Said they could cook the order and deliver again, but thats another 45 minutes and Im hungry. Still no apology for the botched food. I didnt want to be a jerk so I took the deal. However there was no apology, and no recompense for the substituted toppings that I didnt get and that did not cost extra. Ordinarily I wouldnt have left this review, but Pizza Hut asked for it via email. I think for as long as the bad taste in my mouth lasts from this visit, Ill be trying the competitor who is a little closer to the house. Sorry Pizza Hut, I really will miss you. Great food.
