This is the second time I was overcharged, because of inconsistencies with your waitresses. The wait to get this order corrected was way too long. I just had to get that part to go. My pancakes were a little rubbery. My seating was sandwiched in between 2 other parties tables. Hopefully, you can see that in the pictures.
My precocious visit i was charged 37.00 for breakfast for substations that normally doesn't cost that much. This time was only an extra 2.29, but that was part of the grandma's breakfast. I'm just not happy with Cracker Barrell right now. I feel like, I should have went somewhere else for those 2 breakfast.

We like the food at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store but sometimes are reluctant to stop because service can be very slow at some restaurants. That was not a problem here. Service was prompt and friendly and the food and atmosphere were each really good.

I chose delivery. Expected time of arrival 2:22 PM . So I jumped in the shower, thinking I had had plenty of time. It was delivered before 1 o’clock and left on the doorstep . I chose a grilled chicken sandwich which was burnt on one side and had no color on the flipside. I usually get bigger french fries. The salad was not crisp, but I ate it anyway. I enjoyed the sweet potato. No condiments for the chicken sandwich was included. I ordered a Hershe chocolate bar with almond Never delivered. I’ve ordered this meal a dozen times and only twice was disappointed. Yesterday was one of the times I was disappointed.

Boyfriend and I came to Cracker Barrel before he starts his first day working there! Haven't been to Cracker Barrel in a LONG time and was very excited. We both got the New York Strip medium rare mac and cheese and the steak fries. It was so good I finished my plate! (which I never am able to do) steak was so juicy and tender... I was in heaven 😍 will be coming back for the steaks. Our server was nice and attentive to us, and we were able to find some cool stuff in the gift shop!

We stopped before we were heading out of Charleston on a busy Saturday and service from the host, server and food coming out was consistent and fast.

Shelby our server was nice, friendly, attentive and happy to answer any questions or make any suggestions. She checked on us often and our order came out promptly.

It had been a while since we stopped at a Cracker Barrel and it was a good stop for sure!

I love getting the catfish dinner on Friday’s. Catfish was outstanding as usually. Thought I would try the mashed potatoes loaded. That was an utter bust. They put in the takeout container like all day or something. Terrible, turnip greens, cornbread were great. Don’t do that to save time. The potatoes were dried out. I’ll stick to my double turnip greens, thank you very much!

We love Cracker Barrel, and since we were spending this Christmas in a hotel while visiting Charleston for the first time, we ordered meals at North Chaleston's Cracker Barrel for our Christmas Eve dinner. We were so excited about it and couldn't wait for our Christmas Eve Cracker Barrel meal. Sadly, it was absolutely tasteless! It was so bad that no one finished their food. Not even our dogs wanted to eat the food. What a disappointment! So much money and time wasted.

The food took a long time to come out, given that the restaurant was virtually empty. Our waiter had to be asked for our sides that were on the tray behind him. He never came back to the table and although he was in the dining room several times, has to be flagged down for drink refills and for the check.

This message is for Thomas-Michael. You waited on a couple @ 6:30 pm. PLEASE choose another profession. The food industry isn't for you! You told us there was no fried chicken, after we had to choose something else. Then you proceeded to take a fried chicken dinner to the men sitting near us. Only to come back & tell them to the same. Seven minutes later a nice lady came out to tell us the fried chicken would take 15 minutes! Thomas-Michael or Michael Thomas whatever you go by. I KNOW you had an 8 (EIGHT) top! It's sad you choose to treat us this way, you would have received a really nice CASH tip. For the FIRST time in over 35 years of marriage have I ever NOT TIPPED! I had the app to get on the waiting list. When i arrived the girl at the front called out another person with the same name and she allowed them to take our spot with out checking the last name or phone number. I then had to wait to get seated. I even shared this with the manager and he did not seam interested either. Why have the app for wait list if the employees don't follow up on there end to ensure the right people are getting the proper service?

Everything was great! The only bad thing is paying the bill. It should be done by the waitress so the customer doesn't have to stand in line for 30 minutes. That is crazy and always has been. And some pay with cash.

Since we're out of town for work, we stopped in there for Thanksgiving.. Golden corral was closed at 4:00 and I'm very thankful for that.. The pies taste just as delicious as if I made them at home.. I'll actually be going back for Christmas to purchase my homemade pie from cracker barrel. Ssshhh.. Turkey was very generous portions and the sides were just as good

I informed them of the skimpy turkey and they sent me a gift card for a free meal in the future. I thought that was good of them. My mother and I attended this location last night and we were very disappointed. As I’m writing this we are both ill from dining there last night. Our server was fine. It was the food that was terrible. Both of our foods came out cold. I ordered chicken and dumplings with a side of macaroni and cheese, and when my food came to the table, the macaroni and cheese was mixed in the bowl with my chicken and dumplings. The dumplings were cold and watery. We both sent our foods back to get warmed up since they were cold. It took an additional 20 minutes for the food to come back and it was room temperature, and somehow some barbecue sauce had been spilled into my food and plate. The manager came by to check on us and we expressed our concerns and I told him that it’s lucky that is was just barbecue sauce on the plate and food because it could be a dangerous hazard if something else was spilled into it and somebody was allergic to it. We expressed we understand how hard it is working in the food industry since both of us have been serves before.
We also mentioned it was warmer outside in the cold and rain than it was the restaurant

The food is very good, although it took almost ten minutes before our beverage order was taken.

The Caucasian manager in the gift shop is overbearing. She hounds you to ask if you want a basket, or if you want her to put your merchandise by the register. I came in holding my wallet and my phone and my keys. How about she harass people who come in with back packs!! I don't appreciate being hounded like I am some kind of thief. That lady needs to back off and let people shop, that is why I spoke to her about this. It is rude and inappropriate.

The food was good, however, I noticed that we were overcharged for two additional sides. Next time, I'll pay closer attention to the receipt.

Overall, I will return to this restaurant; however, the gift shop manager needs to chill. It was not a fun shopping experience with her treating you like a thief. I bought two Christmas stockings for my kids and a Christmas ornament for
my boyfriend. He also agreed that it was not a pleasant shopping experience because of the harassment.

This dine in visit was my first in a very long time. The first thing I noticed was that the menu was changed from the last time I was there. I was looking to eat something lighter than what they had. I was in the mood for omelettes, yogurt with granola or oatmeal. They didn't have any of these options. It was difficult to make a decision for this reason. I ended up deciding with Grandpa Country breakfast which consist of 2 eggs, any side ( I chose tomato 🍅) and biscuits with gravy. No options were available to add to my eggs. I was looking for Bell pepper, mushrooms, any veggie really to add inside my eggs. The only thing i saw was green onions so that's what was added. I chose to drink water with lemon. For appetizers, I had beignets. I only had one. I didn't like it. It was way too sweet for my liking and was loaded with sugar. My waitress was kind and professional during my visit. The food came out in reasonable time. The food was delicious and hot.

The kitchen has roaches. I've seen roaches crawling across the steam table where the hot food is served,across countertops,on dishes,etc.
They don't thoroughly clean the grill,they say it's to keep the grill, "seasoned"🤢🤮
The employees don't wear gloves,because the company says it costs too much money to replace gloves consistently. The cooks don't wash their hands frequently,if at all. The managers and servers speak to the black employees as if they're slaves on a plantation. I worked here for two weeks and I was constantly bullied and verbally attacked by Robbie,the manager. My first week of training I was sent home because I stood up for myself against the manager. He apologized to me the next shift I worked,but then a few days later,the same manager, Robbie sent me home because he said I didn't acknowledge him when he spoke to me,but I honestly didn't know that he was speaking to me, as I had my back turned,busy working to get the tickets out. I explained that I didn't know he was talking to me as he did not say my name. I really thought he was talking to one of the other cooks.
And it's very comical because on my first day of training I witnessed a cook that has been with the company for seven years,curse Robbie out like a dog, and he was not reprimanded or sent home. But I was asked to leave because I didn't acknowledge him speaking to me behind my back. The managers have really big egos and power trip.
They are very unprofessional and only hold their management titles because they started out as servers and dish washers and worked their way up to management. And it shows that they clearly lack the professionalism to lead others efficiently and effectively to make for a great work place. They make it a very hostile working environment. They have their favoritism for employees and they run the new employees away. Cracker Barrel is a joke and I have lost all respect for them in the community. Their management really live up to all the rumors of this place being nasty and racist.

I've ordered online and finally decided to go on for service for a change, think that was a wrong choice. My husband and I had bad experience, scrambled eggs were under cooked, steak was leaking blood when I asked for well done and had to send it back 3times because I can't eat red meat for health issues. So my other foods got cold waiting for steak. The drinks were great. The waiter was nice and polite. One of the managers came to check in to make all was well. I told him we were good but I was tired of sending them back for undercooked food. So we paid and left with drink 🍸 in our stomachs.

I have always had a good experience at Cracker Barrel prior to this one. When me, my mother, and my sister walked in; we saw an item that caught our eye. We asked this sales person (and elderly lady) if we could have in a item. Instead of dealing with the issue of us not being able to have this item( bc it was a display) she delivered a nasty attitude towards us and disrespected her fellow employee. That matter got resolved in the end, but we were highly disappointed at her attitude and how she seemed to be following us or being near us throughout the time we were in store. Now, I have had a bad experience customer service wise or food at the years me and my family have been going to Cracker Barrel ( on Mazyck Rd), so this highly surprising and disappointing.

It's a Cracker Barrel. Reliably good food of a basic variety with decent service and a store with lots of weird old timey stuff.
We have been to a lot of these and this one was one of the better ones despite a lot of new employees as evidenced by their aprons.
Love getting gravy with the biscuits without needing to order.
Check out was clunky.
Not sure why Silverware is a dish recommendation option but I will recommend it just because I can and you can't eat much here without it.

Cracker Barrel isn’t just a restaurant, it is a southern experience. Every time I am in a state that has a CB, I MUST go at least once. The store is just so much fun! I can ALWAYS find something either for myself if someone else. All sorts of wonderful food/candy items , toys, clothes, housewares. My personal fav is to come before the holidays for unique items for my tree. Then, the restaurant…where else can you get friend. Catfish & eggs? I know that might not sound the best but it is!! But of catfiah isn’t your thing…chicken friend steak, ham, bacon steak…you name it, they have it! Every kind of pancake! The BEST hash brown casserole ever! If you love southern food, or if you just love food, you too will love CB!

We normally love this Cracker Barrel but today was one of our worst experiences. I found a hair in my breakfast plate. I am sure this could happen anytime into anyone but our waitress, Mary B, also known as Missy was not friendly, very abrupt and not professional. When I told her there was a hair in my food, she wanted to know if I wanted a whole new plate or just where I found the hair in my hash brown. We never had a manager to come and speak to us or anyone apologize.
When Kim at the register asked me how was our meal, I explained everything to her and she had someone come and take my meal off of our bill.
Kim apologized, but we never heard from any manager.
My recommendation is to make Kim the manager. She is very thoughtful, professional, and caring.
We probably won’t go back to Cracker Barrel.

Went to Cracker Barrel off Ashely Phosphate this evening. It wasn't packed and appeared to be well staffed. The service was not great. It took a long time to h

Mixed experience. The biscuits and gravy were decent, but the biscuits were a bit hard and dry, which was disappointing. The hashbrown casserole was okay as well, but it arrived lukewarm, lacking that comforting warmth I usually expect.

On a brighter note, our server Joc was fantastic! He was very friendly and attentive, ensuring our coffee cups were always full, which made for a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and we were fortunate to have no wait, which is always a plus.

Overall, while the food could use some improvement, Joc's excellent service and the pleasant atmosphere made for an enjoyable visit. I might give it another try in the future!

Leuk concept van winkel en restaurant, in de winkel kun je allerlei leuke spulletjes van vroeger krijgen om in het restaurant te komen moet je door de winkel.
Eten was heel erg lekker.

There was a table that had an Austin child sitting there just caddy corner, the kid just screamed and screamed. Almost left they could have moved us .

The chicken and dumplings was so bland and need a lot of seasoning no taste. Peach cobbler is good just need a little bit more sugar
