Any paying customer likes to be acknowledged when they walk through your doors. If I didn't have my granddaughter with me I would've walked back out. She saw an outfit the day before that she wanted to purchase, so we went back. The staff needs to be trained in customer service/hospitality. If a customer comes in it means they have money to spend and feel respected when greeted at the door.

I used to really enjoy coming to this hottopic location. But each time I’ve gone in you get the normal blerb of what promotions they’re running or what’s new. OR EVEN A HELLO. Myself and friends were entirely ignored kinda sad, I was wanting to buy a dress that was high up and couldn’t reach but was just brushed off, I ended up just ordering the dress on the website I’d rather the location get credit for the sale. Sad to see this location decline.

Great atmosphere! There are tons of different throw blankets attached to the ceiling. We had a hard time finding Simpsons stuff for Christmas. They had a Simpsons throw that was perfect. The lady who got it down was more than helpful. Also told us you buy one, get one half off.

Love this store despite getting rid of Doctor Who merch. I can still find some great things here and picked up some $6 SW tees. The Christmas items were not on any discount despite it being in January. Oh bother, I will go back when I am in the area as the location is not convenient.

Not a fast time at cash register. They are relentless in getting your information promising coupons—that never came—totally a phishing scam. They are desperate in getting personal contact information rather than actually selling stuff. Patronizing, condescending, sleezy staff and no customer consideration as I was stepping over floor models and merchandise navigating the store.

One of the best Hot Topic's I've been to. surprisingly plenty of room and plenty of sales going on. My only complaint is the lack of pop figure. I did find a Dustin pop so that was good.
