I went to this location this morning. Service was nice however the quality of food was not. I had coffee beans in my tea and my sandwich was burned. I called to try to speak with someone about receiving a remake of order or a store credit gift card and the phone is just going straight to voicemail.

I LOVE the morning staff at this DD. They are always friendly and energetic. They've quickly become a part of my morning routine and I'm so glad that the store remained in service during the pandemic. I am obsessed their sweet black pepper bacon sammich. 🤗

So let me start by saying I don’t typically care enough to write reviews. I usually let things slide time and time again before I say something. This SPECIFIC Dunkin location across from Charleston Cosmetology Institute is beyond “hit or miss” at this point. The amount of us at this school who give money nearly every day to get breakfast/lunch at this Dunkin is ridiculous. Myself, personally, I’ve spent a TON of money getting food almost ONLY here for the last half a year or more. I sometimes get a HAIR in my food which is very disgusting to see after you’ve eaten majority of your food and realize it. I’ve had cold food on PLENTY more than one occasion, and attitude as well from some of the older ladies who work there. Mind you, there are several students at my cosmetology school who have had issues over and over by this place. One of my close friends had to call the manager earlier this week because she is ALSO sick and tired of the service she receives. The manager was very kind to our surprise and said she wouldn’t even be against us boycotting the whole store and that they had a lot of new hires recently, which is understandable. But for this to happen time and time again for months has become frustrating. And once again, this morning, my order was wrong and when I asked for the correct food, they wanted to charge me extra. Most places would accept the loss or mistake and just hand you the correct damn food. But no, they wanted to charge me again for their mistake. Absolutely not. I understand this is all he says, she says and that I have no current photos/videos for proof, but please think twice about going to this location. Any other Dunkin functions better than this one. Sorry to those workers who DO actually do their job correctly and obviously this wouldn’t apply to you but I think some of you aren’t very self aware or focused on what you do. I will no longer be going to this Dunkin and it’s sad to know how much money you guys are beginning to lose on a daily.

Literally the worst customer service ever, I paid for a green tea and asked for “light ice” the lady gave me a drink half full. When I asked her why the drink was only half full she told me “because you asked for light ice, if you didn’t the drink would be full.” Then when I told her I believed that wasn’t right and to give me my money back she then told me “no and you can come back in an hour or two to talk to the manager.” I asked her to take a picture of her and she said she doesn’t care.

This Dunkin is consistently out of all their doughnuts and munchkins. I’ve come 4 different times and they haven’t had any doughnuts or just one flavor. I’m not sure why you would keep a doughnut store open that continually has no doughnuts? 🤷🏼‍♀️

I asked for extra extra cream cheese, like an ungodly amount of cream cheese, and they definitely delivered. It was at least a half inch thick and oozing from both holes, it was everything I hoped and dreamed it would be. This Dunkins always goes above and beyond with my ridiculous requests

Egg bites had something that looked like plastic in them. Coffee was dreadful. My chocolate munkuns tasted like play dough. Now it. Had been? Years. Since? I. Actually ate a chocolate munchkin? Donut maybe they have changed the recipe sense then. I took the munchkins backup and said Hey. Can I get an exchange for these these taste horrible the taste like playdough... The guy just looked at me and said no that's the way they've always tasted...... So I took my four donut bites and threw them in the trash and left.

This location started out great when they first opened up and has been inconsistent since then. My last visits insisted of screwed up drive through errors- (missing items). Staff often short handed: got an attitude about “hand packing o e cream as it was “too hard”. (really???).

Ordered a drink with special attention to details. - went through def ears. and had to “deconstruct” when I got home to make it drinkable.

Some staff very courteous- others are “zombie” like.

And recently, a friend of mine went there and got a “take biz elsewhere if you don’t like it”. (apparently a manager with a nose ring).

DD needs to get on the ball- keep donuts fresh- retrain their staff and be attentive.

I don’t think i’m gojgn back to this one unless it’s for pre packed ice cream which i can get in supermarket.

DD in the area are just going downhill. Miss the days of the 70s where donuts were fresh and coffee was fresh and employees were respectful.

I walk up to the counter and I’m the only one standing there. The cashier did not acknowledge me for 2 minutes because he was texting. Then when he finished his text, he put his phone down and looked at me and then I started with my order. Very very rude when he was grabbing my donuts. If you didn’t want to work there then you shouldn’t have filled out the application.

Great donuts and drinks. Staff usually friendly. There are always long lines during peak hours (to be expected), however the drive thru is very very slow. The point of the drive thru is to get in and get out. I've sat for 20 mins, then decided to go inside to order. The parking is difficult to navigate when there's a drive thru line, especially for anything bigger than a sedan. Hard to get out of your spot because drive thru line is blocking all the parking spots. Needs a new layout. Very unorganized inside, staff raising their voices due to the high ops tempo. Wish there was another one nearby.

They were only doing drive thru and I had already waited 10 minutes for munchkins and a sandwich. They didn't give me my munchkins and I didn't check at the window like I usually do but when I pulled around to go to the door, the lady is screaming at me she can't help me to go to the drive thru. I had to wait yet again for 15 minutes just to get my complete order that they messed up the first go around. The last time I did a mobile order to gaurentee my order be right and they literally handed it to the car in front of me then with a straw inside it the person sent it back but already drank out of it. They had the nerve to take the straw out and smear the whip cream to not have to make another drink. Most disgusting and rude Dunkin I have ever been at. Today was the last straw. I will not be going back.

Visiting from Orlando and hoping to get a great and hot late in the morning before going to work but I find a very incompetent guy and the rudest manager I have ever seen instead. My whole order was cold and when I asked (politely) if it can be redone, the manager start yelling at me telling me if I put less creamer in my coffee it would be hot. Wow, really? She coached me on how I need to drink my coffee? I asked for my money back and she snap again asking for my credit card. She shut the window and I can still hear her screaming and complaining. If I could give zero stars I would! The manager and staff are ridiculously rude and immature! Even if you are short handed you do not tell a customer who is waiting patiently in the drive thru “I will get to you when I get to you” as an acknowledgement to your customer saying “hello?” Politely I might add because I was in no hurry! I wouldn't give this place any stars, BUT! Let me start by saying that this location is WELL STAFFED (if I could add the photo I took from the drive-thru I could prove it). Sadly, it doesn't explain the mistake with my order..... I've been here twice, but rest assured I will not return a 3rd. Both visits, the drive-thru was wrapped around the building.... AAA---NNN---DDD both times the items that I've ordered were incorrect not to mention it took well over 5 minutes to get my order, a 8 minutes ordeal total. During this visit 3/12/2022 @ 0932am (time when I placed my order) The drive-thru was packed once again with seemingly no one inside except for about 6 people in and around the drive-thru window (from what I could see having driven around this place). I ordered the same thing as I always do (2 EVThing Bagels with Veg CC). So can someone tell me Why they couldn't get that order correct, and this ordeal took over 12 minutes total, which to be fair included them having to "remake" my order. I will say that the staff here were kinda "polite" but good customer service is soooo much more than a fake smile and a politely worded skit. I will take this as a sign from the COSMOS and buy my Bagels from the grocery store. #nomorenotsofast-food

All I can say is the lady that runs the drive there is completely RUDE! The first time I went I was like ok maybe she is having a bad day, went 2 more times and each time she was horrible. Makes you feel like you disrupted their day going there. And good luck with any frozen beverages. They MIGHT make it for you but don’t hold your breathe. There is always an issue. I, for one will not be going back to that location. If you feel like pulling away from that place completely frustrated then this is the place for you. It doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give.

It is February 24, 2022, 4:42 p.m. I just bought to glazed donuts from Dunkin Donuts on 8507 Dorchester Rd, North Charleston, SC. The two donuts were old, there were no glaze on them and they taste like a bad piece of bread. Why would you sale me some old donuts. This is not the first time that this happened at this establishment. At least leat me know that they were sitting there for along time so I can have the option to buy them or not. I am not pleased. If you want Dunkin Donuts go to the one located where Ladson rd and Dorchester rd meet. I never had a issue with them

I was so confused by the server. My friends and I wanted to order from the Baskin Robins menu. We were immediately informed that they were short staffed, and they didn't have toppings to make or complete our order. So, I asked her about flavors and cones. I was confused because I wasn't sure if we couldn't get a scoop of ice cream due to staffing issues or shortage of supplies. We decided to just leave the drive-through.

I seen the low stars and that should have been enough to deter me from coming here but noooooo lol I just HAD to come here because it was close to my house. They're super rude and clueless over the speaker, like they really have no one running anything in there. I have always gotten the brown sugar oat iced coffee frozen, never had a problem. I ordered that, and an oreo blast frappe for my daughter and when I asked for whipped cream they acted like I was inconveniencing them... they took the order anyway and my payment, and then got snooty and annoyed when I pointed out that my drink wasn't frozen - but iced. Tried to tell me I ordered it like that, and that they could not make that drink frozen. I just just asked for my money back and the manager happily obliged even after making a spectacle about my drink. There is another just a little further out that has WAY higher stars (for good reason) and it's only a few extra minutes away... the other other is ALWAYS happy to see you and they're more than happy to make your drink the way you want it. I KNOW that when I'm having a bad day, I can go there and have a better one

Pulled up and the door says “Dining room closed due to staffing issues” which it totally understandable, so we went through the drive thru and they were incredibly rude. We asked if they had frozen cappuccinos and they rudely said “No Were out of those.” and so I asked for a few minutes to look at the rest of the menu and when I started ordering, after every item I ordered they asked “Anything else” in a very rushing manner. I ordered munchkins and they asked if they were assorted and I said yes other than No blue berry. They said “All Blueberry?” and I said “No. None” and then i ordered 2 avocado toasts, i said that I wanted 2, twice. They told me to pull forward and when I got the window the man at the window told us our total and I handed him two gift cards which had $15 on each and our total was $19. He handed me both cards back and I asked which one still had money on it and he ignored me and shut the window. He started handing me our coffee and food and then asked again if i wanted my munchkins assorted to which I said “No blue berry” he then handed me 1 avocado toast, and then stared at me like he was ready for me to leave. I said “There is supposed to 2 toasts” and he said “I need the receipt” and I grabbed the receipt and said “It only says 1 but I asked for 2 at the speaker.” he then said “I have to charge you again” so I gave him the gift card back and we waited for the toast. I said thank you and he shut the window without saying a single word again. I understand being stressed bc of short staffing, but it’s effecting everyone. A little kindness goes along way.

I usually get iced coffee from Dunkin and sometimes it's a hit and miss but this morning whoever made the coffee was a godsend. It helped me get through my 8 hours shift at work and tasted amazing thank you. Great service as always so 10/10

No strawberry doughnuts ,coffee was bland and watery. Hot food was not hot. Wraps were hard

Variety of Donuts was so good. Apple Cranberry drink was pretty good but I ordered a Green Tea but they were out. Still had pretty good customer service.

Snackin Bacon 🥓 with maple is so delicious. A little sweet to curve a sweet tooth. French Vanilla Macchiatos are also delicious 😋

My granddaughter wanted a donut. The service was great but I couldn't believe the price of one donut. But it was worth it.

Put caramel whip cream on top of a hazelnut coffee specifically ordered for dairy allergy instead of the caramel coffee.

Seems they can never make an ice latte that taste like it actually has espresso in it, even when I pay for an extra shot. Even the ice coffee taste watered down.

After waiting 15 minutes the man who delivered my 2 boxes of Joe was apologetic.. but the wait was expected due to the long line so it was appreciated!

In the drive thru line for 35 minutes. Only 3 cars ahead of me. Not sure what this location’s issue is, but they need a major fix ASAP.
