Suzanne over the intercom in the drive thru has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Helpful. Kind, and patient. It’s rare to see someone happy doing their job now a days (understandable) but she was just so radiant. 10/10 experience!

I was traveling and had a 3hr40 minute hour ride back home and I stopped here after I visited the cycle shop next door. The food was cold service was ok. You can tell they were busy but you can hear in their voices they were kinda mad. But the picture of my sandwich is below I took a bit and it was cold not even warm at all. I won't be back here again.

Corporate or store management needs to get it together!!!! Employees were harassed and attacked by a man in drive through who then proceeded inside the store.. There’s no reason the employees had to witness what happened today whatsoever. Not surprised they’re distracted and slow. They’re dealing with inappropriate situations. Man was angry because his bagel wasn’t baked properly- even though that’s how they come from the manufacturer and he took it out in the young lady who was just doing her job. He then stole a bunch of stuff from the store and stormed out.
The place was tidy and clean and organized. They had full lines out the door and drive through and still managed to be polite and help everyone the best they could

Location is great and clean. Staff is always helpful. However, their lobby closes before their open close time on google. The drive through is still open. This should be indicated some how for those who don't travel by car.

The SLOWEST DD in the area. I came by after church today to get something to drink. I went to the drive thru and sat there for 5 mins. They never acknowledged me. There was only 1 truck At window. I will go to the other DD by the hospital up the road. I’m done with this location

I called yesterday afternoon to place a large pick-up order for this morning. Suzanne took my order and was so friendly and patient! Unfortunately, when you place large to go orders items are not always correct, but that was not the case this morning! My order was spot on-even to include napkins and plenty of utensils. We order quite often for safety meetings and various other staff meetings throughout the year, and typically I use a different location that is not as friendly or helpful as Suzanne was. Never again! I will pick the food and coffee up here always from now on. Great job to Suzanne, the rest of the team, and the management at the Rivers location!

I had the best experience this morning at this location. The manager Suzanne was very helpful and kind. The whole location was quick and efficient. I was with a coworker who is having a rough time right now and every year she purchases a Dunkin Ornament. Another manager named Jenna(sp) overheard my coworker saying she couldn't spend the money this year on her ornament and the manager purchased them for her!!!! We were completely blown away at the compassion. This location is very lucky to have such great managers!!! I will always go to this location for my coffee needs!!

I went through the drive thru to pick up donuts to gift a business I use. There were 3 cars in front of me. The line moved quickly, and the two people who served me were friendly, helpful, and fast. I made a large order with no advance call, but they were able to accommodate me in no time at all.

This is the last time I come to this establishing an order and buy anything. I ordered a medium mocha iced latte and the drink was so light full of milk. I told the cashier they took it put half a pump and gave it back to me the same color. Waste of my money!!!!

Ordered drive thru pick up as my toddler was sleeping in the backseat. The manager refused to let me pick up at the drive thru window which made me have to wake my kid. When I got inside she still refused my order and ran into the back where she hid until I left. The whole experience was terrible and the food was ok at best... definitely won't be back.

I give only two stars because the staff a drive-through were patient and kind with me giving them four dollars in lose change for a coffee. The manager came over and started complaining saying we can’t take that if it’s not rolled and refused to give me my coffee because I gave four dollars in lose change. I’ve been having a rough time. My financial situation is tight, and I just was buying myself a cup of coffee to cheer myself up. And the manager on duty refused to sell me my coffee because I had change. That’s horrible Customer Service.

I pulled up to the drive through. I had to order from the passengers seat. Who ever the person was taking my order screamed out “ayo stop yelling”. We definitely left. Customer service is A ZERO. Arrived half hr before closing hours. another car in drive thru, no one never took our order we both drove to window and nobody came to window, when I pulled up to window nobody was in site but music was blaring inside. Drove around to to see if anyone was in lobby but sign on door said drive thru only and 2 male employees lounging around I guess milking the clock until close. I waved to get their attention and they said they were closed! For this to be a new location it’s getting run down quick with these type of problems (past reviews) at this establishment. I Understand about shortages of employees but maybe more responsible adults should be hired. Hope this feedback helps with this establishment.

This is one of the worst Dunkin locations I’ve ever been to. Customer service is horrible. There is a little girl that wears her hair in two buns that works 2nd shift that is very rude. I use the mobile app for my orders. I went there one night and pulled up to the drive thru speaker to let her know I had two mobile orders. I proceeded to give her names for the order and she just blatantly interrupts me in the middle of my sentence to tell me to pull forward. She just hands me the drinks without any names on it so I had no idea which drink was which. If the customers bother and annoy her that much this definitely isn’t the job for her because that’s exactly how she acts. She never greets her customers either. I wish there was better customer service because I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks.

I would have given a better rating, this location employs young adults whom either seems slow and sleepy ( need caffeine apparently) or they are sloppy with a meal you've ordered. I asked that they re-due my order, which was done correctly by an older employee.

Same order, different location. How I order what I order always causes confusion and a different price, so I had questions just to get clarity for this location. To that older lady at the window today: You are rude and have no business working in a customer facing position. This is not your calling. I didn't order bagels with a side of disrespect ma'am. The other person in the car with me doesn't speak English but also understood that you have a nasty attitude. The young lady who finished our order was pleasant, professional, and left a good impression but I am giving 1 star because management sees that rudeness is a common complaint on here and they do not seem to care. Stop getting your friends to leave 5 stars.

I see why this place gets a low rating. I purchased a latte at half the cup was foam at a high price. I asked the lady can she fill up the cup with a little bit more coffee after I removed all the foam and she said no. And they do not offer a option for no foam whatsoever. This place is really slow at serving. And by far it does not compare to other coffee places.

I love Dunkin coffee but when I drive through the order is incorrect 50% of the time. I order slowly and clearly and sometimes repeat it. Most of the time the attendant repeats my order back, yet still comes out incorrect.

The girls taking your order have a nasty attitude and seem like they're miserable to be there. They do not have any manners or any customer service skills. If you're not happy with your job you could always quit and do something else. Everytime I go there to get a custom order they're always telling me that they can't do it as if those same options aren't given to you on the app. Don't waste your time going to the one in North Charleston on rivers. The one in Goose Creek has a lot friendlier customer service and know how to do there jobs without giving you an attitude.

PLEASE GIVE THESE EMPLOYEES A RAISE. To have only 2 people running an entire dunkin is not acceptable and the least management could do is give them a raise for running the whole store with smiles and kind attitudes.
Other reviews have mentioned loud music, which i do agree with, but thats the case at every restaurant I've ever been to honestly. They've also mentioned rude employees, wrong orders, and not being greeted when they come in. None of those things have been my experience and I don't have any complaints about this location besides that the employees should have more help or at the very least get a raise for working so hard.

I attempted to go in and get coffee with my mom and we waited and they didn't even acknowledge us being there. They didn't even have anyone in the drive thru, just us in the store. If you value your time, stay away from this location. Employees are rude and SLOW. Placed an order in the drive thru for 2 coffees. Get to the window, pay and wait 16 minutes for someone to return! It's a different person and they try to charge me again and had the nerve to get an attitude with me! The lady that took my money was sitting down by the register! Ordered on my DD App at 7:29am and after waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes, finally get to the speaker to say my name and I pre bought my items and after waiting for 7 minutes for someone Finally448:158to talk to I get to the window and they said they had my order but the lady at the window is telling me something differently! Waited 17 minutes for my food, they forgot to make my order. I counted 4 other employees yet only one of them was actively working behind the counter, he deserves a raise. He was literally running back and forth trying to keep up with the drive thru and the dining area.He kept a level head and a polite attitude when the customers got upset. Always a ridiculously long line. Food should not taste different every single time you get it. Woman literally grabbed my bag, put it down, and handed me someone else's. Of course, after being in line 20 minutes, I had to rush to work and didn't realize it was wrong until it was too late. Tried to call the number on the receipt, no answer. First and last time I will experience this location. Had to correct my order while at the window. I've been doing the maple brown sugar on a bagel 🥯 for a while now. And my 'no ice beverage' since '09.
They had my sandwich in a croissant. And a iced beverage. Plus my snackin bacon was cold.
Now, she admit she messed up on the bagel, but insisting I didn't request no ice and cold bacon, that's where my "never again" came in.

Once they didnt give full order and when i came back they start give attitude for their own fault and today i ordered black tea and repeated 3time still got black coffe!! Unbelievable!!

Went in the afternoon. Most donuts were gone. Nobody ever acknowledged me, so left and probably wont return.

What is the point of putting one of the most visited coffee places on one of the highest traveled roads in North Charleston if you are going to have less than pleasant employees. Customers like myself don’t ask for much. A nice greeting, and a pleasant exchange of money and food. Simple you would think right? Wrong!! I will say, I did receive a nice greeting at the speaker but it was all downhill from there. What I encountered at the window was nothing short of angry, rude, and disrespectful employees. No one forced you out of bed and into work this morning. What employees fail to remember is that they are the face of the company, the company that they choose to work for. The company that I will not be revisiting. Yeah I am just one person and my business most likely will not be missed. But from the looks of these reviews I am not the only one. Just remember that first time customers never become long time customers as long as your employees act the way that they did when I was there!

Slow service. No sense of urgency. Did a mobile order and arrived at the location at 1:19. There was no one waiting in the drive thru line and it took a while before anyone even said anything to me through the intercom. When I get to the window, no one even came up to it until 1:26pm. The employee did not know what my order was, when I told him what I had, he went to grab it without even knowing how it was supposed to be prepared.

This location is really nice and clean and efficient. Employees are friendly. Really nice to be able to pick something up quickly and go.

I was really excited for a donut place close to home. Tried twice. Both times in the morning and the donuts tasted old. Didn't even get the donuts I thought I was. Asked for chocolate covered cream filled and got plain with chocolate creme inside. Paid $9 for 2 donuts and plain coffee. I know everything has gone up in price but for that I rather get hot fresh donuts from Krispy Creme. Not the end of the world but still disappointed. Money's tight and wanted to treat myself.

This particular Dunkin I'll have to postpone going to again until it's kinks are worked out (which is a shame since it's so close to work). My drink was a completely different item on their menu and they ignored the donuts that were chosen for the 12 count box and just put random ones in and rushed it over to me. Not the worst outcome, but not great
Edit: gave it around a month, they still can't give the correct donuts even when told several times

There is no number to call and speak to someone in regards to an order. I ordered hummus and tomato toast. Get home and toast has NO TOMATO

Sat in the drive-thru for 45 minutes to pick up a mobile order because the inside was closed. Arrived at 10:15 and as of 10:58 AM still wasn’t served. Didn’t have our complete order somehow and didn’t have half the items we had ordered. Never got the food I ordered and when I told them they simply stared at me blankly. I just threw my hands up and left. There’s some free money DUNKIN! 😡

Giving 4 stars because my bacon egg & cheese bagel was not hot but overall since they have opened I haven't had a problem until now and i come everyday. I also love their coffee, i get the cold brew with sweet cream foam and its always on point! Definitely will be coming back (:

Visited on 06/19 at 2:30pm. As soon as I got to the speaker the employee greeted me. They was out of the jelly donut I'm sure due to the time but accommodated me with something similar. Shaquanna smiled and greeted me at the window. She was very friendly and professional. The service was quick and the Munchkins was good. I will definitely be returning!

Best black coffee ever, also love how I get different donut holes in the 25 piece assortment box. The bacon was cooked to perfection.

Snackin bacon was undercooked, 10 piece donut holes were thrown in a bag and not a box, ice coffee tasted like black coffee and did not look like the picture on the menu, 25 piece donut holes included jelly filled which i didn't ask for...
