This location needs to seriously readjust their staffing decisions. This morning around 8:30am we stopped by and we’re surprised to see that only one person was working. This one lady was taking orders and making everything herself. There was a very long line as you can imagine. She was very sweet but really seemed so tired. We asked her why she was alone and she told us that the other employee was taking their break. She also said she’s by herself often and that it’s okay. It was sad. It’s not okay. Do better Dunkin. This is way too much for one person.

Very rude staff member. I am not one to complain - especially since I fly every single week through CHS and know it can be stressful being up so early. However, there is a better way to treat customers. I decided to go through Dunkin in the airport. I was the only one in line, so it wasn’t very busy. I asked for a Nitro Cold Brew - which is listed on the menu. The woman wearing pink for the morning shift on 9/19/2024 got very defensive and explained that the nitro is more potent and does not come with ice. I responded with, “ OK Great! That is what I’m looking for. I’ll take the Nitro cold brew.” She then responded, “it doesn’t come with ice so do you want a cold brew or the nitro?” I then stated again that I would take the nitro cold brew as listed on the menu. She then said, “it doesn’t come with ice!” When I responded with, “is it not a cold brew like stated on the menu just without ice?” She turned to her coworker and said, “it isn’t hot - this lady isn’t listening” and walked away from taking my order. The next coworker that came to take my order had no issue when I asked for the Nitro cold brew if they had it. Please see the picture of my Nitro Cold Brew with no ice. Not sure what the issue was, but she definitely was not the picture of customer service and was very rude.

The staff is very organized and kind. They fixed a mistake on my order fast and were very nice about it. They are working very hard because there isn’t many other fast food options in the airport. I hope everyone is patient getting their food or coffee. The food is yummy and so is the coffee.

I'm not much of a doughnut type of person anymore, but there’s other options for breakfast. The is adequate and will do if you haven't any other options. The matcha hot tea is great. The is usually quick and friendly.

Can't get a hot mocha at 4, 5 or 6 am. When there are 3 other places to get a latte in the airport why would you send customers away? You're a coffee shop, ALL coffees should be available at all times. I have went 3 morning in a row and it's the same. Plenty of people on shift its not a shortage issue, just lazy employees. I think the airport should let the company hire their own workers instead of using airport employees. That way customer service would actually be good. No competition means complacency.

Long line and very disorganized. They messed up our order, just further adding to the amount of time everything took. Apparently messed up someone else’s since they were giving away a free iced coffee they screwed up. This experience seems pretty standard for an airport though

Super rude this morning. I ordered a cold brew nitro, and when they asked me what size I said medium.

Waiting for over ten minutes with multiple other people served that were in line being me. They ask what I was waiting for. I told them a medium nitro cold brew.

She proceeds to give me a medium could brew and I say "I asked for nitro" she says "they don't come in medium."

Something that when I ordered she could have told me but didn't bother and was really rude about it.

Employees were in a bad mood and so impolite. After waiting almost 10 minutes on the line I was told they couldn’t make hot latte and did not have an empanada. Didn’t even bother to suggest what they had available. Terrible customer experience.

If you’ve been to one Dunkin Donuts your seen them all.

Basically this airport location is a smaller version of the usual stores.

Staff was good but I’m not used to asking for sweetener when I order and them handing me the coffee with the sweetener on the lid for self service.

Also, they do not participate in the Dunkin Donut reward program nor to they accept the Dunkin Donut app.

The staff member said “it’s because of the airport” but I wasn’t convinced.

All in all a good cup of coffee as always.

All three of the staff working were very rude. There wasn't even a long line at 6am, I walked straight in to the register to place my order. The two girls making the drinks and food both had awful attitudes, both acting like they didn't want to be there. I waited for the breakfast sandwich that i ordered and watched the girl making food make a full batch of bacon, then start another one, tgen stepped aside and pulled out her phone, so i asked her politely about my order, thinking maybe it was skipped, and she deadpanned looked at me and said "im making your bacon" even though i had just watched her pull out a full tray of bacon and put it in the warmer. Then she went over and started making my sandwich, and finally put it in a bag and looked away when she stuck her hand out with it to give to me. I said thank you and she ignored me and went back to her bacon.
Only giving this review 2 stars bc the food was decent, but i wouldnt come back just based on the staffs poor attitudes.

This is located inside the Charleston Airport. The staff that day was not very friendly. I do not know if they had rude customers or a rough day. There were no napkins. When I asked the young lady, body language appeared to me that I was interrupting her.I explained she did not put napkins in the bag and the napkins holder for empty. The sandwich was still cold in the middle. No pictures.

Janet Acosta who stated she was the manager was rude, snappy, unorganized and unprofessional. Then, when I asked for a refund she didn’t even know how to refund on my card, and asked another worker to do it. If she’s the manager she is not doing well at representing DD. I asked her for her name and the number of her boss and she refused.

The young lady who took my order was very nice and professional. As was the lady who provided my refund and gave me the rude “managers” name and the contact information for the GM.

Please send her through customer service training. People traveling don’t want to encounter a rude, unhappy person serving their food. And better yet, won’t put up with it like locals might.

They heated up my food to where it took too long to cook in order to eat it. The biscuits are nasty. Sausage and egg were great. The servers are amazingly quick and very pleasant.

Place is pretty bad. They don't take the app. And the coffee is sub Par best. Dunkin donuts should screen who they give their franchises too. I recommend burger King coffee instead. U guys suk
