This shop visit was great. Black Friday discounts exists and the clothes were very nice and comforting. The only disappointing part is Black Friday left the ground with Black floors and messy shelves. See now I get if it takes a lot of work to clean up but it’s been 2 days since…

They used to have a wonderful Petite Dept. They have reduced it several times over the last couple yrs that ALL that DO have is for the grandmotherly type polyester, etc & the most expensive brand! No more Gloria Vanderbilt color collection or capri/shorts for younger or middle age women!

This store is going downhill fast. Visit it and you will see for yourself. I visited Saturday afternoon store wasn't busy at all. What I noticed merchandise on the floor, dirty / stained carpet, trash that hasn't been picked up for awhile. Hope gets better.

Wonderful customer service! She was so patient and helpful at the jewelry counter. She helped me download the app and showed me how to scan for prices. She even checked the prices for me to be sure app was correct. I loved her taking time with me, even though she was in the middle of other work. I don’t like going to malls, but this was truly an enjoyable experience!

I received many compliments about the items I purchased and I was very happy about the quality of the items I purchased. This was the first time I had been to Belks in years. I love the Mt Pleasant Men's Belk at Town Center. It is one of the few stores that carries a men's Tall, not just big but tall. The selection is still very minimal but so far they have the best selection.
