Recently purchased a Kendra Scott necklace by initially calling store to verify availability. Spoke with Jessica. She immediately found the necklace, got it to customer service to hold for me, and called me back to let me know. Next day Margaret helped me complete the purchase in customer service and arrange for pickup. The friendliest service I’ve encountered in any retail in years. I can’t say how pleased I am with the staff at this location!

Lovely environment. I can't believe that they still do gift wrapping here. I'm so excited to give a gift that is so beautifully wrapped by a very nice young lady from here. I stopped by Lancôme department, Mary Rodrique, sales representative assisted by recommended a Lancome absolue cream to help me with a dark spot I was having issues for a couple years since I was burned above my eyebrow during a wax.

Mary gave me some samples of the absolute cream line. I tried it for approximately two weeks, the dark spot was about 60% lighter. I was amazed with the results I returned to order the absolute cream. I will definitely stay with this brand for the rest of my life.

I suppose the concept of the mall in this day and age is kind of outdated, however, this store itself as far as appearance seems very dated and could probably use an update.
With that being said, the store itself is clean and the employees are are super helpful. This is actually the only place my wife and I go to get fragrances, because of that very reason. They are always willing to spend as much time as needed and also offer some potential options that you might not known about.
The shoe department team is also very helpful even when there are way more customers than employees.
Customer service desk, efficient and friendly. Great store filled with friendly employees and the manager is also extremely welcoming…I don’t know his name, but I’m sure you’ve seen him around.

I bought some shirts and pants from the Northwoods and was very pleased with them but they are a little snug so I returned to the store to get the right sizes. They had all the sizes I needed and I had my receipts so it seemed to be an easy exchange. Well, apparently not. Even after getting the manager involved they said they could not process the return because the tag on two of the shirts had been pulled off. They had obviously not been worn and I had the receipt / and the stated return and exchange policy is that you must have e the receipt OR the tag and it be less than 30 days. It’s very frustrating. I have called Dillards corporate but of course have not heard back. I just want the right sizes.

Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. This is a reflection on store management, I think. This helpful attitude of employees has been instilled for years in Dillards. Many employess have offered to add us to a list of customers that they contact when a sale is upcoming for something their customers have expressed an interest in.

Our sales person was so good I bought 2 pairs of shoes. So many times these days you have to wait for a salesperson or get it yourself. Not here! It was well worth the drive

On top of the Discrimination that I always receive, they have a policy that you can only return clearance items within 3 days. I specifically asked if I could return my clearance shoes. I was told that I could and was not told that I had to do so within 3 days. I am disgusted with them at this point. People in retail fail to realize that if we don't come then they don't come. Why would you lose a cardholder customer OVER 3 days and $30? I knew that I should've went to Belks. I am DONE with this company.

My daughter bought some $150 shoes from here for graduation that hurt her feet. When we tried to exchange them the next day, it took act of congress just for them to exchange the shoes and give her the difference back in a refund. The shoes she wanted cost $40 less. The manager claimed the system was down but after I insisted that they make it right for my daughter, they walked us all the way on the other side of the store to customer service from the shoe department for a refund. Oh it was also because of split tender cash & card they claimed. On a better note the lady in jewelry was awesome with helping my daughter find jewelry for her big day.

I am not happy with this dillards at all! I was looking at louis vuitton bags and the sales associate miranda was rude and not helpful! I will be shopping at other dillards! Dont recommend them she was snappy i owned quite a few louis vuitton bags before and i never had a problem with any other sales associate!
