Wonderful customer service! The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. She apologized to everyone in line when she was waiting for the manager to come up front to assist. They also had the advertised items on sale for the Grand Opening! Great rapport with most of the customers.

So the store was busy day before school starts. The clerk who checked me out was super nice and helpful!! The manager seemed to be having an issue with an obnoxiously rude couple who knocked boxes over or something . They were yelling cursing. He was very nice and he did call police because they were very disrespectful. But the staff kept working to get customers in and out.

This is a great place for your family shopping. It's has a little bit of everything that you need for your family and home. My go to place for my daily needs. The Staff are friendly and very helpful. Always courteous and willing to help you get your needs met. Definitely recommend this store to my families and friends for their household shopping.

I am only giving this store two stars because they have finally got some employees with some actual customer service experience at times. THIS STORE IS ALWAYS MESSY, NASTY & A HAZARD TO WALK THROUGH. I MEAN ALWAYS. It is the worst one I have ever been to. It is never clean nor are things in the right place. Therefore if you get something that says one price only for it to ring up another & point out to them where you got it & the price they do not care. For over 3 months now the same items are in the wrong space with the wrong price. But they are offended if you say something as if we get paid to stock. This place needs to have the health inspector go through with a fine tooth comb. I'd bet any money they find bugs. I'd never suggest buying food here. NASTY & MESSY ALWAYS!

Sharee is the store manager anytime I go in there the employees are professional acting and pleasant with a nice greeting upon entrance.the store is mostly clean except when there stocking the shelf's you have to finagle your way around. Everyday needs stock the store. I just wish they would carry anchovies . With a name brand grocery store nearby I still get most of my foods at a better price .99¢ fresh eggs & bread are unbeatable.

I arrived at the store at 9:54 pm tonight to grab some drinks and toilet paper. The cashier with short dreads was doing her paperwork with the doors locked to the store. I knocked on the glass. She looked back at me and continued doing her paperwork. I am sick of this store management. They always do this and this is not right. Someone needs to reach out to me. I will be calling and emailing until the store can be staffed with people who knows the stores hours. I did not want to leave any stars but that is the only way I could post the review.

Just when I thought I would have to give up shopping at Family Dollar, the staff at this location proved me wrong! I visited the store yesterday circa 10 am. It was my first time at there. The male and female cashier were very pleasant, friendly and helpful when it came to me finding items.
