I went to pick up a copy and I went up to one of the employees that goes by Kim, I gave her my phone so she could see the order number in the email when ahead was done looking at it she tossed it on the table witch was really rude, and then she told me that my order wasn’t ready yet even tho I placed it the day before. Then I went up to another employee very nice by the way she helped me with my order. Don’t remember her name but she was short with short hair and thanks to her I got my order.

Horrible customer service
If you’re in a pinch, go elsewhere. Called ahead to ensure I could get my print job completed. I get to the store within 11 minutes of my call to discover the printers were down due to network issues. When I asked why wasn’t I informed of these issues when I called, both men looked at me confused. Then one said, well the issues were intermittent. I then asked, can you not try to see if they’re up? At that request, the other guy claimed that corporate said to shut the system down for the remainder of the day. All the more reason to let the customer know that the printers are down.

Me and my sister just left from there very unhappy. They staff was not helpful at all, there was another lady there and she had problems with the printer and she was waiting for a very long time just to get help. The directions on the printer was very confusing, I spent 5 dollars just to not get anything printed. I am trying to get labels for my candles and I’ve never printed out anything before, just the staff needs to do better with costumer service and helping when people don’t know what to do

Was confronted by a very warm hello and a how is your day? Then the cashier proceeded to disrespect the last customers openly with me. I didnt agree with her and she continued to put them down openly. She engaged in this dirision wit me for a while, trying multiple justifications for what was said. I am a customer. Then when she didnt recieve the same bigoted stance from me she proceeded to shew me out the door. Openly. Disrespectfully. Wouldnt in a million years have expected this. Not a good look........
You(office depot, staples snd max) lost this customer today!!!! Its starts at the hello for us, the customer. But dosent end until we are out the door. Might be a good ideas to teach your employees that just because I resemble you dosent mean we share the same culture.
I will find a way to call/engage corporate as well. You google number is a loop to no one. Be better....

Came to this location to print flyers to be distributed by my business.

Printing multiple copies of the same notice text on one sheet of paper then needing to cut the paper.

While waiting in line to have the papers cut the print center attendant was very smug and rude to three customers in line before me keeping the same ridiculous smug smile on her face.

When I asked if you'd be able to cut the flyers for me. She indicated that in their precision printing center they didn't have anything capable of cutting straight lines. When asked about that she said that the machines were very old and so they would not be able to cut a straight line without cutting words off of a page.

He proceeded to try and demonstrate that this wouldn't work and when it came out well she said she needed to be able to adjust the machine with a screwdriver so I would have to wait.

You are literally working in a precision printing center that people use to produce quality materials on a regular basis and you expect us to believe that you are incapable of cutting a straight line??

Either your people are very rude and they're liars and their smug, or your precision printing center is actually incapable of cutting straight lines and is not real a quality printing center that anybody should consider using for any professional or high-quality personal needs...

My experience at Home Depot, which I went to for the first time, was very, very bad. I have never used a giant photocopier in my life and I don't know how to use it, how to scan, how to send scanned files, most technical things. I went to the counter to ask for help from the employees. The employee named Christopher humiliated me more than I have ever been in my life. I asked a question and he showed me the machines directly with his hand. Then I went to the machines and I couldn't do what I wanted. I had to photocopy the front and back ID on the same paper. When I went to him again, I think he was talking on the phone. I told him I needed help, he didn't look at me, I asked again and he ignored me again. I stayed in front of him about minute he did not even looked at my face you all know how you feel. I felt so bad that I don't think of ever going again. I have been working in the hispitality sector for 20 years and have been involved in hundreds of businesses. I have never seen an employee with such disrespect and lack of work ethics. I will definitely not recommend it to any of my friends.

Maybe try to improve your customer service. Ridiculous, I came in to just print some invitations and I needed 4 per page, the lady told me she had some projects to finish and can not help me, which would take her only 2 sec to basically choose 4 per page and hit print from her computer . She told me to get online and order this service. Why are you even offering when you’re not basically offering any kind of service ? Hire some competent people who at least know how to use a printer

The lady working that night 4/14/23 approximately 5:30 was very rude. I had asked about the laminating process and the man working was nice and began to explain it to me but the woman rudely interrupted and stated the machine was down and would most like be down for some time. The man looked embarrassed. I told the lady that I would call to find out if they had gotten it fixed before i came out again. She eluded to say "don't bother" and told me that i was better going to the west ashley office. I told no because I live right down the street. she rudely replied then we cannot help you. I told her i would happily go to their competition. and i will>>>>> this rating is solely on the behavior the one rude worker... The cashier was GREAT!

When picking up my printing I was meet with very rude employees. I have come in twice now to pick up the same order. 1st time they couldn’t find it and the lady was very short and rude. No one else was needing help and she could care less about helping out. Second time the associate was just brash and had terrible customer service skills. Maybe hire people who know how to be in this position and not be so harsh.

I want to start off by saying, I rarely ever and I mean never write a review; but I felt that I should tonight. Ginger and Wendy were fantastic this evening. I had to run in for a few items ($650 in pen’s, paper, normal office supplies) roughly 30min before the store closed. They both said hi as I walked in; after a few minutes each asked if I needed any help, which I did; and they both helped me find items at different points in time while shopping. At no point did they make me feel rushed, or that I shouldn’t have been there, or uncomfortable because I came in so late, or made me feel that I was holding them up from leaving, or were rude in any way. I had no idea the store closed at 8:00pm and I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t ask while checking out at 8:35pm. I honestly thought the store closed at 9:00pm and if I knew it closed at 8:00pm I probably wouldn’t have gone. With no hesitation these ladies welcomed me in; they helped; they smiled and as I left I was happy and appreciative. The moral is that these two ladies gave great customer service this evening; they both did there job and did it very well. Their store is Office Depot on River’s Ave, North Charleston South Carolina.

Not all but some of the worker there Will not interact with the customers when they ask a question They will just point to where which the product might be even after you let them know that you went there and looked and did not see the item he was looking for. I work in retail and when a customer asks me where is something I go with them and show them where it's at Especially if they already looked I don't think it's so hard to just go and walk with the customer and children where the item is.

Very clean and well organized. I was about to find what I needed very quickly with good signs and markers. They offer a nice variety of different office supplies. The reason for the 4 stars is that there stock level is low. I wanted a file cabinet and all they had were the display models.

UPDATE: Beatrice gave very poor customer service at the print area today. As a small business we could not have our print job printed (it was a small print job but due to containing photographs wished it to be printed on big color printer as we have noticed better quality than the self serve station in the past). We have tried to put our order in online before and somehow the store never got it and it left us in a terrible bind with tight timeframe. At that time Mariposa was excellent and went above and beyond to get us our job printed on time. We were informed in the future that we can email the job to print in the store, instead of going online, to ensure time critical jobs get done.

Beatrice today stated the same thing. Not a problem, I was in the store. I waited for her as she then assisted two other people even though one arrived after me (but he was a lawyer so I understand he was probably very busy). Not a problem. She then informed me that they ONLY take orders through the app or online and she would put it in today but it would be 24-48 hours before my order was ready. No one else was in the store or waiting to be served. She said she had too many other online orders and that I have to wait in line "on-line". In the time she was speaking to me she could have printed my order (I have worked in print shop before so knew it was a short moment on their machine for the size of what needed to be printed). So I informed her I would take my small business elsewhere and went down the street to the UPS store - and they kindly took the two minutes out of their day to print my order right then and there. Very efficient - they had many people with a line to the door but they helped other people in the couple minutes my order printed and quickly checked me out when it was done (vs making people wait while my order printed). They were reasonably priced too.

Given the new store policy at Office Depot to cater to online customers only I will no longer be taking my time critical, or any, print orders to them.

So far the best place to get copies close to Goose Creek that I've found. Reasonable prices, short to no wait for walk in copies (been 4 times now), great customer service, and my order has never once been messed up!

I placed an online order at 10:20 this morning and I was told in an email that it would be ready in 20 minutes to an hour it is now been three hours since I last placed the order I went to the local store to go talk with somebody about it and I was given a really nasty attitude with one of the customer service representatives along with the manager and they proceeded to tell me that they didn't have an order ready and that apparently their system isn't working so I have to wait until the order drops in their system before they can fulfill the order. On top of this, I was already charged for the order.

Print shop is great depending on who's working. We went to have flyers made when an African American girl was working. They didn't have the color paper we needed and she said we had to buy an entire ream off the shelf. We've never had to do this in the 10 years we've been using them. She also couldn't find the proper file to print it from. We left and came back later. There was an African American man working then. He told us to go pick out the color we needed and bring it back to him. He didn't charge us for the entire ream. He had no problem finding the file we needed and we were out of there in a half hour. Now we have to call to see who's working b4 we go there.

Returned a $400 Office chair because the arm came off within two weeks of purchase, the cashier called the Manager up front to take care of the return/exchange. The Manager came up front like a turtle and stated "Im tired was unloading a truck", she had the cashier pull my transaction up and asked for my credit card. I did not want any money back I wanted a chair. oh well, no chair. when i asked if I could be refunded the $15 I paid for assembly she said it was non-refundable. So no chair and Im out 15 bucks. An older employee by the name of “Mike” lacked customer service skills. I was standing at the copy and print counter for about a minute to get my vaccination card laminated. I stood there in his sight until a cashier walked by and said his name to get his attention that I was waiting there. He looked over and mumbled something and continued doing whatever he was doing on the computer (there were no other customers around), which he could’ve stopped and tended to his customer (me). I waited and looked around hoping he would stop and assist me but didn’t. It took another employee behind the counter working on something to stop and ask what I needed assistance with, which she then helped me.

I love the convenience of their copy and print station. My printer needs have changed since the days of making short run CD jackets and tray cards. I may print less that 20 documents if that. The copy machine accepts credit card payments and has a USB port on the front to import your files. Quick, in and out allows the associates to assist other customers.

I waited in a long line, only to be told to step aside... wait for them to get around to printing me a receipt for a FedEx drop off for shipment... while the take other customers who are behind me. Very long wait for online print order pickup, nearly 15 minutes to get to counter. Only one person working with another employee standing on the side by the registers doing nothing while 5 customers waited in line. The Invitations I had printed had lines for cutting and pretty much every invite has them still visible. Due to wait time I didn’t want to ask for it to be corrected, so I will have to recut them myself. Disappointing to say the least.

I needed something for my classroom and next time I will just wait and buy it on Amazon. I was ignored by employees when trying to ask where to find laminating sheets (50 for $28 here vs. 100 for $13 on Amazon). I finally found them myself and they only had one brand in stock. The cashier was pretty rude in that she had us stand there for a while before acknowledging us because she was eating a snack. We were the only people in line.i was then told that Office Depot "doesn't have a teacher discount." Really? Every other location I've been to had a pretty sweet teacher discount which is why I went there in the first place. Rather than argue, I just paid for what I needed and left. I will definitely not be going back.

An old women did an amazing job and printed labels for me and then when I ran out I came to the store the next day and the coworkers told me they aren’t allowed to print labels for me and rolled their eyes at me. I’ve never felt so disrespected. They went about the situation and was pointing at the price paper like I was stupid.

Their printers never work and they don't have the courtesy of even putting a sign on them to let people know. Their print staff is exceptionally slow and unhelpful. Don't waste your time.

Never an easy task shopping after work with my kids but the store was open, clean and easy to absorb layout. I found a new pen I wanted to try the patent product for here... Didn't expect that, quiet surprised and excited. Definitely found some pretty unique deals that I didn't expect.

I came in Saturday needing to print something from my email, but was having trouble accessing it. Fortunately for me, this young man in Copy & Print named Jemel was EXTREMELY patient with me and took me through every step without getting frustrated. I'm a woman of a particular age, so I'm not as good with technology as the younger generation (LOL). But he was smiling and enthusiastic about helping me, and just a great attitude overall! After he helped me print my documents, I thanked him and he told me to have a wonderful day! Now, THAT'S what I call customer service! Because of his patience and willingness to help the customer, I will be returning to this store as long as he's working there. That man deserves a raise!

Customer service at the printing department was very poor! Didn’t like the attitude of the young lady that works there and plus they told me that I couldn’t get a certain thing I wanted done when that is what they are there for to print out things for people

I get my labels made for my peanut brittle and all the different flavors of my fudge at this Office Depot I bring them fudge and peanut brittle as a appreciation and as a tip they look forward to me bringing in my stuff Dell computer section staff are amazing

Why order for pick up when I have to wait 30 minutes in line for my order.

Terrible customer service. Waited at the online pick up sign and no one said anything to me. When I asked they said I have to get in line. 5 people that came after me were served first.
