Not a great place to go for your vaccines. Long wait to be checked in, and then seen, despite having scheduled appointments. Pharmacist repeatedly used very foul language with his assistants in front of a room full of customers. Very sick people waiting for Minute Clinic appointments less than 6 feet from the vaccination area. We will not return to this site.

Great experience. The team members are great and fast and they care. They do things on time and always open to answer any question. Definitely would recommend.

Cvs pharmacists are generally helpful. Sometimes one can be a little testy or dismissive. Vaccination pharmacist is not very friendly.

It takes a long time to have your prescription filled. I remember when the store was a good to get my prescriptions from.

Usually a decent pharmacy... has what you would expect, and easy to find.

However,

On Thanksgiving, my wife came into the store to purchase a couple of last-minute items. The cashier followed us around the entire time as if we were going to steal something (even though we were well-dressed and have spent money here multiple times).

We were willing to overlook the disrespect.

THEN, my wife asked a simple question while checking out, "Can I pay cash here?"

To which the cashier rudely responded, "I don't know, what does the sign say?!"

Then as my wife was walking out of the store, we heard her being INCREDIBLY polite to the person who was standing after us in line.

How are you going to be that rude to a regular customer who came in being polite and respectable?

We used to own a store and we trained ALL of our employees to treat each customer with the utmost respect- something that seems to be clearly lacking in this particular CVS pharmacy.

Both technicians don’t have good customer service skills. At least this time I did get 30 days supplies as order.

This Pharmacy routinely claims to have never received prescriptions that several different doctors' offices verify have been sent. They have contacted me letting me know prescriptions are ready only to tell me they are out of stock when I come to pick them up the same day. I have cancelled refills that they have still counted as being refilled. I HATE doing business with them.

The CVS pharmacy on University Blvd. in North Charleston does NOT check their messages and there is no other way of speaking with them. I waited nearly 24 hours for a return call that the automated message states will be returned in 1 hour. If I had not gone there, who knows when they would have checked the message. This is unacceptable.
