Manager got and attitude towards people who do not look white enough for her. I felt intimidated as soon as walked in the store because she was questioning everything I was looking for like if I went to the store to shoplifting. But why wasn’t she like this to the the white people in the store? Racist.

I came here today with my roommate to grab a new pair of gauge & incense, the manager on duty who I was talking with was super sweet. I didn’t catch her name but she was a shorter lady with dark brown hair and snake bites, she walked me through prices, what the best options are, and how to safely gauge my ears incase I didn’t know & im overall very happy with my experience here! I’m totally gonna be back for more piercings from them

This location is amazing! My husband and I recently went there and literally had a shopping spree 😊. Soph helped us every step of the way and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and just overall fabulous. This was a perfect example of customer service at its best.

This Spence’s stole from me. Didn’t give me a refund or store credit but kept the item. Definitely don’t recommend going here. Managers name is Kayla and The others managers has black and green curly hair. They provided zero help on resolving that issue even after I spoke with the office Team twice. I walked back in to speak with them overheard the green/black hair manager talking about me. Just all around not a goods location. Only one that was nice was the black girl with blonde hair.

walked in to look at shirts and was approached by an older man that worked there asking if we were old enough to be in the store. when we told him we were 18 he proceeded to tell us how young we looked and that we weren’t allowed in the back of the store. He proceeded to awkwardly stand next to us and just try to make conversation and telling us how much older he is than us, and that we made him feel old. while a 12 year old was standing right next to us but didn’t get asked the same question…I didn’t buy anything and will not be returning. He made us really uncomfortable, wish i could’ve gotten his name.

Always rude. Laid on the floor in the way. Never more than one cashier even on Saturdays with an outstanding long line. Only two good nice genuine workers that pick up after everyone else. The manager is rude.

This store looks like somebody's small garage it's dark,no room to walk not enough space but they do have some nice graphic tees and gadgets
