Cool place to shop. Except checking out. Really didn't appreciate being yelled at when checking out. I can read the sign that says cards only. Which was the register I needed. Yelling sir, sir. Then being asked card or cash, and pointed to the register I was walking up to. Which was card only. A little bit too much.

I visited the store on March 10th, along with a few family members there were 4 of us total. We were going to use the self checkout and an associate approached us, she had light brown hair and said she would help us with the transaction. We were prepared to use the self checkout but the employee was insistent on her standing next to the self checkout, having us hand her the items individually and she scanned them and bagged items. When it came time to pay she had us pay ourselves. When one of my family members questioned why we couldn't use the register she said I'm just doing my job, there was nothing wrong with her offering to help but her tone and demanor made it seem like we were either inconvenicing , or somehow angered her. That made us want to just do the transaction ourselves more, it was a unpleasant interaction. She was overall very rude to us and we felt like we were being singled out. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but it overall is misplaced and unfair. We will not be back to this location. Which is sad because its a convenient shopping center.

When I say the RACIAL PROFILE is REAL. I experienced the MOST uncomfortable shopping experience ever at 112pm on April 3.2024 with this 'mulatto karen'. Since when did 5Below attempt to scan customer items @Self Checkout when Im NOT mentally challenged & told her numerous times(3) Im capable of SELF checking out. Because of my appearance I was followed around the store asif I was attempting to shoplift when there were multiple customers who actually needed assistance. She's very fortunate I didnt choose violence today because it wouldve made the news& me with a charge. So 5Below Do Better!! before you catch a lawsuit from your overzealous associates who take their jobs too serious. I will not shop at this location again& will advise others from my large IG following to follow suit. PS put forth that energy into STOCKing YOUR STORE & maybe shoplifters will pursue with options.

Nice store and larger than other stores I've gone too...larger selection than some 5 below. I like that they had higher price point items, which gives you more variety. Would recommend and is clean, well-lit.

The tall woman working today, wearing the employee vest, was really nice, but whoever she was talking with behind the counter, who looked as if they both worked there but didn’t have the vest on (walking around and putting items back) were rude and childish. Walking around being obnoxious, while staring at, pointing at and laughing at every customer in the store. I saw many people leave today without purchasing because of them. Should probably get that in check.

OMG I love this store!! My daughter brought me here yesterday and I was amazed at all the cool stuff they have there for 5 dollars and below (hence the name lol)! Customer service was awesome as well and the manager Brittany was so friendly and helpful! I can’t wait to go back!!

I've never been in a Five Below and I was pleasantly surprised. It's a very clean dollar-type store with a very different variety of products. As a Multimedia artist I'm always looking for materials and supplies that won't break the bank and I found several here. This store is worth the trip and I will recommend it to others.

Great place for cute, affordable items. Great place to customize your home. Get organized, craft, etc. School supplies. Tshirts do run small in women's but they're super cute and comfy! 5below is my go to for almost everything I need on a budget!
