My favorite GameStop to go to I’ve been shopping at this store since I was a little kid and I’ve begun to know the employees better and better and they always make it feel like a very homelike experience when I shop or even just need a quick chitchat about a game or series I like so to all of the workers thank you and I appreciate your existence merry Christmas !!!

I have been to lots of game stops and this has been the worst I have ever been to. The workers ignored us being in the store the whole time which is not the worst but, when we were checking out we were bombarded with questions on why we didn't want to renew our account. They even talked about how we just "didn't want to save money". The whole paying to try and get some discount thing is a scam but they were trying to force it on us. I have never seen this at any other store before and my friend who was with us was forced to make an account even though they said no 3 times. Saying no once should be enough but this store does not understand. I hope this gets fixed but I know that from now on I will go to the mall before I go to this one ever again.

It was refreshing to see a well-run GameStop. I ordered a game online for pickup, and the site said there was only 1 left in stock. I got there in about 30 minutes, and the (very polite) store representative already had the order ready. Perfect condition.

If you're in Mt. Pleasant, it's worth the drive to come here instead of the Theater Dr location. 5/5

Very helpful, but I gotta say, the move towards streaming games and driven out the push for disc media. It was hard finding certain Xbox X games.

you say no without giving me a chance to explain you lose out on 5 dollars every month. I guess you’re okay with that.” I was honestly speechless. I work in sales and i understand how it’s important to meet your numbers especially during the holidays but when you are talked down to by the salesperson, and given snarky responses because I was not interested in signing up for a store I never shop at it was just appalling! I will never be returning to this GameStop again

Called this store and asked for a duplicate receipt to do a return for a game that was purchased and did not work. She told us she can't do that. We called customer service and said that all we had to do was go in the store and print it out. The manager is super rude. I heard her say her name was "Auntie" when she got on the phone with another store. Had to call customer service over something that could been handled inside the store, simple as that. All we needed was a duplicate receipt and she acted like we were asking her to part the Red Sea. She then raised her voice at my boyfriend and told him he wasn't listening to her. The way she was talking to her co-worker makes me think she needs to have management training. The kept sighing and shifting her body, clearly annoyed she had to help paying customers. She needs management training and a lot of customer service training. I have never had such terrible service at a game stop!!

This guy will just bombards you.." if you don't pre-order we won't have enough copies do you want to pre order anything else ".." the ps6 comes out in 13 yrs do u want to pre-order..?.. I bet you pressure females like that too .... HE LOOKS LIKE HE STILL LIVES WITH HIS MOM and I'm pretty sure he has relations with his pets. Cause no woman wants that ..if you want people to like you , STOP acting like your special cause your the manager of gamestop.. it's pitiful... and if you don't have the game I want target is literally like 50 feet away ,and has better experience and prices

A ton better than it was in the past. With the recent changes, it feels less like a Spencers, and more like the Babbage's it used to be. But Store#2610 and I go way back. So I'm willing to look past all the transformations the place has gone. Staff has improved, but still sound scripted most times. Wonder if Guitar Hero 3 demo stand is still in the bathroom? Good, unsanitary times.

Employee was rude to my wife while she was with my son. My wife asked if they had any Pokemon cards and he replied with "We are sold out where have you been the past two years." My wife preceded to look around the store and found a starter deck. The employee started "Well that's a starter deck and none wants those." Wife still purchased the starter deck.

Beyond mortified right now!!! Walked into the store and was asked to put a mask on...ok been awhile but good thing I keep one in my pocket...I immediately put on my mask..the fashion I was asked to do so felt very much so like I was being attacked...no matter I walked over to the Funko pops and looks over at the rude man and asked have you been vaccinated witch he replied yes...before I could say anything else his reply was don’t take a tone with me and became very offense and told me if I don’t like it I can get out...I had said nothing to him at this point for that response and was wearing my mask...I ask him to please not speak to me like that and I would continue to shop at this point he became more then overly aggressive yelling for me to get out...not sure who this beyond rude man child is but he is lucky I’m a nice guy...who ever the child today wearing the toy story shirt is needs to be fired...I will Be speaking to corporate about his..as I feel no one should be talk to or treated that way

This is a large location with a good inventory that is very well organized. I spoke with a very friendly and knowledgeable gentlemen he was ready to answer questions but was also quite personable and not at all pushy.

Cool people who don't judge you or rush you to buy the most expensive thing. Always a good sale, that's how I got so many games for my 360 and ps3. Not a single scratch on the discs despite being last gen.

Parents, these employees are very aware of your children's age and if you don't know what's appropriate for you child, they'll be very glad to help you understand the age rating system.

I will not be shopping at this GameStop again. Before the new Smash came out, I preordered a Ridley amiibo, which the worker told me was being released on 12/16. Last week, I got one phone call from a GameStop employee telling me that the amiibo was there and asked if I still wanted it. I told her yes and she said okay and it was ready for pick up. I am a store manager who works 50+ hrs a week, so on my next day off (today) I went to pick it up. The worker who checked me out chastised me for not picking the amiibo up earlier and told me that they only hold preorders for two days after release. First, I wasn't told this when I preordered it originally or when the lady called me. In addition, he said they "tried to contact me multiple times" which is not true, they called once and I answered and told them I still wanted the preorder. All in all, I walked away with my amiibo, but feeling like I did something wrong. I thought the point of a preorder was to be guaranteed the item? Regardless, I won't be back.

Friendly staff and quick service! Called to check inventory on a SNES Classic for my kids and told me they had them in stock and would hold one for me. Drove down to their location and picked it up 10 minutes later. Awesome service!
