Pretty decent deals. It's what you would expect for a Ross. I used to find better items but nowadays, I find myself walking in, looking around, and leaving empty handed. Quality of products has definitely gone down a bit in the last couple years - a lot less sale items than there used to be

I accidentally left a drink because I was genuinely forgetful. But the way I was treated was not ok. I am sorry for leaving my drink. But being rude and petty about it was very disrespectful especially towards a customer.

Always have Loveeeeed Ross so much! The newer employees are amazing!! There used to be a long brown headed younger woman who was (I believe) a manager and always acted like she was annoyed. She was so rude, I literally felt the need to apologize simply for shopping. But I haven't seen her recently. Hopefully she's gotten through whatever it was that was making her so angry. The rest of the staff is and always has been amazing! Also, They were completely stocked with everything in all sizes in all departments when I went in today. It was great! Def deserve 5 stars!! 🙌

Someone stole something and an anti theft needle stabbed my daughter in the foot THROUGH HER SNEAKER!!! They were all over the floor. Good stuff in the store but theft is terrible and staff members need to manage that as well as the anti theft needles as it is a major safety concern.

I found this place through a friend's recommendation. The store is very tidy and the employees seem helpful. While their selection of long sleeve shirts for men of medium to large was kinda small I was able to find 2 great shirts and a pair of shoes for a reasonable price. I have had a button on one of the shirts begin to fray after a dingle use so I don't believe the quality was great. Would definitely drop in to see what the daily stock has.

Good place to shop. However, even though there is an employee shortage EVERYWHERE, not having the main dressing rooms open is a BUMMER. A person has to wait in excess of 15 minutes to try on a garment. Even though I like Ross, I refuse to wait an undetermined amount of time, and spent MY MONEY.

Understaffed and expensive and item quality not that great. Things supposed to be designer looked fake or was damaged or dirty. Asking for help was impossible cause no employees on floor and the huge line at register. I almost left my basket sitting and left like several others did. They wanted $40 for exact item at Walmart for $20. I know I had bf return after got exact same shirt at Walmart the same day!!!

I'm leaving a 1 star review not because of the clothing offered here, but because I caught scabies skin parasite after buying and trying on clothes from here around 2 days after interacting with them. Horrible itching for over 4 days. Had to go get a prescription cream that I then had to apply all over my skin and leave overnight. All of the furniture and clothing that I had interracted with had to be washed and left untouched for 3 days, wrapped up in bags. Had to sleep with no bedding one night covered in stinking cream, as did MY ENTIRE FAMILY THAT I HAD SEEN within 3 days. If you choose to shop here, DO NOT try the clothes on and WASH THEM BEFORE WEARING! All because they choose to not wash clothes that they have before making them available to the general public for purchase.
