I’ve been coming here since they opened, they have memorized my favorite drinks at this point. Love them and I always look forward towards driving that direction so I can pick up a “Cuppa Sunshine”! These ladies are absolutely wonderful inside and out! Never have had a bad experience! The owner is always so kind to me and my family even when we have some picky coffee orders. Been going here for years and could not recommend them more! I’ve found other shops to be lacking in quality and my coffee would taste different every time. But Cuppa makes it the exact same way I like it any time I go. Cannot say enough good things about Cuppa.

I don’t usually do this unless someone is very rude. The coffee is GREAT!!!! but one of the woman who may be the owner or manager I’m not sure if she is or not, but someone told me she was, she is INCREDIBLY mean! The first time she was mean I let it go because sometimes people have a bad day, but then I’ve been 4-5 other times and she’s still just so incredibly rude it actually starts to make me sad someone can be so mean for no reason. I’m always so respectful, I always leave a tip. The ONLY thing I’ve ever done was ask for a specific coffee on the menu and then I added an extra flavor I wanted (mostly because I thought it would be easier that way),she was angry about it and mean. Then she also left the window open one day and was saying that she can’t stand when people do what I did, and “this is a coffee shop just tell your order don’t ask us if you can have it, it’s a freaking coffee shop” and I’m so confused because I thought you’re supposed to be polite to others? I thought it was common to start a sentence with “can I have” or “may I get” I didn’t know proper manners would make someone mad at you? I sadly won’t ever purchase a coffee from here again, there is some baristas that are so so so sweet that work there, but that woman has actually made me so upset I didn’t even want to drink my coffee that I purchased anymore. So here I am leaving this review because I think someone needs to know that what she’s doing isn’t kind and you never know what your words can do to others so try to always be kind.

My boyfriend is rovering in Bon Aqua and we just happened upon this GEM! I've been by every day and sometimes twice. So much so they know what I'm ordering when they see me pull up. It's so good. It beats every coffee shop in Nashville and I've been to them all. It reminds me of a coffee shop from my home state of MS, good non pretentious coffee. Once I'm back in Nashville proper I can promise I'll make the hour drive once a week or more cause it's that good. Seriously. Do yourself a favor and pop by for a drink of the best coffee this side of TN.

I think if this place disappeared my whole world would go with it, I've been sipping cuppa sunshine everyday for about a week now and I have no plans on getting coffee elsewhere after trying it here, they have a very wide variety of flavors with the best tasting coffee to add to it, the little building itself is genius and adorable, all the employees are as sweet as can be, no complaints and a must try for coffee fans :)

Their frozen drinks are so so good. I always get the chocolate covered strawberry with whipped cream on top and let me say it actually tastes like chocolate covered strawberries. They are always friendly and there is a drive up window on both sides
of the building so the lines move quickly. It's a little bit of a drive outside of Dickson but it's worth every mile. I introduced my very picky mother to this place when she moved here and now she goes so often they know her order when she drives up!! I wish they stayed open a little later but I understand people have families and they are so busy during the day I'm sure they're exhausted by closing time. No inside seating, it's just a drive through coffee stand. I recommend this place 10 out of 10!!

I have yet to find a coffee shop in the entire Nashville area with better frozen coffee. The black cold brew is also on point. The prices are some of the most reasonable. I prioritize this place when I have the option. It's run by a really good group of people I assume might be family. The lot going in and out really needs some work, but that's not really in their control. What is, is the awesome coffee. Go support them today! Stop looking at reviews. It's time for coffee.

Their drinks are sooo good! In fact, I don't even like coffee drinks or lattes because they literally taste like dirt to me. But Cuppa Sunshine's drinks aren't like that at all. I like the blended drinks with banana, hazelnut and chocolate. (I can never remember what it's called, but they always know exactly what I want) UPDATE: it's called the "Funky Monkey" 🐒 (its on the "secret" menu) 🤫

Being a previous espresso stand owner in the Pacific NW, a friend knew how much I would like this place, so we drove over an hour to visit.
Beyond impressed with my Cappuccino, knowing it was perfect when I received it and it was light as air. The foam was so perfect, I kept the lid off. We had 3 beverages in our group & each one was perfect. Will definitely be back while I am still in town. A+

So yummy!!! Insanely large menu options. We were passing through on I-40, definitely worth the short detour. We got ours blended, great choice on a hot day. The pink silk (raspberry and white chocolate) had a milder taste and the white snickers (white chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel) was so rich and delicious.

Went to get a coffee, women opens service window in a hurry which is understandable. I tell her my coffee order & before I could read what my wife had sent me for hers, she says okay just a min. So I'm waiting for mine, when she comes back for payment I tell her that I need an additional coffee she throws her hands up quickly in an attitude and gives me a terrible look of "are you serious?" I tell her the order, which includes coconut milk and they do not have that which is also understandable, but the way she said it *chuckles* "yea we don't have coconut milk" I tell her just a moment as I make sure with my wife and while I'm doing so she's having an internal meltdown and asks her colleague how many cars are on her side (which was only 1 & I was the only 1 on my side as well.) I decide at this point nevermind let me go ahead and give you 6 dollars for my coffee and I'll go somewhere else 😅 Customer Service is very important. Patience is included in that. Coffee is solid as that's why I left 2 stars, but having a customer leave happy is more important.

I CANNOT stress enough how AMAZING this business is. I've been a regular at different points in my life, for the last 4-5 months, I come through faithfully on Saturdays. Due to both inflation and work, I only get this divine reward once a week. My order is never wrong, it's always excellent, and the customer service is on point. I feel appreciated and I get an amazing coffee with a great price point. You honestly can't get a better experience in Middle Tennessee.

I’ve left a review in the past, but I just had to leave another for those who haven’t experienced Cuppa’ yet. When we are traveling I 40, this is our stop for coffee. It is always fresh and delicious! We just came back from a weekend trip, and the barista remembered us from 2 days ago and even remembered how many sugars my husband took in his Americano. They’re good!!! Give them a try, and you won’t be disappointed.

We stop there to get coffee and mochas once or twice a week. The drinks are really good, and the service is good as well. Only issue is that the parking lot is pothole city. Getting out of there with that really good coffee and not spilling it is a challenge. It is definitely worth the bumpy ride, and I know they don't own the bumpy part, but just a warning.

Seems like you always get the best coffee at these little roadside stands. They had a ton of sugar free syrups to choose from, and mixed me up one with skim milk for a low-cal latte. I don't get through that area much, but I was glad to find it.

I arrived before 5PM waiting behind others in line... It gets my turn the owner I am pretty sure closed blinds n told me she was closed n I told her I have been waiting in line for my turn she says very loudly it's 5 we're closed!( with a crazy look on her face then slammed window shut!) That is very unprofessional. I would have waited on everyone in line that had been patiently waiting to spend their hard earned money at my business and I would always act professional and be nice to people that had chosen my place of business over others. I will no longer be going there n wasting $5-$7 a cup of coffee ever again! I can't believe I have been wasting my hard earned money there! What a waste of my time!
