Very busy, popular place. The two ladies taking your order were very nice and helpful. My waffle was a little on the tough side but it was nice to have some good fruit on top. The only option for eggs is scrambled. I kinda felt my $17. could've gone a little farther but that's the case with so many places these days. Good coffee, nice people.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this service & coffee was that bad. First Impression was when I pulled up to the screen to place an order the woman very rudely said I had to wait because she was busy doing something else. My gut said to drive off then, but I really wanted to try this place to see if they had good coffee. Second Impression was when she came back to take my order she rudely said “I’ll try to hear what you want over your truck“. I ordered a simple cappuccino. I pulled up to the window and because I was in a truck I could very clearly see their espresso machine, their countertop and what she was doing.
She poured whole milk into a small container, went to the espresso machine and frothed it heavily. She then poured coffee from a pitcher into the cup poured the hot milk on top followed by a lot of foam then she put on the lid and handed it to me. She did not pull one shot for my drink! Just over 1/2 the cup was foam. I was a bit horrified.
Let me just say drip coffee with milk and foam on top does not a cappuccino make!
To top it off it tasted very weak, there wasn’t enough flavor of coffee to determine anything about the beans or roast.
I did not go inside so I have no comment on that.
I think a one star for the cappuccino and a one star for the miserable service that I received is generous.
Hopefully the owner can retrain their staff so future customers do not experience the same thing I did.
If you were looking for basic drip coffee, you probably would be better off to go to The local gas station because it’ll probably be better and it will be much cheaper. If you’re looking for a good espresso, I have crossed this one off my list.

Asked for a white chocolate frappe and when I got it the drink was smothered in Carmel
Went inside and asked if it was the wrong drink and they said no that has Carmel and was just rude about it.
Didn’t offer to help fix the issue and just walked away

Went there yesterday and didn’t experience a long wait, the drinks came first - I ordered a white chocolate tiramisu frappe and my bf ordered a watermelon refresher. My frappe was pretty good, not all the way blended, but tasted good. The watermelon refresher just tasted like sour sugar syrup. I ordered a chicken waffle which was the most disappointing part of my experience. The waffle was good but the chicken was dry and seemingly had been left to sit out for who knows how long. My bf wasn’t impressed with the value for price paid on his - he got a chicken wrap which came with a side of chips. We spent $31 there and based on this experience, was definitely not worth the high price tag. I’m sure we will give them another shot in the future but we’re not going to rush to do so.

Sadly I didn't try any of their food but I did get the absolute best iced matcha (with pumpkin spice) that I've ever had. It was truly a game changer for me. I highly recommend it. The lady was super sweet too!

We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and the Nutella stuffed waffles.

The breakfast sandwiches seemed microwaved and the “eggs” were grossly over seasoned. I don’t know what they use as eggs, but it certainly isn’t worth $7.25.

The stuffed Nutella waffles were actually only 1/2 of a waffle for $8.25.

The staff wasn’t rude, but were very indifferent on their customer service.

The building was clean, modern, and well kept.

The combination of poor quality food, high pricing, and indifferent staff will keep me from coming back; which is sad because I like mission of the business.

Stopped in this cutesy coffee shop while visiting Dickson. The atmosphere was nice and the people were so friendly. They served us right away. We ordered two caramel lattes with oat milk. Not my favorite caramel latte but the people and location was nice so, 4 stars.

I have had coffee from Starbucks and everything in Nashville while working and it was time to branch out. I tried the ChaCha one day on Doordash and fell in love. I was so excited when I found one close to home here in dickson and once again, I wasn't disappointed but amazed at the temperature being so perfect, the taste being out of this world and the service so sweet. If you haven't tried it yet definitely need to. It's worth it.

I’ve been to the Just Love in Murfreesboro and Spring Hill and they were great. But, the Dickson location is not good, imo. I work at a medical office and several of us ordered coffee from there yesterday for pickup and all of our drinks were awful. They all just tasted like a cup of hot milk without any coffee or flavor. I’ve been to this location one other time and got a cold drink and it was also not good, and it was obvious watching the guy making it, that he wasn’t sure what he was doing. They just need better training or something here because the coffee drinks are wasted money. I don’t plan to be back.

Drink really nice. They asked if wanted bagels toasted, to which we both said yes. Instead, they microwaved them both so long that neither of us could even bite through them. Also, cream cheese in separate package but no knife to spread it. Probably good if it were toasted.

Oh the irony! Just love?? We had a very uncomfortable and just sad experience. The gentleman that was trying to take our order was looking for help when he couldn’t find the item on the computer. He patiently waited for his teammate to finish taking orders at the drive thru. Once the question was asked to the other employee she yelled at the man from across the store instead of walking over there and truly helping him. While we waited for our drinks and food she proceeded to yell at the man several more times. It really hurt my heart to see her be so kind to all the customers in the drive thru but not share the same kindness to her staff member. She gave the man a task and as soon as the man walked away to do the task she started talking terribly about how the man did this, that, and the other with another coworker in front of us. It really was uncomfortable and we decided to leave. To have “Just Love” in your company’s name but not provide the love atmosphere is very sad and I really hope that the way employees are treated is greatly improved because everyone needs love regardless of the situation.

So you guys need to fix your website. The times say 5am-7pm when they actually open at 7:00am and close at 5:00pm. But this is not what was bothering me. It would had been fine. We got there at 5:18pm so it was closed but we were unaware of that. There was three workers in the shop. Who all ignored us and looked at us like we were morons. You could have just as easily told us you were closed. So once we realized we were being ignored at the drive thru we went to park and that’s when we saw on the door the times. But then your nighttime workers turned the lights off as a rude sign to go away. They could have been more polite and we will not be returning. Worse service I have ever seen. We were going to leave just fine no problem until the rude treatment we sat at the window for a while thinking they were training. They had time to tell us it was just flat out rude.

Very cute place. The people who work there are not so friendly. I walked into the cashier holding a jacket up over her face to have a side conversation with another employee as a customer was trying to pay. She was also yelling at another employee and knocking her hands away from the computer screen. Then when I paid the cashier told me to sign and I didn’t add tip but my order automatically jumped up to 2.52 over the total. I asked for my receipt and seen she added a tip in for herself. When I asked the employee if this was a normal thing she couldn’t figure out what the problem was. She also said there was no way to fix it . Sad when the food is good but the employees drive away the customers . Recommend stronger training.

Went to this place for the first time and ordered a medium coffee and got a small coffee, but I didn't say anything because she charged me for a small, however I ordered a BLT and the bread was a little too hard and needs more bacon then 2 slices and bigger tomatoes instead of tiny sliced tomatoes, also it should be 2 sliced tomatoes not one on a BLT and a little but more bacon for an $8 something dollar sandwich not even including tax, but over all it was nice, clean and quite 😀. Needs improvement with the food and listening to what the customer wants to satisfy them with a smile... Thank You

We had a wonderful experience and would recommend. Both employees, KC & Kathleen were professional and friendly. I love all things pumpkin & so I ordered the real pumpkin latte with decaf & oat milk and it was honestly the best. I'd choose over Starbucks any day. My husband ordered a vanilla cappuccino and really liked it. We also ordered the Nutella waffle and it was amazing- I'm thankful we don't have one close to where we live. We had our niece & nephew with us and they enjoyed a chocolate chip cookie, a blueberry & chocolate chunk waffle scone.

The dining room was clean. Big kudos for very clean bathrooms. We have been traveling for 24+ hours and on two different occasions I've personally gone into the men's restroom; due to the woman's being occupied. My husband and I had just had the conversation that men's restrooms always smell like urine and these did not in anyway smell of urine- great job!!

Had this place for the first time time for breakfast, and I don't think I'll be back.

Eggs? Rubbery and no flavor.
Country ham? Enough salt and grease to make a man recoil.
Coffee? Bland

If not for the waffle, I would have asked for a full refund. Coffee and a breakfast plate for over $20.

Can't recommend this place if you're looking for breakfast. The service was fine, which is about the only positive I can think of.

All good across the board - the people, the options, the seating, etc. One test I usually do is to try just a plain iced latte with no flavor to see what the roast is like with just milk, and they have good natural flavor with even a plain latte.

Was it expensive? Yes. Does it look like the kind of place that would be that expensive though? Also yes.
Food and drink were good though. I got an iced mocha and a breakfast burrito. They don't have soy milk so I settled for oat, I'm fine with that. They also have free wifi which I really needed in the moment. Workers were friendly. Probably won't be my go to but if you have the expendable income for $5+ coffee this seems like a fine place to go. Note that I came at 10 am so it wasn't very busy.

I have a service dog and the manager was very rude to me. Asked questions that are not technically allowed under law. Wanted to know where his vest was, which is also not a legal requirement. She generally made the visit uncomfortable.

Food is over priced and really what I had was ok I had avocado toast too much basil and chicken quesdia which was a hard hunt to find any chicken but, I have to say it did all start with a rude cashier when I walked up she just looked at me and said what do you want? We tried Just Love a week ago for breakfast and enjoyed our sandwiches and drinks though they were expensive.

I tried it today for dinner and was less impressed. $22 for one chicken sandwich and a regular-sized frappe with a tip.

I ordered at the drive-through and took it home. Unfortunately when I got home and opened the box, I saw that the chips were placed on the wax paper with the very wet sandwich rather than separated from the sandwich using the paper as a barrier. So my dogs got the soggy, soaked chips. The little cup of coleslaw smelled off, and its mayonaise looked yellow and clear instead of white and creamy as if it had been sitting out at room temperature. So the possums will receive that offering tonight. The jammy bacon chicken sandwich was pretty good, but I can't justify the cost for myself. Bummer.
