The store was messy but we forgave that because it was the busy season. I forgot my coat (my own fault) so we were so happy when they said they were holding it for me. We drove an hour to shop and pick up my coat. The sign on the door said closed for “inventory” so we called to at least get my coat. I was told my coat was lost, or possibly ticketed and sold, and they did not know when they would be opening. Business site says they open at 9:30 and this was at 12:30. If you need to do inventory, come early or at least update the business page for those of us driving a distance. And keep a lost and found area. Will never be back.

I was in this particular store for an hour and a half trying on jeans this past weekend. I found a great pair of jeans that fit me perfectly for $35. I found the exact same pair of jeans marked down to $28. I brought both jeans up to the register and asked for a price match which the manager refused. I left with no jeans. I was astounded by her reasoning, which was based on SKUs. The store needs to do better with customer service. I will shop elsewhere.

I definitely enjoyed my shopping experience and found my sister (and myself) some really cute treasures. Tammie helped show me some gift ideas after telling her a few of my sister’s interests, and gave me a run down of the store. She took her time and was very kind & attentive. Overall, a great Marshall’s location!!

In the beginning it was easy to find the new clothes display at a convenient place. Now there is no display. Rearranging items in the store makes no sense the way there are placed. I won’t find the best caliber of items. Seems like a cheap place. Household items are scattered and stacked on each other. It’s been kiosk since Easter. Sad it has changed. No organization. Others have the same opinion. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

My cashier told me I could save 10% today by applying for their store card. (Which I did and saved $35.) Unfortunately I didn't get her name. But she was an exceptional and helpful person.

The best, found like six dresses I loved. A really nice woman named Dell worked there. She was super nice, such great service!! I'm seriously going to stop there again for clothing items. It was so tough to pick and choose the dresses. I went to at least four places that didn't contain the 'changing stage' options. The teen stage, the tall, skinny stage. All five or so places did not have those. At Marshall's, I found just about six of those.

Make sure you check you receipts. I was doing cash and card yesterday & paid $90 cash (50 $ 2 20’s) and she stole my money and put $80 and just took the $10. Not to mention they broke my trinket I bought too and didn’t find out until I got home (an hour away) and was missing the piece they broke so I couldn’t even fix it.

This is the worst Marshall's I've ever been to. The store is very disorganized. The employees don't seem to have it together and the management is just AWFUL. Very rude to customers. I will go to any other store before I spend any of my money here. This store is a joke.

I rarely get to go shopping for myself and went to Marshall's the day before yesterday. I was looking at the makeup clearance and eyebrow stuff because I needed something new for my eyebrows. The man that works there apparently had nothing better to do than to circle through almost 20 times, I guess thinking I was trying to steal from the store. Not only did he do this but when I went to check out followed me completely across the store! I pulled the $200 out of my purse and stared at him like come on! If you do go to Marshall's be sure not to spend to much time looking at the makeup otherwise you will be profiled as a thief. I won't be going back.
