Lack of Communication and everyone had something else to do but help us sent us back to a desk than back up front these people need to learn how to take care of customers instead of ignoring them and sending them all over the store and no one know who is doing what! Worse team work ever

When I went there for a box spring one of the ladies was helpful on helping me pick which one I wanted. She helped me put it ontop of my car. They offered me string to tie it the roof of my vehicle. No, they didn't help me tie it down. But atleast they gave me something to tie it down with! 😂

The female worker that does the furniture area gave us two footboards when I purchased a 1200$ bed and no head board and when we went back to get night stands she tried to sell us the one that had been screwed to the shelf and we just went back to see if they had anymore in stock and she flate out said no i wont get anymore! She is rude as hell Everytime we go in there and looks like she hates her job so go work somewhere else!

Clean and friendly.... we like to go here for puzzles and holiday funnies. Oh and they sell baseball cards if anyone collects. Not all the time but you can find them.

We needed laundry soap & Big Lots was the closest. My husband didn't think they would carry those types of items but I thought so, in fact they have a wide range of different departments from clothing to furniture. I will need to go back & browse more. We was in a time crunch trying to get laundry done & over with so it was a short visit. But I was impressed what I seen. Clean environment & organized!!

They had lots of display furniture, but when we wanted to purchase 2 different pieces, they said it would be 4-8 weeks before they could get them in stock. Also said they don't sell their display furniture.

I was looking to buy a twin memory foam mattress. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. I left the store with exactly what I needed. The store was very clean and well stocked. I had the best time chatting with the manager that brought the package out to me and the cashier. Both of these ladies were friendly and funny. It was obvious they loved their jobs. I would give this store 10 stars if I could.
