This deserves zero stars. I had a package on hold there since the 21st and FedEx said they will be on hold for 8days. When I went to pick up my package the lady knew exactly what was inside my package. She opened and tampered with it. This is a federal offense. I wonder how many packages she opens. This is absolutely horrible. I wish took pictures of everything but the shoes were tampered with and possibly tried on. Disgusting behavior. I will be letting FedEx know as well. So they know if packages get sent here packages could be tampered with.

It was just ya I know what I was talking to a guy and he said he's not actually a fan and he's moving out get a 5 and a half way there and he was under a lot more pictures and he said it would a little more pictures to get it done before I get to the beach and we can do it for you and I will be there at the end of the day and I don't want to do anything like that one more time is the best way to do the same exact thing.

I don't know how some of the employees still have a job. They were stocking products in a cooler I asked can I grab a creamer. She said "when I finish putting up my products". I am a manager in the food business. You do not make the customers wait on you to stock the cooler before they can pull 1 item. It would have taken 10 seconds.

It's Dollar General, which is great, but the parking lot and surrounding grounds is constantly full of litter and garbage. Unbecoming of Dickson. Service is fine, inside it's clean.

Ride staff couldn't get down aisles due to stock carts full of things that should have been on empty shelves employee refused to sell more than6 of each item due to her words people hoarding and I was buying to donate to animal shelter pet food. There was 2 cart fulls unstocked and a truck in lot. This was just one time she refused to sell more than 6 of an item and even removed things and refused to sell manager never returned call nor did corporate!

If you are of color DO NOT STEP FOOT INTO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went in to get a few things today and was told that she was refusing me service due to the color of my skin (I'm a black gentleman). THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND BOTH HER AND THE DISTRICT MANAGER NEED TO FIRED IF THIS IS ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The store is beyond trashed and I would not suggest this store until it's cleaned up and she's fired.

Went to the store to purchase a 2 L for my job the lady at the register had a very bad attitude did not seem like she was too happy to be there she didn’t want to come to the register and you can tell she was just either having a bad day or she just did not like her job this just happened

Clean store, only one cashier and one stocking but the line moved quickly.
The parking lot could have used somone to put carts up and both trash cans were full are the only reason I didn't give five stars.

The gentleman working was very kind and helpful. I couldn't locate an item because I had misunderstood the name of the product. He went straight to what I was needing without complaining for having to help me. This is great customer service and when not at my DG, this is definitely my go to DG!

It is absolutely ridiculous the condition this store is in. Trash and cigarette butts all over the parking lot. Stuff strown all over the store. Can't get a cart down the aisles due to stuff hanging off the shelves. None of the coupon items I had was stocked on the shelves. The lady that checked me out had an attitude problem. I will not go back in this location. It's terrible.

The store and parking lot are always dirty. The isles are very small not enough room in many of them for two shopping carts at a time. They always have many stock carts through out the store in your way so it is hard to get to what you may need. They have different employees working each time you visit and most of the time not knowledgeable on the register causing longer check outs. They have 2 lanes to check out but will only open one at a time with management always in the office not helping.
