Not worth a damn, each of those ladies need to quit and retire and never "work" again. They messed up my prepaid card to where it no longer works and they left 3 of my items out of my bag and now I'm home and don't have everything I paid for. They need to fire all those employees and hire someone with some competence, because the way it is, they are just stealing from the customer at this point. What is worst, I tried calling the store multiple times to resolve the issue and no one will answer the phone. To think I served my country for 8 years, just to get bamboozled by a damn dollar general.... word of advice, don't stop at the hwy 7p dollar general, because they will keep your stuff and then ignore you.

If there was anything positive on Thursday, a little after 4 pm on 6/1 it would not of been noticed due to the cashiers appearance. Who hires these people from clown college. Her appearance was so horrible I could not even look at her but a split second and had to look away with all the piercings and drawings on her face. Who told her this was ok??? This is not Halloween. Be careful who you hire it will ruin your business!!

Store has gone down post Covid. Frequently, it’s locked up and closed when it’s supposed to be open. I know staffing is a massive challenge and Dollar General doesn’t pay people well - it just feels like an overall lack of effort.

Its a dollar general so dont expect too much as far as employees. Never once have i gone into one that was fully stocked without those giant u boats they use to stock shelves not be in the way. Every other aisle is always blocked. And for some reason there are never anyone at the check out. You have to look around for someone to check you out and then they give you an attitude. Id rather shop anywhere else but here.

Dickson seems to have more Dollar General stores than my hometown does, and over 300,000 people live there, so my hat is off to y'all! Anyway, it's a good place to get those items where quality is not a primary concern, and just think of how many items that applies to! Staff here has been known to be friendly, but I've had some bad luck with that as well.

Nicole was a customer service worker and tried many times to argue with me about a display that was falling on me. I couldn't believe i was being berated by Nicole and it was the stores display that was falling on me. I'll go some place else to spend ?y money. Even if I have to leave Dickson to do it.
