I ordered a washer and dryer on their Black Friday deal. Set-up for everything, delivery, haul-off fee, etc. it took them 3 days to “hook up” my washer without the pedestal. And just plug-in my dryer, without any hoses hooked up. Just left the parts. The XDT third party team is a complete joke. The 3rd set of delivery guys didn’t even speak English and came back and confronted me, after they left, as to why I complained. I called them and the XDT delivery team and told them to send someone else out for Thursday. Thursday comes and they don’t show up so I call again and the lady tells me she doesn’t know what I’m talking about and that I don’t have a service set-up. I told her really, because all calls are recorded for quality assurance. Then she tells me I have to call this Lowe’s store back to solve the issue. So I call and explain to the SECOND assistant manager, AGAIN, that I just need my washer and dryer hooked up like I had paid to do so. I have had a Lowe’s card, account, and I’ve spent money renting equipment there and bought other appliances as well because I’m renovating my house. I will NOT be doing business with them again.

I bought a fridge that was over 1000$, paid to have it delivered, then paid extra to haul the old fridge away and hook up the new one, which was as simple as plugging it into the wall. Which I still paid extra for even that. They didn't haul away the old one, put the new one in place, or plug it in. Services that should have been included with the cost and delivery of a 1000$ fridge, which weren't even done after I paid EXTRA FOR IT. Was supposed to be a surprise for my wife to come home to a new fridge in the kitchen when she got off work. Instead, she ended up puting it in place HERSELF(im disabled). Hello?!? If I was going to save the money by hauling the old one off, myself, don't you think I'd have picked the new one up, myself?? I do NOT recommend this place. The flooring in the kitchen needs to be redone pretty bad, I know one place where I won't be buying the flooring. I just got my disability settlement, so congrats, guys, you just lost several $$$ of business.

8am on Labor Day, and couldn’t be more happy with the help and service I received at Lowe’s! The gentlemen in the paint department, Levie, helped me pick out all of the products I needed and was quick to offer help. The younger gentlemen who helped me measure and cut blinds was very, very pleasant. Overall, all of my expectations were met and these guys were WONDERFUL!

I love my Dickson Lowes. It really has the best customer service. I’ve been shopping there for 20 plus years but I have never ordered online for same day delivery before. I paid $149 to have my concrete delivered by a third party. I did not realize it was not going to be delivered by Lowes because the website didn’t specify that. This is a picture of what Krishon from this other company left in my driveway. I had to clean up this 2,000 pounds of concrete in my driveway and I am 53 years old. So, needless to say I was a little upset over this hot mess. I spoke with Miss Sarah in delivery at Lowes and she was so kind and gracious, y’all. She promised a manager would take care of this Monday. I drove 45 minutes to and from lowes today and sure enough Manager Lee made it all right by refunding the cost of my concrete. So, I basically got my concrete delivered for free even though I had to clean up the mess this third party left in my driveway. I want to thank Miss Sarah, Lee, and Miss Donna for helping resolve my issue and take such good care of me today. Great customer service especially you Miss Sarah because I lost my cool on you and you were still patient and sweet the whole time! God bless you all! Thank you Dickson Lowes for making this right!

Tim Owens was absolutely horrible to deal with , as a medically retired vet with 4 tours trying to get an install on a dishwasher within a reasonable amount of time , and his answer is I’m sorry nothing I can do . Do not shop here with expectations on them helping you.

Lawson, Karam, Derrick, and Jamie was very helpful. I can’t remember a few of the names of the men that helped me out those couple of weeks coming in and buying a large amount of tile. I purchased by customer telephone call the Annabelle and another patterned tile. I had to get an assistant twice to get tile off the top shelf. Each one was so helpful. One associate was so nice he sat with me calculating the amount needed and also gave me some tips on calculating sqft I can’t remember his name very well since it’s not fresh in my mind. I had an assistant help push the cart since I couldn’t do it alone. Then Lawson stepped in and pushed it himself and helped load the tile. Karam helped me the second time and they are so kind and don’t mind helping. They are all great additions to Lowe’s. I look forward to seeing them in the store again.

My mother bought a refrigerator at the Lowes in Dickson TN. It has had a problem since she got it. When it was looked at the people who looked at it said it was a manufacture problem. Now Lowes won't take it back (she has asked) Whirlpool is saying it will be another month before they can replace it and it has already been over a month since she started trying to get it fixed/replaced. Buy appliances somewhere else.

I just bought several hundred dollars worth of gardening things including very heavy bags of potting soil, peat moss, and mulch. I asked for someone to help load these things into my vehicle and was told yes ma'am someone will be right out. I waited and waited no one ever came out. Now having been there for a couple hours walking around picking out plants, I know for a fact there are several young people there working ... well, standing around here and there to answer questions, so any one of them COULD have helped. But no! So elderly and disabled, both of us did our best to load all of it. I called to complain, was put in hold then hung up on, i called back and same thing. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this Lowe's... it's shameful and .... next time I need anything I CAN get at Lowe's, I'm making the drive to Home Depot where they DO make sure they load your purchases for you! Never again Lowe's! Never again. You should be ashamed!

05/19/24 at 9:35 a.m we paid $79.95 for installation and they refused to install upon delivery. 1.) They said there only job was to set it down in residence. Not put in area which the other fridge which we removed was located. 2.)refused to switch doors to open to the left. 3.) Refused to call their manager when we requested. 4.)THEN CLAIMED THEY DO NOT WORK FOR LOWE'S! After this my HUSBAND had to SWITCH the DOORS AFTER THEY PUT THE FRIDGE 1/2 IN THE LOCATION!

I purchased a microwave online and elected to use their curbside pick up. I got a notification stating it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I had to go in because I wasn't given an option to put my parking spot in. I go in only to find out the microwave had not even been picked from the back. This store has the worst customer service. It’s always like pulling teeth to get anyone to do anything. I needed assistance today with having some fiberglass flooring cut and rang the bell at the desk. An older man eventually showed up and said he’d find the kid that would assist me. The kid continued to just ride around on a machine moving boxes of flooring around and never came back to assist me, as he said he would, and he saw me standing there for 30 minutes waiting. I’m sure what he was doing could have waited. He wasn’t helping a customer. I eventually decided to leave and while checking out up front, I told the cashier Christee that I also needed flooring, but unfortunately, nobody in the flooring department is ever willing to help customers when I’m here, so I’ll have to go elsewhere. Her reply was, “yeah, that’s a problem here.” Ok…then why don’t you all fix it?? I’ll have to head up to Home Depot in Bellevue now.

Do not buy anything online for deliver or pickup from this store. There has been multiple charges of over 2k. A refund for 500. Then multiple charges for 2k. Lowes corporate and Lowe’s in Dickson are not working with us on solving this. They see the order and the charges, and are not willing to give a refund, when we haven’t received any materials yet. The bank confirmed the charges, and instructed us to consult with Lowe’s for the refund.
Associates are extremely unqualified. They will take money in and out of your bank account without authorization. It’s been a week and is still unresolved, and still have not received materials.

We use Lowes next day delivery or same day pick up often and have always had a wonderful experience. We ordered over 100 items to be delivered this past Saturday and realized after driver left, the 10 bags of concreate didn't make it on the truck. With 3 of us helping to unload, no one double checked until we noticed we didn't have it a few minutes after the driver left. No biggie, we went to the store and they didn't know how to handle it and gave us a few numbers to call. I did have to reach back out after a few days of not hearing from them but Adam, the store manager, took care of everything immediately and professionally! He is refunding our delivery fee and personally delivering the 10 bags of concrete later today! WE have nothing negative to say about the delivery driver( third party company) or Lowes! It was an honest mistake. Stuff happens and how a business handles it says a lot! Adam is top notch and went above and beyond to make things right!

The first time I had to order a screen door for my front door in store, I had gotten a call 2 weeks later saying they have my order. So I went to pick it up, got home... opened it up just to see a dent where it looked like something had been laying against it and damaged the screen to where it would even fit into my door at all! I just recently had them deliver a hot water heater to my home and opened the box up and found a huge dent on the top! I had paid over $700 for this water heater and an additional delivery charge of $80 just to find this huge mistake yet again! Yes it's only cosmetic, but when a customer comes in and spends their every last penny for something they have to have, then yes... It's pretty aggravating! All because I don't have a truck to deliver it myself, this is what I get in return😡!

I was very pleased with my customer service experience at Lowe’s all thanks to Alyssa she was very kind and helpful. The only thing better than her exceptional customer service was her beaming smile. Alyssa was quick and efficient and made friendly conversation with me throughout my interaction with her. She answered my phone call on the first ring when I called prior to coming in and provided me with all the information I needed on paint for my doggy door. Anyone who gives her a hard time should think twice- she is the backbone of the front end at Lowe’s Dickson !!!

Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY CABINETS from Lowe’s!! They will come damaged and the time to get items fixed and or rebuilt and re delivered will be twice as long as you are informed of. They leave the cabinets that came in undamaged just sitting half open boxes to where can get those damaged while waiting on replacements. Save your self the hassle and go to a custom cabinet shop. They will actually take time to be sure you are delivered undamaged cabinets and you are not saving money by using Lowe’s it will cost you a lot more in the end if you use them!!

I came to this store to purchase an impact driver. When I got into the section I noticed a sign stating that buying an xr tool would also get me a free pack of batteries. I initially got an employees attention and he came over and was very kind and helpful. However, there was some issue with the deal and it wouldn’t ring up. He then got a store manager named Stephanie to come over and instead of helping the process or using some sort of manager override, so that the deal printed on the piece of paper could be honored. Stephanie was a very, very rude lady, who directly questioned my intelligence and ability to read. I’ve been called the Lowe’s corporate number to informed them of how rude their manager Stephanie was and that they were not willing to honor a deal that they had printed and posted inside of their own store. That customer service representative told me that they did not care and would not help me either.

Edit: The wood that they sell is almost unusable. It's full of knots, still wet from the pressure treating chemicals, and most of the wood is warped multiple degrees. It's offensive that they try to pass that off to customers.

Despite his wife’s reservations, he forged ahead, but it collapsed! When his wife stopped laughing her butt off she stepped in and sought Lowe’s assistance, where a skilled handyman guided them towards a sturdy and safe deck construction, saving their outdoor space and their relationship!

We had a fabulous experience at Lowe’s in Dickson. Their associates expressed such readiness to help along with cheer. Here’s my grievance. We noticed an associate with a number badge and asked what the number indicated. They said it represents how many people they signed up for credit. We exclaimed, “ wow! Maybe we will investigate issues like this before we choose our big box store next time , or better yet, since my husbands in construction maybe he should offer your best employees a better opportunity.

Placed an in-store order this morning at opening and was advised it would be ready for pick up after lunch. Came in at 2:30 and not a single item had been pulled for my order. Roughly 40 trim pieces and 6 interior doors. They told me to go ahead and pull the trailer up and they would have it right out, after telling me the guy told to pull it never did...an hour later waiting in store and I'm still waiting...it's now 4:30. So disappointing.

I don't think anyone who works here knows anything about anything. Literally Everytime I go here I feel dumber when I walk out.

Good luck if you are ordering a door from this store. Lowe's can never get it right. The product is either ordered wrong or comes in damaged.

I share this for all the military/veterans out there. I just found out that Lowes has stopped giving the military/veterans discount on appliances, lumber and a couple other areas. Sad to hear. I guess I won't be shopping at Lowes any longer.

Customer service takes 45 minutes per customer for no reason, amazon sells the same tools cheaper, employees were too busy talking to eachother to help me find a bolt. This store sucks

Ordered a stove and paid recycle fee for removing the old one and didn’t get it removed & they were going to reschedule and never called me to reschedule
