I went in tonight to do a print with a complicated order and even though I technically was supposed to do it online, she figured out a way to get it done and allow me to use a discount I had that wouldn’t work online. She even finished it while I waited even thought I know she had lots of other orders that she needed to do. Keep her as long as you can Office Depot!

I cannot say how grateful I am to Adam for helping me get all of my classroom posters designed correctly and walking me through every step of the printing process. Adam’s help was extremely appreciated and I am so thankful for his patience and willingness to help me.

I like this place. We have used it for the print desk on and off for years. Skip the self service and get them to do it for you. Everything you need for the office is on the floor. Grant helped us buy a printer tonight and he was awesome. Check out their selection of bound ledgers and writing supplies!

Went to Office Depot today in Dickson, TN. And was greeted and helped by a wonderful sales lady, KK, highly recommend her. She was friendly,helpful and very informative. Got me taken care of in no time.

Went to Office Depot in Dickson because we needed to fax some paperwork. The UPS store wanted $32+ to fax it and the employee was rude so we left. The employee at Office Depot was very nice and helpful. While we were waiting for the fax to go through (it was about 10 pages or so) we just looked around. The store is very clean and the other employees were also very nice and offered help if we needed it. We were walking back up front and the employee told us the fax had just finished and gave us a confirmation page and it was less than $20! We will definitely go back to this store.

This store is awesome! I was in the market for a large color laser printer and was overwhelmed by all the options and models available. The Manager, Stacie took the time to walk me through several models and worked hard to get me the best price on the one a picked. I would highly recommend this location!

Horrible customer service at the print / copy area. The clerk refused to let me use her scissors for a fedx package I was sending out. She said she didn't know where they were but refused to move her feet out of the spot she was standing in to look (in a print copy area??!! ). She not only refused to help me, but literally did not move her feet out one spot. Never smiled one time. I don't suggest this store if you can avoid it!!

Just want to say again how great the Dickson Office Depot staff has been to me. Tony and Mandy were the helpful folks serving me today, and they worked with me so that I could get exactly what I needed. The great customer service is the main reason I'm loyal to the store.

99.9% of my visits are for the printing. I go 2-3 times a month. I rarely have a wait, and the staff is always so nice and helpful. I have used different options for printing (hard copy, thumb drive, email) and they are always accommodating and helpful.
