Definitely a dirty Love’s that I won’t be returning to. I watched the girl who supposed to clean the bathroom walk in and take the dirty towels out and put cleans ones in. She didn’t bring one cleaning supply to clean and it showed when I walked in the shower. Shame on you Loves do better hire people who will actually clean it’s all type of flu covid common cold and other diseases and infections that can and will be passed around with this type of behavior. I’m afraid to even shower but I have to. The towel rack is so filthy I dear not hang my towel on it. Broken tile dirty tile that looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in months. Trash and hair on the floor and in the trash bin. Hair in the sink soap left in the shower. Shower still wet with the person before me dirty water who could have foot fungus. The tissue and soap dispensers were so dusty. I’m not happy at all with this location.

After the disappointing experience at the last Love's west of here, this was a very pleasant one. The men's room was clean - "Green" button - and the coffee area was stocked. Roller grill in case people want a hot dog or a taquito at 6am. And zero queue at the register to pay for my large coffee.

No need for fuel at this time but if I did, the 10 cents discount per gallon for scanning your Love's app is a great feature.

This place is nasty. One of the dirtier loves you come across. I was going to buy food and stuff here but decided just to eat out the truck after seeing how the bathrooms/showers are. Coffee Station was gross. You could see the thick layer of soapscum discoloring the walls in the shower very heavily. The pictures don't do it justice. Mildew in the bathroom. Sink in the shower didn't work. They did have a few newer shower rooms that looked better than this tho

Average location of loves travel stop. This loves is older and has older equipment, like the coffee booth, the bathrooms and showers are older, and the parking spots. There is a small to medium amount of parking spaces for cars, and small to medium amount of truck parking’s for the big rigs trucks. Everything seems very clean And taken care of. This location has a subway and McDonald’s inside and drive-through. This location has not the new coffee grinding machines. Big disappointment. Only pre-made coffee.

Terrible employees. and nasty showers. Im a truck driver and paid for a shower. the shower they gave me didn’t register the code i put in 2 times. the door pushed open so i went in and shower. get a knock on the door and some smart mouth starts talking about me saying “helped myself to a shower” didn’t bother to ask me if i had a code or anything. when i called to let them know they needed to check on that door for other drivers. they didn’t put me on hold and i could hear them sitting there talking about the situation. whatever general manager they have needs to 1. fix the door on shower 4 and 2. learn how to train their workers to leave their attitudes and cluelessness at home and 3. clean the showers a little better, do more than just go in, spray some cleaner around and pick if the towels (took less than 2 min) and call that clean.

Got food at the McDonald's and the lady at the register had a roach crawling on her shirt. I told her and she knocked it off and stepped on it. We went to the table to set down and there were dead roaches on the handicap bench/seat . This place has a serious problem with roaches. We left.

Bust out of his office like an overweight cowboy to accuse me of stealing but even after I showed him he was too proud to even apologize. Commendable for Loves to hire the mentally challenged but perhaps GM isn’t the right position for them.

iv been stopping at this location for over 8 years and iv had enough, the bathrooms are ALWAYS nasty, and in desperate need of maintenance. the straw that broke the camels back tho was ealier this week when the manager on shift was super rude and unprofessional over a minor misunderstanding. Every parking spot is on a grade. Coming from the west on 40 is a nightmare pulling away from the stop sign. The laundry room hasn't been cleaned in 5 years. Why is there always a broken washer or dryer? septic farm right next door. I had the misfortune of needing a 34 here. Oh woe is me. AT&A is one bar.

The moron filling propane jacked up two of my tanks. One of them now has the valve handle so loose that burning cold propane shoots out the valve area when I attempt to open it. Absolutely ridiculous and insanely dangerous.

The other one is wrenched shut so hard that I can’t even get it opened with a big pair of vise grips. It seems way to dangerous to try with a bigger wrench.

Let’s all pray for this location and hope they can find a single employee that cares about doing even just the bare basics of their job.

Let’s also pray for this entire country and hope we can learn from the great generation did so much for it and is now leaving us.

It’s 2:52 in the morning, and I am in the middle of a long drive. I stopped here to see if they have any hot food. They had hot dogs on the hot rollers. I bought a cheddar smoke hot dog, I didn’t put too many condiments on it except ketchup and mustard. Best hotdog I’ve ever eaten at a gas station!

Also, the kid who was tidying up asked me two times if I needed any help finding anything, and that was unexpected and pleasant. He told me, “I hope you pick a good one!”

Anyway, 10/10 for clean store, hot hot dogs, and clean restroom.

It's easy to get to since there isn't anything really on that exit and has a Subway and McDonald's attached if you want food. The McDonald's even has a drive-thru if you don't want to get out. I will say it seems like this McDonald's is overpriced compared to other locations. The Love's store itself is small with hardly a selection. The bathrooms are usually really dirty when I go and I often see really shady looking ppl inside. The gas is usually overpriced for the area, but sometimes you can catch a deal. I only stop here when I have to when I travel back and forth on I40, but ideally I try to go to better priced or cleaner stations if I can wait.

Don't bother stopping here if you need the bathroom. I travel through this area a lot, and in the last two weeks, anytime I've stopped, this truckstop bathroom has been closed. I wonder how corporate feels about that. The rest of the store seems clean but thats a big deal when your driving in the middle of nowhere.

I always go to Love's because of their friendly staff and the cleanliness of their facilities. This time there were two people at the front register. The lady was very friendly and helpful. But the tall younger man could use some lessons on how to NOT yell over the intercom system and customers' friendliness. His attitude or lack of would not draw me back to that location. 😒 Maybe he was having a bad day but taking a break and shaking it off might help with the stress of working with the public. 🤔

This is the most unorganized poorly managed an absolutely the dirtiest loves I've ever been in. I've been to many many over the United States this is the worst. Bathrooms were disgusting half the urinals did not work. Water leaking inside of the commode areas. They have someone power washing the diesel fuel bays at one of the busiest times of the day and he was in no hurry to get anything done. Had someone washing their feet at the garden hose outside and other ones inside the commode area doing the same. The decline of America is sad very sad.

My sincere appreciation to the overnight manager on 7.20.2023 for allowing me to spend the night after a long day of driving. I felt very safe sleeping overnight in my car at this location. Love's always has the cleanest bathrooms, and they are *fast* to correct it if that's not the case.

Their electronics section is quite extensive but definitely geared towards things you might need in a car or maybe on a camping trip.

Plenty of other odds and ends you might need, typical of any "convenience" store. Love's tends to have more quality purchases and less cheap junk. There is a reason truckers love Love's.

Recently had a tire repaired on my trailer here, staff was welcoming especially ben in the office, ben got me signed up and pulled into a bay within the hour (despite the busy shop). However Kevin the mechanic working on my tire was extremely rude and a had a bit of a smart attitude with myself. If your looking to get something repaired here go ahead they offer 5 star services but not a 5 star attitude.

Loves Travel stops are always so convenient. Of course you can fuel up but restrooms are always clean, they even have a hand sanitizing station upon entering/ exiting the restroom. Plenty of snacks, including healthy ones. Great souvenir place and HOT coffee!

This location is a smaller, dated version of the many Love’s Stops we have a grown accustomed to. The service is friendly and helpful, but it feels like the staffing may be below necessary levels. The bathrooms were in dire need of a cleaning and there was a lot of items needing restocking at the grab and go fast food item area where one staffer was working very hard to replenish and refill items. The soda fountain/ice machine made me very nervous; when getting ice, some nuggets would come out with a reddish pink liquid on them. There may have been fruit punch or some other contaminant.
