Terrible customer service. Ordered a mobile order to pick up INSIDE
When I arrived the doors were locked. I went to the drive thru, 7 cars in the line. I asked if I could get my order inside. They flat out said no. I asked if they could pass it through the door to me, they flat out said no. So I asked for a refund and to cancel the order, they said they couldn't until I get to the window. I didn't want to wait 30 mins, hence why I did an online order. So now, I am trying to get my order refunded through Starbucks mobile app, which is also difficult. Bottom line is THEY ARE RUDE for no reason. I will never go here again.

Best Starbucks I have been at! The employees are super nice and caring. Additionally the customer service is great! I asked for a stapler and the employee went to go look for one and offered it to me so I can staple my papers for anatomy and physiology. I would like to shout out Lexy, Emma, and isis. A great place to also study and a wonderful environment! I wish nothing but the best for the employees who work here and have a hard day with insufrible customers.

Well made coffee. Our order came other quick at first but we realized we got a wrong drink. They made a replacement as quick as possible. We got to keep the incorrect drink... It made me try something different the crunk frap it was really good. Of course the pup cup hit hard as the the pupacinos do.

I had my 1st HORRIBLE experience at this Starbucks. I order Starbucks daily and today was the worst by far. I made my mobile order at 9:03 then proceeded to go thru the drive thru at 9:13 they said it was not ready to park which was fine. So instead I went inside so I could go to the facilities. While entering someone asked for my name and I gave it to them. I proceeded to go to the facilities and came out and sat down. While sitting there 9 ppl got there orders and left finally 30 mins later I asked is there anything for me and he proceeded to give me 2 watered down drinks saying sorry we did not have time to come out to bring it to your car. But thing is I was sitting in your face the whole time and you asked for my name. I will never visit this Starbucks again. Nobody seemed to care at all and I think you should always care about your job rather you made a mistake or not. DO BETTER

This is the second order that we get wrong. Last order was daughter had to go back because she was given just a cup of warm milk when she had ordered hot chocolate. This time, I was given an insipid cup of coffee with what it looks like maybe a splash of something when I’ve ordered white mocha syrup, whipped cream with mocha drizzle and cinnamon powder. I also ordered a bacon, Gouda and egg sandwich and was missing the cheese. I added my own cheese which wasn’t exactly what I wanted to do.

Revised review 11/5/22 6:21pm: By God, I'm trying. Love this location however evening service is atrocious! Not sure if they are shortstaffed or just have no idea what they are doing. As I type this I am waiting on a mobile order for a tall mocha with extra shot - nothing fancy or exotic. 3 cars in front and 2 behind...finally get to window and they tell me coming right up...then said they are getting busy (????) and could I pull up to front of store and they'll bring it out to me...waited 20 minutes watching through window wondering where the heck is my drink!!!! Kept seeing cars leaving drive through after me so finally walked in and there it is just sitting on the counter! No one in line ordering and 3 employees looking like deer in the headlights. Sorry 517 store but I'll go down the road and hit a more reputable one.

Over the past few months there have been other evening issues like making hot drink instead of ordered iced or shots missing and I stupidly kept trying them so that's on me but I'm done and it's sad- especially with price of fuel however I'd rather spend an extra gallon of gas then waste my money and time on staff who don't seem to care.

Let's start with how clean the place was I walked in and the lobby was CLEAN! no trash near or any table. The employees were friendly and very nice to me. My order took less than 5 minutes and they were busy so that's saying a lot. When I got my drink it was a bit overflowed.....LOVED IT. I was also observing how they gave updates to anyone who was coming in to pick up their mobile drink, I think personally they were especially accurate about it. I noticed one customer was being I guess rude and the employee just kept smiling and saying "yes ma'am " so good job on just keeping good vibes. Dont let anybody ruin your day or vibes.

This is my favorite Starbucks location! They always get my order right and the baristas are so friendly. Today when I did in store pick up, one of the girls was still making my drink and drew me some latte art before putting the lid on. Little things like this make my day!

Not the best Starbucks I've been too.. workers seem unfriendly at the drive thru. I stood by the speaker for 2 minutes, and no one said anything so I said "hello?" and of course someone says something.. but when I came to the drive thru, kinda got ugly looks. But yet, they get mad when you just drive to the window and ask for your mobile order when they tell you "you need to say your name on the speaker" yeah ok.

I always come here and am always greeted with the barista Shivanhi. She’s so nice and always makes sure she gets my order correct. Especially since I’m lactose intolerant and gluten sensitive. Great service and awesome workers. Def recommend
