Michaels is a pretty good store and has a lot of the holiday stuff that you're looking for. I wouldn't say it is as good as hobby lobby but it has its own flair and unique stuff that you can always find there

Cameron in the frame dept was very friendly and professional. He helped me choose 3 frames for my cross stitch samplers. The price was more than I expected to spend so he made suggestions on ways I could decrease my total purchase price. I would definitely recommend you speak to Cameron if you're in the market for frames, glass, and/or mats for your portraits.

Paulette, Framing Manager, was phenomenal! I originally started with another representative to assist me but when that didn't work out, Paulette stepped right in and she was a blessing in disguise. She helped me figure out the best framing for my 54x72 artwork and she made sure I was satisfied with each step. If I could give higher than 5, I would. I plan on buying more art and I feel really good knowing I have someone I can trust to handle it. Again, she's wonderful!

Besides looking for a cross pendant for my birthday chain, I was on a mission trying to find yarns in certain colors for my prayer shawls and lap throws (recently started crocheting and knitting again! Just a soothing 😌 hobby, at least for me!). I did find one color and was happy to find the skein weighing one pound for $9.99. I love the fact that Michael's gives me a 10% seniors discount. Also, discovered Christmas candles for 60% off! Couldn't resist putting some in my basket! (I could have, but jar candles for $2.80...🤩, great see-through containers for my odds and ends after using candle and cleaning up the jars!!! More than worth the expense!)
Had to get out of there because I didn't want to bust my budget 😂!
There was no waiting at the register at all. After greeting me Adrianna told me she was out of the wrap for jar candles. We just agreed to individually put them in plastic bags and then two each in another bag. I was still on my mission for more yarn and cross pendant. Got them home safe and enjoying one now as I write this review. Visit most definitely a 👍!

Online and at the front door says they close at 9. I got there at 8:53, I was going in and out. Would take me less than 2 minutes to get what I need. As I am walking in the girls tell me that the registers are closed although they close at 9, they did not let me in. I will be contacting the Director of the store.

Dustin went above and beyond the call of duty today to figure out how I could pay for my framing estimate. Jessica and Liz have been awesome as well. This is my go to craft store and frame shop! Thank you, Dustin! I have had many items framed and shadow boxed here and am always impressed with the quality of work.

And... update! I’ve had a few more difficult items framed ... perfection! Who else gets a written thank you note from your framing store folks? I’m a loyal fan!

Dustin the main manager needs to not be in the position that he is in and needs to go back to managment class and learn some customer service skills. The way he treats his employees and customers is absolutely ridiculous. I now see why they don't have him on the floor of the store.

I went to this location to get some assistance with making a bow to match a bow that I had on a shoe. The employee that helped me, searched the internet & found what I needed because Michael's didn't sell it. She also showed me the ribbon I needed to use as a trim on the bow, which Michael's did carry. Everything worked out perfectly.

Outrageous prices. Quality of products are the same you would get at any local retail or hobby lobby. But their prices are 3 to 4 times higher. Waste of my time. And time is something you can never get back. Don't waste yours.

Michael's has a great selection of home decor, arts and crafts supplies, faux flowers, etc. I was excited for the great sales deals I filled my cart with. I expressed my excitement and appreciation to the cashier and was instantly deflated. She looked at me, clearly annoyed that I had even spoken, said nothing to me, and then looked behind me, loudly greeting the people walking in. I have a background in retail management so I understand that greeting new customers as they walk in is a requirement for many stores. However, no one, except maybe "Karen type" customers should be treated like they are a nuisance by the employee. I decided to just stay quiet until the transaction was completed and left. I think I'll stick to ordering online and just pick up in store next time I need to shop Michael's.

Store is super organized and doesn’t feel like a madhouse like the Michael’s in Webster. Staff is super nice and the store is probably the cleanest Michael’s I’ve ever been too. This will be the Michael’s I go to for now on.

Went in to get some scrapbook stickers and an ink stamp pad. Got them . Noticed a lot of empty hooks in the scrapbook area. I assume it is because of the supply shortage. Sad but out of Michael's control. I still love the store.

Jessica in the framing department is absolutely amazing! There was a bit of a rocky start when I dropped it off but then Jessica took over and messaged me and got it all sorted out. My frame was really old, had no backing and was very delicate but she took great care of it got it done really fast and went above and beyond! Wonderful experience and I'm very appreciative.
