Just ran in for a few things and everything went smoothly. One of the workers very kindly assisted me when I asked for help finding something. They have tap-to-pay, unlike Walmart, so I was able to use my phone to quickly pay for my items. The only thing I had trouble with was getting out of the parking lot because it's very crowded. Overall, a great experience!

That is the problem i have had twice. this last time an item and the back up item were not available so i had an add on. through the app it says when you pull up, no need to wait, you can just let them know you have an add on and they will get it for you. WRONG. You may have to sit there for your add on for hours. Cynthia, store Director was professional, understanding, and showed compassion towards me in one the of the very few vulnerable moments i've had. I will never forget her. Y’all need to talk to y’all‘s chip guy. I’ve made two pick up orders and both have had expired chips. This current order it is December 3, 2024. The chips expired November 1, 2024. Went to pick up a white button shirt I ordered online for my son, the little girl at the pick up counter with away to much makeup on gave me a bag with a balled up shirt that was heavily wrinkled. I told her it was unacceptable, and then I had to hear her explain how she didn't fill the bag for the order. So she gets a manager another CO worker and the "Director" over to make things more messy. All the while they couldn't comprehend of why I was unsatisfied when all I wanted to do was show them exactly what was in that bag and if they would have cared to bring something home like that. Of course they didn't answer me and wanted to get defensive and one to accuse me of yelling and talking to them in a certain fashion when I guess they can't take criticism and they couldn't take any accountability. So I got my refund and I left that Target and we'll never go back again.

Worst service I have ever received. I tried to return my son's summer clothes to buy clothes for his school year. The person in Customer Service asked me if I returned clothes often, to which I said yes and she responded that they will soon not let me return anything. Who is she to decide that? Then she got upset when she saw the bag of clothes. Did one item with tags still on then did another and she typed in numbers and she tried telling me the item was no longer on their system . Like she just didn’t want to assist me. She asked if I wanted to try the rest of the items I said yes and she told me "read me the numbers." Sorry!! Should I dictate the number to you as if I were your employee ? And the worst of the case, she was the manager! What a disappointment. Don't go to this store. Cher shouldn't be a manager! I'm surprised to see that I found bad reviews of her and she's still working there. After she instructed me to read out the numbers to her basically to go her job I said “ Forget it , I don’t like your attitude.” Target at Dickinson is worse than Walmart!! I did call corporate and submitted a formal complaint. Who knows if they even care.

Had an issue with the staff at the Starbucks being rude! GEORGE CHAVEZ reached out to me once to ask about the situation. He told me to email him back which I did twice. HE HAS NEVER EVEN RESPONDED BACK TO ME. Way to solve a customers issue.

Thank God for them to be open during that damn hurricane beryl. I stepped out my house with power and think that wasn't so ba.....oh no. Everything closed and lights out but target was up and running! (For a while, they closed early to be with family.) So glad I was able to get what I need from them.

I just came in today to get help with a visa gift card issue, and it was exhausting for everyone. I don’t know everyone who helped but I do know Ashley HR and Raegan, they were very sweet and patient with me, and helped as much as they could, and it was quicker than it would’ve been if I did it by myself. Stock levels on their website are not accurate at all. Drove an hour round trip for something that showed as plenty of stock online but they had 0.

I love target but I normally go to the location on Bay Area or Kemah. Today I ended up at the one on 646 it was disgusting and a WRECK in there.
Clothes thrown everywhere nothing re stocked stuff all in the floor that just had been passed by multiple staff members, I have never been to a target like this before and won’t be returning. So much stuff all on floor merchandise everywhere. Hopefully they can turn this location around.

Please don’t use the Eye Dr. at this Target Optical location. Try’s to over charge for services that don’t even exist, specially when using insurance. Not accurate with prescriptions and she is the dr and the secretary at the same time. Very dirty office and everything is very unorganized. lost my record with my social security number. Please is not worth the chance!

Shoe department was destroyed you could even look at shoes it was a mess. Shoes all over the floor. Two ladies that work for target were putting swimsuits up and it was a mess and they were complaining about their job. An AT&T sales rep was in electronics and he was pushy. Bad experience all around not an organized store at all pure chaos.

Spoiled Food! This is a big problem with this store. I get spoiled or expired food at least once every 6-8 weeks. No quality control! When I go in store and shop I see expired food all the time. I don’t like buying perishable items from Target for this reason. H‑E‑B & Kroger don’t usually have this issue.

I don’t mean to be an absolute KAREN but be careful going to Target League City (1801 Gulf Fwy, Dickinson, TX) they like to LIE about their return policy. I was told THREE different return policy dates by three different employees. Which one is it?
I was told originally (BY AN EMPLOYEE) when I bought the Oculus 2 back in the end of November, (11-27) that there was a 90 day return policy, and I thought that was more than enough time to figure out if it was something we’d keep. Every time I played with it, it made me physically nauseous or it gave me a migraine, so I was done. I’ve played with it maybe five times total. When I went to return it this evening, I was told it was a 14 day return policy by the “manager” Bryan, and that I had no leg to stand on at this point. Granted, I didn’t have the receipt, but I called guest services and got it printed at the store. Then I was told by Bryan it was a 30 day policy on returns and they wouldn’t give me a refund, an exchange, OR store credit, which was around 500 dollars.

Love the location and staff until today. Was at customer service returning an item and asked if I could move the remainder of the purchase to my red card (it was a large purchase and I had forgotten the card on date of purchase). The woman behind the counter, Cher, was condescending when reiterating my request, and then told me I would need to get back in line (there was only one person in line, so it wasn’t as if they were backed up). Luckily, Josh who assisted me with the transaction was very polite and understanding. I heard Cher openly reprimanding staff as I was being helped, so I can only assume she is in a management position? Poor hiring decision Target…

I had been to 2 other stores looking for this particular item, and when I got to this store, they didn't have it, but I had the option of signing in and have it ready within two hours to pick up. It was ready less than one hour which was very convient when I was getting off work. The whole experience was quick and easy.

Love this store! It’s always so clean and quiet. I love that Target thinks about the customer’s comfort. I don’t mind paying more than shopping at Walmart, because Walmart attracts the wrong type of environment that I’m looking for. They don’t care about me, their shopping carts are always broken. Employees don’t help like they do at Target.

I drove all the way to this store for a curbside order. When I got to the store the app was not working. I called the guest services desk, and it rang and rang and nobody answered. I then tried to call every other department and not one department answered. I waited and tried calling for 20 minutes until finally I had to bring all of my children into the stool and find an employee to help me. Very very frustrating experience and I will not go back. The employee did not even say he was sorry for my experience when he brought out my order.

This Target is always clean and well stocked. Not only that, but the employees I've interacted with have always been first rate! The greeters are genuinely nice, the sales floor associates are always patient and giving of their time and expertise, the cashiers never fail to make it known that they are a work family by helping each other out, cracking jokes, saying hello or goodbye to each other, and all while making you feel welcome and important as a customer. Last night, we finally tried the "drive up pick-up" with an online order and WOW! They were so fast, they already had it ready before I put my car in park. And they didn't just go "here" like you would expect, they were extremely nice. Idk, I just got this vibe that this was the A-team who works well and efficiently together while having a good time. I'm really appreciative that I live near such a great Target!

So as I walked Target today, I realized the standard that corporate America has on companies is either unrealistic or this Target isn't meeting expectations. The customer service is good was greeted upon arrival and as I left but not in between asked fo help. I get it you're busy working but everyone's eyes are down instead of looking up. Target is known for center store and upon inspection it's not completely faced but it's manageable. As you walk the perimeter you notice a lot of areas lacking, shoes, clothes, the holiday aisle you can understand. When you get to the dairy department it's atrocious and it's only the middle of the week, frozen sub par at best lots of holes and the grocery department is definitely not Target's strong point and you can tell. The produce and meat shouldn't be that high on the list either it's Target. Overall it looked like a bomb went off in there from a shoppers perspective or a corporate employee and needs help.

I was returning diapers that I got for my baby shower with no receipt...Aubrey I believe was the manager that was helping me with a couple boxes I had brought in...he was so nice and helped us beyond what he had to and when i had to get my son out to breastfeed him he made me feel very comfortable letting me know his wife breastfeed all his children...the whole time apologizing for everything taking so long...at the end he ended up helping me return a box that was discontinued and matching it to the price of a box they had in stock...hands down the best service I've ever had.

Customer service is really bad the employees are so rude here they honestly don’t care about there jobs or the customers just the other day I went shopping there and accidentally bump into a employee’s working cart with my shopping cart and I said I’m sorry and he gave me the rudest stare ever I won’t ever shop here again

Matthew in electronics helped me out today and he was awesome both on the phone and at the store. It always makes the shopping experience that much better when an associate is so knowledgeable about the products you're asking about, as well as a genuine friendliness that made the shopping fun and purchase pass quickly. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes with everything I wanted, plus something I didnt even think about but actually needed. So that saved me a trip in the future! 10/10 experience

I know I am not the only one who is in love with this store. Target always has a great selection of products, reasonable prices and store pick up is really easy. I am not crazy about the way they have switched things around inside some of the stores lately, but I am still in love.
