Place was pretty well organized. The merchandise available had also been rotated frequently. Decent prices and deals! Not close by otherwise I would visit more often but definitely on my rotation of stores to visit!!!! Also lovin the mushroom merch!!!!!

Worst customer service. Tried to do a return on a defective item that broke the day of purchase and three employees immediately told me NO very rudely. They didn’t even bother to look at the item. Would give zero stars if possible.

I received a neck massager from my wife for Christmas, when I tried to use it for the first time it didn’t worked. We tried to return but we didn’t have a receipt and my wife had pealed the tag since it was a Christmas gift . LISA THE MANAGER was extremely rude & unprofessional giving the worst customer service as a manager . She was no help at all and told me “idk what to tell you go to other Tjmaxx to see if the have it in there location “ . I told her I had the card she paid with , she stated that it wasn’t going to work since I didn’t have the receipt . Long story short I called customer service & received a gift card with the amount she paid the massager with no questions asked.

Pretty well organized, but it has sections that are chaotic. A little understaffed but that's what I would expect from a discount department store. I'm sure that helps keep costs down. It's a reasonable trade off.

My first visit to this location. It was a very busy store but fully stocked. The Jewelry department had beautiful pieces and Analisa was a great help! She was kind and professional . I then started looking through the clothes and while shopping I was approached by Carolina she saw my hands were full and offered to go get me a cart. She brought it to me with a smile.
Every employee I came across was smiling and polite. Customer Service is important and this location receives an A++ !!

I wish I would've gotten the employee name (she worked on Tuesday 5/30/23 4:30pm) at the fragrance counter. I was highly miss treated when all I did was ask a simple question. I was asked if they sold the fragrance without a cover and the employee was so rude and not helpful. She belittled me. Very disappointing, she answered while walking away and moved on to the other customers that came after me and I really wanted to purchase the perfume. This was my favorite store and I'll never shop there again. Train your employee the importance of excellent customer service 👌

Lisa at this location was so rude and couldn’t help out the cashier that was helping me do a return. She said she couldn’t do a return without my tj maxx credit card being present even though I have done it so many times at that location and others. Im sticking to the Clear lake location from now on. They’re super nice and helpful and have never had any issues there. I immediately went to the clear lake and got my return back super fast.

My place for discount fragrances or specialty coffee. Never found clothes that I like. If you see something you like, buy it. I saw some Hermes Twilly perfume there and did not buy it. I went the next few days to purchase 1 bottle and all 4 bottles they had were gone. Sad face
