This is the second time I have come to pick up my prescription at a specified time and it wasn't ready. The last time I scheduled online to pick up at 8:00 a.m., showed up at almost 10:00 a.m. And it wasn't ready. This time I called and spoke with someone directly, I was told to come pick my prescription up after 2:00 p.m. I showed up at almost 6:00 p.m. And it wasn't ready, I was told I had to wait 15 minutes.

This Walgreens is usually pretty good. They have what I need in stock, etc. Being Walgreens unless its on sale though, its pricey. But its convenient so I go there in a pinch. The other day I went in at around 1:30 in the afternoon to get a couple things and I thought I would get my flu shot. NOT! The pharmacy wasn’t even open! So I see a pharmacy employee walking down an aisle, and I stopped her to simply ask a question. She informed me that she was on her break and kept walking. I said ‘I just have a question!’ But she couldn’t have cared less about me. I yelled back at her that she must have a really good lunch because she can’t even answer a question. I told the cashier and he said he knew who that was. When I asked him why the pharmacy was closed, he said they close for lunch! WHAT???? I know this is a small town, but I’ve never seen or heard of a busy national chain completely closing the pharmacy for lunch. Whatever works for them, but I’m glad I don’t use their pharmacy. Its just sad that people with jobs aren’t very interested in doing them.

Came to Dickinson walgreen for photo print , but after struggling few minutes asked to cashier( Christina) that the cable is not working , she went to get other cable and soo. She came to me other customer came with camera to print photo So cashier told me to move so got off fron chair I thought she is connecting cable for me but she ask the other customer ( in Spanish) to give her camera and she connect ot print his photo,I WAS BIT SURPRISED, than she gave me cable and left so i sat and start updating my photoes than another lady came so cashier said something to her ( in Spanish) than ecry 30 seconds she ask me Do you need her , she asked me around 8 times in three minutes so i left

Pharmancy staff is always professional and their phone support and refill process is very useful and usable. I really like being able to process my prescriptions via the automated system. Update... "we'll be with you when we can get to you."

Stopped in to this Walgreens location to send a money transfer. Got my transaction started at the kiosk and then proceeded to the register to finalize it. 3 customers ahead and the line is moving swiftly. I'm up now and Kayla, who should be checking me out, decides to start breaking down boxes and talking with the delivery woman that just entered. So Nora, bless your heart, takes me. She then calls Kayla once she finds out it's a Western Union transaction. Kayla says, "Yeah! Do it!" Nora apologizes and says she doesn't quite have it down yet. So Kayla Congress over and says, "I'm sorry. I already showed her like 5-6 times how this goes"... Enough Kayla. I told her I would contact management and she shouldn't have left Nora when i was clearly her next customer coming from the kiosk. So unprofessional to speak about your elder coworkers the way you did Kayla. Management, I saw you walking the floor, and i highly recommend that you give your employees some training on manners. Not so sure that I want to return to this location after today.

The worst Walgreens around, period. When I called to confirm fed ex drop off. They were rude. When I arrived, they were very rude and wouldn't accept my package because it was too big. So I drove to the league city Walgreens and they accepted it and said it was well within the size restrictions. They just didn't want to deal with it. So lazy and rude. Avoid this location at all costs! I wish I could leave 0 stars.

This is the worst Drug Store I have ever gone into. They don't care if you get any service or if you have your medications. I am waiting for a prescription that the pharmacist says it needs a number. They filled an almost identical one from the same doctor but this one needed a number. They said come back tomorrow. No one called me to tell me anything I wait in a line 2 cars for 20 minutes ask for my medication they don't know anything about it. Then after telling them I dropped off a prescription yesterday they dig further and tell me they did not get a call from the doctor so I have to wait. I call the doctor the next day and they tell me no one called from the pharmacy they can't imagine what number I need. This started on Monday it is now Thursday no call from the pharmacy to tell me anything good or bad. I don't know what they are requiring and neither does the Dr. Office.still no med. They could have at last filled it and then gotten the number they needed I have been getting this same med for 3 years.

Went there and my total was 11.98 for two bags of chips and gave her 30$ and only got 11 in change when I brought it up i was told i was wrong and my change was 11 and not 18 as it said on the receipt

Rudest bunch of pharmacy staff I’ve ever encountered. I know you folks work hard and see a lot of sick people but I was very kind and super polite and was treated rudely. This is not helpful and certainly not necessary.

my boyfriend and i went in to get his covid shot and we were the second ones in line. they told him to sit down and they’d call him. forty minutes later, they’ve helped other people and we are still sitting. they then call us to fill out a sheet and then we proceed to sit for another 20 minutes. service was ridiculous and lazy.

Got a flu shot yesterday and it was the best experience ever. The guy who gave the shot had great hands. I didn't even feel the shot at all. Wish everyone gave shots like he did.

The pharmacist is denying patients prescriptions.
If a doctor prescribes a medication it’s for a good reason. That pharmacist should mind their business and do their job.

Pharmacy staff are very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. I drove up to pick up my babies medicine and didn’t even get a hello from the girl at the drive thru and after she gave me my medicine she just walked off didn’t even ask if I needed anything else as I just sat there waiting for her to come back because she didn’t even give me all my medicine!!!

WORST customer service EVER! The woman that answered the phone was the rudest I have ever heard in life! This is a sad way to present to people that may be sick/injured! Wouldn't recommend this location to my dog's friends!

OMG, spent 400$ on scripts and vitamins, Tried to exchange one box of hair dye. Then they called a manager and she says its 1.72$ more now cause it not on sale any more. The manager Tameera was demeaning and arrogant. Exact same brand and everything just different color. Acted like i just had to have the receipt to even suggest exchanging. Which is so sad because the pharmacy was just excellant the 2days before! So much caring about your customers.

I will never use Walgreens pharmacy in dickinson Texas but the store is great pharmacy gives me problems every time I come here then Peter thinks it's funny whenever I came to pick my meds up before the storm Peter needs to step down and let someone that's friendly and thank about the coustomer first and not think that it's funny whenever someone need there meds I hope that y'all really consider let him have some time off work and looking out for the coustomer...

Waited 5 minutes to be waited on at photo counter. When service came, it came in the form of an oblivious manager, Tessafee, or whatever her name is, and a rude as hell lady named Ciara. Ciara was rude and loud and the manager just stood there and allowed her to speak to me as though I was interrupting her life to make her actually (gasp!) work! Other than the couple of rude moments, I was completely ignored... CVS is less than mile away. Going there from now on...

I had the worst experience with this walgreens pharmacy. I had 3 prescriptions filled out here and they told me they would text me when they finished them they also promised they would be done that night. Well 15 min before they closed I finally decided to go up there because otherwise they would be closed. I get there and the stupid pharmacy girl
