First time I've paid for a pizza and throwing it away.

Atmosphere:
As soon as I walked in, the place smelled...off. One of the employees was eating a pizza right by the register.

Food:
The pizza tasted like the smell of wet dog. Something is definitely off. I'm saving a couple slices in Ziplocs in case I get food poisoning, for proof. It just wasn't good. At all. If you're driving up, just walk to the Kroger next door and get a frozen pizza. Better taste for less out of your pocket.

Stay away from this place. It's unclean.

we received the pizza almost an hour after the order was placed and it was cold and hard. it seemed like it had been sitting out for several days and super thin when we ordered hand tossed, i’ve never had an issue with pizza hut until i came to this location, the breadsticks look so nasty i couldn’t even eat them, when we called to try and resolve the issue the manager was very rude and not helpful whatsoever. there’s a reason half of these reviews are 1 star.

After an hour and a half doorDash canceled my order. When I contacted the store they told me there was nothing they could do because they gave the food to DoorDash and proceeded to ignore my calls. i did not ask Door Dash to deliver my food. I ordered directly from the website and no one was willing to even try to help. They just keep passing the blame.

Absolutely no attention to detail. Ordered a medium pepperoni with jalapeño. In the comments said extra extra well done / crispy. The pizza was barley done at all and it had no jalapeños. Also orders a veggie pizza that was a very sad pizza. I will never be getting pizza here again and I suggest y’all don’t either.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, only one person was working here and it took over 1 hour to complete an order and the food sucks. This poor associate normally works at a different location and was there helping out and the manager that allowed her to work by herself didn’t even tell her that she was going to be by herself. I would never eat at this place again after this. Why would you do That to someone?

I’ve called the main number and they’ve tried to connect me also, confirming they’d get someone on the line with no avail. I guess I’m gonna have to drive up there just to talk to someone.

Ordered pizza. It was supposed to be delivered within 22 minutes. I called to check on my order when it wasn’t delivered within the 22 minutes. Pizza Hut, Blair, said the pizza was done and just waiting on a delivery driver. An hour after I ordered my pizza, I called back and Blair said the delivery driver was on his way to pick up the pizza and it would be delivered within 27 more minutes. I canceled the order. Blair confirmed that the order was canceled and said I would be refunded. Within 5 minutes of me hanging up with Blair, Joe from DoorDash called me to ask if I canceled my order. I told him I canceled it because it was sitting there waiting on a driver for over an hour so I don’t want cold pizza. After I got off the phone with Joe, I received a text from DoorDash that confirmed Joe handed me the pizza. I called Joe back to ask him why he lied and he said he had to put the order through anyway.

Ordered contactless delivery with a delivery time of 60-70 mins, had no confirmation that order was delivered within 40mins, pizza was cold by the time I retrieved it, and half the order was missing. Contacted the store and they acknowledged the other half was still at the store and they were gonna deliver it, when the delivery driver arrived she made it known she was just following instructions of leaving it out front. She was being very passive aggressive, had 2 slices of pizza and felt sick after 30 mins, threw it all back up. Would not recommend anyone order from this place ever.

Pizza Hut customer service is trash. I ordered my food, waited about an hour for delivery, got the wrong order that was nothing like my order, tried to contact the store, had busy tone every time, then when I reached customer service all they said was "sorry, we will get this out as soon as possible" even though I explained that I have a small window for lunch which was missed.. and 1 hour later, still no delivery. You're better off ordering local or fasting...

Update... The food never came we ordered from somewhere else. we could give a zero we would.. The customer service is terrible we ordered food and 90 mins later no food. So I call to get a eta since the original time had passed by 45 mins the person that answered the phone was rude and said the food is still in preporation 90 mins later, at first she said um you already places an order? My guess they were not paying attention and had not started the order. I will absolutely never order from here again. Lesson learnedearned.

The Pizza Hut in Dickinson is probably one of the better Pizza Huts I've ever been to.I think. I prefer Pizza Hut over Domino's or any other pizza place around. The quality is consistent and it's good.

Worse experience I ever have with Pizza Hut. Very unprofessional staff. I call and ask the lady if the make delivery to my hotel she asked me for the address and then she said yes. Took my order and I make the payment through the phone. One hour later I call to see the status of my order and this guy told me the make a mistake they do not deliver to this hotel so he said come a pickup if you want I asked for a refund he said he do not work with that and hang the phone on me. Later people ask why they can’t find a job 👎🏼

It took almost 3 hours to get my small pizza

I was dumb enough to try to order from them again and --- This was my 3rd time ordering from them and all 3 times I have had issues. This time supposedly the door dash delivery person dropped my pizzas at the wrong location. When I called and talked to the manager he did not seemed surprised and said "we will have to remake your pizza" when I asked for a refund instead, he said they can only refund 2/3 of the cost the delivery charge could not be refunded. I was shocked!! He said I would have to come into the store to get the rest.... I will never ever order from Pizza Hut again and I will post all this on as many social media sites as I can.

I hate ordering delivery because it comes from this location and everything the pizza is nasty. It took over hour to get 2 miles down road but even if it came in 10 minutes, the pizza at this location is just nasty. I ordered 3 toppings all pepperoni and it looks as if it's just a single topping pizza. Crust is burned and pizza is dry. I will never again order delivery or carryout from this location. We live in League City and for delivery the Pizza Hut App always makes us order from the Dickinson, Texas location even though there are 3 locations in League City that are closer. The Dickinson location either doesn’t have drivers or someone called in sick, yet all 3 closer Pizza Hut locations in League City are delivering. I don’t know who the genius is who came up with this dumb delivery map, but it is getting old have to order carry out.

Seriously the worst Pizza Hut I've ever ordered from. We ordered regular chicken wings (with bones) and got dry little boneless nuggets that were chewy and flavorless. We chose the spicy garlic, but the sauce was literally just dumped on top of the nuggets, some nuggets were drowned in sauce and some had none. The whole thing looked like dog food that had been vomited on. It was nauseating. I could only take one bite. Furthermore the pizza order of 2 medium pizzas and wings for my boys cost more than the fancy restaurant dinner for my husband and me, which is ridiculous since the quality was so far below that of the fancy restaurant food. We will never go here again.

This place is always "understaffed." when I call to ask why my pizza is 2 hours late they just give me that same excuse.
I've called tonight 3 times and been hung up and one time the employee asked if he could put me on hold, when I said no he did it anyway and then the line switched to the dial tone.
I love the pizza but am so fed up with the customer service. I spend $60 a week here and they just lost my business.

Save yourself a headache. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered here and should have read all the reviews first. We waited 2 hours for a delivery for an online order and called to check on it. They wouldn't answer so we kept calling. They finally answered and said they were on the way. 30 minutes passed and still no pizza so we called again and then they said they don't deliver to my location and the driver already came back.We asked why they didn't contact us to tell us and they said they spoke to us earlier but left out they said the driver was on the way and didn't even mention they don't or can't deliver here (gaslighting). They offered no solution and couldn't have cared less. They didn't mention a refund or anything. Reading all these reviews I'm surprised they are still even open!

This is my third time ordering and second time having my food delivered. ETA was 55-65min and I placed my order at 7:27pm. This is the second time my order took almost two hours to get here. Delivery guy arrived at 9:14pm. I gave it two starts only because the delivery guys both times were very apologetic and kind. However this time my pizza was lukewarm at best and the bread was tough. IF I ever order from here again it will be for pick up only!! Very disappointed.

When I first heard about a Pizza Hut in my area I was excited. I like the restaurant chain’s version of pizza and breadsticks and needed food delivered on a weekly basis. I now only order from their competitors.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!!!!

I placed my order for the past 4 weeks and have received wait times from 50 minutes to 2 hours. I adjusted my order time so the expected hr-2hr wait would fall when I wanted the pizza. I found myself waiting 60 minutes after the expected delivery time with no answer from the store. One time I got a call an hour after delivery time asking if I still wanted the pizza I had already paid for.

Their excuses 2 of the times were that the delivery drivers “walked out”. Worst-run restaurant I’ve ever seen.

Make a change Pizza Hut and get a new management team here. This owner doesn’t know what they are doing.

Ask for the dry wings and they give me the wings with the sauce the ambient is rough

Should have listened to other reviewers. Estimated 30 minute delivery. 2 hours later still no pizza. I live only 4 minutes away! What really got me was it took 45 minutes to cancel my order. 5 unanswered phone calls to store, I end up on a pizza hut call center talking to a call center manager to cancel. Now I have to spend the next 3 days checking bank to ensure they actually canceled it.

Should have ordered Gio's!!!

If you order from here, you’re wasting your time. Over 2 hours waiting, 6 hang ups, 4 transfers.

So far, the order was taken very efficiently. Order was repeated back correctly and the upsell was done professionally. Great job.
