Store ia very unclean not organized at all checkout lines are a total joke over 45 mins to checkout with only 3 registers open no calls to open more and even had two people behind the registers just folding clothes and visiting dont wate your time at this location they will be more then happy to waste yours . Any savings you find will be eaten up by the time you spend in the line. Same issues as reviews over two years old with no improvements made at all

Wow I’ve been in some very disturbed and mismanaged stores but this Burlington in Donna of which is a new one takes the #1 spot.
It was so disorderly that even where where this were to be located we’re baskets filled of merchandise that I guess they expected you to rummage through to find what you were looking for.
I should have expected the worst when you walk up to a store at the opening and the trash containers outside are so full that around them are trash piled up and the wind blowing it into the street. See the pictures below. Inside the story was just as close to the outside.
The people inside were hard at work trying to put Humpty Dumpty back together again for another day of shame by management.

Burlington discriminates you if you are a student. They won't hire you if you go to school. The manager is very unprofessional. One of her excuses not to hire my kid was that she didn't want to waste time training her to be a cashier and the other because she was a college student.

Every time I come to this place line is ridiculous ... they have so many employees who are worried about hanging clothes instead of having just two cashiers attend the customers ... very bad service .... two hour wait for only 4 items... wouldn't recommend this place...

Burlington has great merchandise and great prices. It has so much variety to choose from. Good customer service. It is unfortunate that customers do not know to put merchandise back. They grab carts full of things to buy and only purchase half the items and just leave the items on any random aisle.

Went in for two items and AGAIN only 1 cashier. There were 21 customers in front of my wife and I. Went to the sweet door greeter and ask her if she could call for another cashier for help. She advised me that there is only 1 cashier scheduled and If I would like to speak with her manager. I said yes please. Tina, store manager came to the front and asked. What can I help you sir. I told Tina, can you please open up another register to help. She said I only have 1 employee in the register. So I asked her ok, what are you doing? Can you get in there and help your customers. She said No, am doing paperwork. I LOOKED at her a little confused and asked her,,, so your paperwork is more important than your customers in front of you. Folks by now there were close to 30 customers behind my wife, and Tina said yes! Ok, please let me have your corporate # and name so that I can file a formal complaint. She did and she walked away. As I was standing in line I started calling corporate, and asked to speak with someone for my complaint. GUESS WHAT, they had me waiting for more than 15 minutes and no one came back to speak with me. I hunged up the phone and as I was about to leave, TINA the store manager probably thought it over on what she had done and she jumped in the next register and started to help. I really, really wanted to check out with her but the other young lady did the honors. She smiled at us, looked at her manager and back at me and said THANK YOU. For all those managers out there, swallow your pride and step in to help those who pay your checks, your customers. However nothing is going to change if WE don't speak up.

Over a freaking hour to pay??? Really??? There are some of us that have kids and kids get annoyed. Some of us don’t have anyone that can take care of our kids either!! It is so frustrating that you found everything you wanted at great prices and then you have to leave the store and leave your shoppings behind because the lack of cashiers at this business. You all need to either hire more start at the cash register or put self checkouts….. How can you guys have two dam cashiers on a Sunday??? Come on BURLINGTON do better…….

Terrible place to shop . Always an endless line for check out with only 2 registers open out of ten. Plenty of merchandise but is probably because a lot of people give up when they see the check out line . I’ve been here on numerous ocasiones and is always the same . They should have self check out , the numerous register they have are completely useless since they don’t have enough staff. Allow yourself at least an hour to be in line if you really want to purchase something from this store .

I love the store and yea I totally understand the long line. But guys keep in mind is not the store fault. People don’t want to work and many of us have our own little business either crafting , shirts, tumblers even food plates. And that left us not want to work for someone’s else’s. Big line one cashier is not for us to leave 1 star.

Like the store but takes forever to checkout. They need to be lots more customer friendly. Also am returning a pair of pants I could not try on in store. NoFitting rooms. Joke for sure. No more shopping here for me
