Bad store lady at self check out very rude young lady I see that it's 10 items or less she let another lady and guy go with like 17 items and stops me I was doing two separate orders and one ones for delivery and she even grabbed my cart talking bout no I would have to let everyone else but you did only was a problem with me horrible experience work on your staffs attitude

Love going to this heb but today I had a bad experience with cashier Nancy T. She was very rude and condescending because I had a coupon that wouldn’t scan. They sent the bagger to get another coupon. As we waited she kept making rude remarks. Saying she hates dealing with coupons. That she doesn’t understand why people use them. And that she doesn’t understand why people won’t just pay the extra money. Because to her it’s not worth it, the savings are insignificant. People have their reasons for using coupons. The store provides them for a reason. To help the customers save even if it’s just a little. Those “little” savings add up and help people in the long run (especially in these hard times we’re facing currently). If you don’t like dealing with coupons maybe you shouldn’t be a cashier. I stayed silent the entire time because I refuse to waste my energy arguing with people. I’ve worked plenty of retail/ customer service jobs and I know this is not how you act in front of customers.

Your HEB bagged tortilla chips in the bakery are waayy too salty. I've tried the no salt but just not good. I first bought these at the Alamo store. Theirs had just the right amount of salt.

Small if you don't like to walk around the bigger stores. Haven't had a problem yet in everything you expect at HEB but smaller

I feel like I live here sometimes with how frequent I venture in; I don't even work there. Lol Very friendly and helpful. Kept clean too. It is very small store so stocking everything can be limited at times. Their quick self checkout lanes easily make up form that.
