There is a very nice waitress who works here, she treated me so kindly, it felt as if I had come to her home and I was the most welcome guest in her home. Thank you very much for such a welcome. Unfortunately, I didn't remember her name. But I remembered this place with warmth in my heart ❤️

I don’t even know where to begin. The place was not clean although there was multiple employees standing around and a handful of customers. They had plenty of time to clean! After taking our order the food took way too long to come despite having Very little customers! When the food arrived to our table it was cold as if it had been sitting for a while!! Waitress was not attentive at all, hardly saw her. I was raving to my kids about the new pancakes I wanted them to try at dennys and decided to go to have them try them, but When pancakes arrived they looked different and upon tasting them they had no flavor and the sweet cream on top tasted different and was yellow which typically is white, maybe from sitting around for so long! Pancakes were not fluffy instead they were dry, flat and bland. After complaining about bland pancakes manager had the nerve to tell me pancakes are not supposed to have any flavor. I recommend he calls the location on tc jester for their assistance in customer service and how to properly make food and clean the restaurant!!

I knew when he took my order he couldn’t remember it. Ordered Southwest skillet with over easy eggs. Well sure enough I got a crazy spicy skillet but at the end of the day and worn out as I was I didn’t even feeling like sending it back. The crepes my wife ordered were cold. This location is very easy to get to, it's right off the freeway. Plenty of parking. Attached to the flying J truck stop so and pick up anything else that you may need. Staff was friendly, food came out good, really liked it. It's been a while since we've eaten out of Denny's but now I know this one is good to go.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The only reason is the service. I never even felt that way as i feel they were treating other couples differently and they treated me different. I ordered two different things omelet and onion rings order but that guys brought everything in a same tiny plate put all the onion rings on top of omelet it’s seems like he is serving to a animal. After he left he never showed again they all were busy in talking laughing in other corner of the place. Even I waived several time for coffee but may be they had any vision problem or they just ignored me. I felt so bad and finally i just paid and got out of the place. I would never visit these guys again and won’t recommend to any my known.

Never order delivery food from them I have ordered 4 different times and they do not put enough syrup in my bag. I ordered 2 different kinds of pancakes and they gave me 1 pack of syrup. This isn't the first time. I've tried to call to make sure they put enough in the bag, and they didn't answer the phone. This place cares less about its customers.

I cant leave a review on the food because i was in there for thirty minutes and just barely got enough attention to get a menu. It took forever to even have someone tell me to sit anywhere and then even longer to get a menu. No one took my drink order, nothing. I walked out after thirty minutes because it was obvious i wasn’t worth their time. There was probably three tables that were being used at 2 in the afternoon and six different people walking around but none of them could help one lone customer eat a late lunch. There was even a DoorDash (possibly) lady picking up food and that took forever. I used to love coming here but now you wont catch me setting foot inside after today. So disrespectful.

The foods good, and they have a nice ambiance. The service needs work. I can't speak for all of them but some of the servers here lack discipline. They are lazy and rude. Sadly, the manager Ashton seems to pick up their slack often. It was weird seeing a manager serve, while the server sat in the back on her phone. In my opinion it's unprofessional and it makes this establishment look bad, but that could easily be fixed so 4/5.

Entre lo que pedimos, agarramos un French toast de fresas y eso estaba súper viejo, duro, la crema estaba asquerosa. Terrible. Worst Dennys experience ever. We sat with no silverware for about 45 minutes and our waitress seemed too determined to help the kitchen and do other duties than actually face customers often enough. I asked for water 4 times and gave up. Such terrible service and I saw that other tables with another waitress or waiter were fine. Ours was very rude and didn’t seem to know the menu. Why have fruit juices on your menu and never have it in stock? We asked for orange juice then grapefruit juice. She didn’t seem to know they had that on the menu but told us they were out. Hashbrowns had a crust but somehow weren’t cooked all the way… who serves half cooked potato? It was obviously pretty raw despite the crunchy outer layer. My burger had a single slice of tomato and the patties hardly touched the edges like they just make it look like they give you enough beef but both patties were tiny and very crumbled.

Watched the To Go orders get made quick and in a hurry and no one picks them up meanwhile it took longer than usual to get our food just to be disappointed

I went with some friends just to get a dinner. We got our drinks and I got an OJ but was only told after I asked for a refill that there were no refills. Didn't offer me an alternative. Then we get our food - she came back to confirm my order twice and another friend confirming her pancakes. One of my friends got the wrong side when she got mashed potatoes the woman thought she said "red skinned potatoes." I ordered a burnt end sandwich and got roast beef on a sandwich missing half the ingredients. Which was cold while the Mac and cheese was burnt as heck and looked old. One of the onions from my burger was cooked into my other friends cinnamon pancakes so watch out if you have allergies - they don't clean their grill. My third friend had the worst experience. She ordered chocolate chip pancakes and ended up with blueberry pancakes. She wasn't bothered since she likes them and ate them. Two bites in she started hard gagging and spits the food into a napkin. She said it tasted rancid and spoiled. When the waitress finally came back from watching tv (which she did while cooking too) my friend told her the pancake situation. The waitress told her sorry that the blueberries looked like chocolate chips. That is insane! Either she's higher than a kite or those blueberries are so out of code that they're mushed. Either way keep her away from food. When we went to pay, she still tried to charge my friend for the food she didn't eat and charged her for the wrong food item too. My friend told her she wasn't paying for it a second time and the woman reluctantly removed the item. Overcharged for bad food none of us finished with staff that were honestly horrible. There were two couple besides us so it wasn't a busy store.

Save the money and eat at the gas station instead. It's honestly going to be better than the food poisoning we will probably have tomorrow.

Firstly we were told there were no refills on OJ AFTER we had drank our oj. Then the waitress got everyone's order wrong multiple times. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes and was brought out blueberries. I started eating because I'm fine with blueberries so it wasn't a big deal. The issue came ate the second bite. The blueberries were spoiled or something. It tasted straight up rancid. I had to spit out the food into a napkin because i almost threw up. My friend also had onions cooked INTO her pancakes. The list of red flags goes on but I'll definitely never eat here again.

Great playlist for the 🎶🎶🎵! I am not sure if the lady who was serving my husband and I was having a bad night, high or just didn't want to be at work but we didn't feel welcomed and we would have left and ate elsewhere if we wanted to but we wanted Denny's. Towards the end of our meal she brought us some napkins but upon sitting down at the bar area she sold towards us with the coldest face and no hello or anything. My husband and I was very polite thanking her and trying to brighten up her time serving us but nothing worked. eventually she had another man assist us while she sat at the back of the restaurant. We came in at 10:45ish and left around 11:45 05/15/24. We would say something to her and she wouldn't even recognize us speaking walk by and bring back what was requested it was blatant disrespectful if you ask me. My husband still left a $2 tip but it was not worth that for the service we didn't receive.

came here for a quick meal. the lady seemed new & was basically clueless. i asked for a single patty cheeseburger with no onions or pickles & she gave me a flaming 5 pepper burger. nothing close to what i had ordered. i even pointed it out for her on the menu & she was made sure 2x what i ordered. she didn’t know what raspberry tea was even when i said it both english & spanish. she gave us an attitude when we asked for cholula. the hostess also didn’t do anything to help. she insisted to him that i ordered the flaming burger & he didn’t even ask us or call for a manager. we paid for the entire wrong meal & another older server asked us if everything was okay, we explain to her the situation. she was more apologetic than both of the other 2 we had to encounter.
