This is a cozy place to get something to drink (non-alcoholic). They have pink drink which tastes like strawberry milk - very different from the one at Starbucks.

I had never been to a Beans & Brew before I came here yesterday.
I was looking for an iced herbal tea because my my regular spot was out. What I got from Beans & Brew was boring and bland. They didn't make the ice tea ahead of time - all they did was put a couple of bags in cold water. This shows they don't know tea at all. When you make iced tea you have to let it sit for 12-24 hours because there is no heat in the water to bring the tea out. It literally tasted like I was just drinking water. I will never buy iced tea from Beans & Brew again.

AND - they wanted me to tip them for this service. What a joke!

I love this location. The staff here is always friendly and accommodating. Plus, they offer a quality product. I also enjoy taking advantage of the free internet they provide. Overall, this Beans & Brews location is worth checking out.

Received at the perfect drinking temperature.
Filled to the top like you expect your coffees to be and the flavor is just right.
Something wonderful about your hot mrBs tasting like its meant to! I definitely recommend this location for a winter warm up ☃️

The staff were both nice, even though they were busy they not only welcomed me among the crowd but they both made eye contact as well when speaking to me. That's great!

My favorite place to go and get work done and enjoy the some of their DELICIOUS breakfast sandwiches. They have free wifi, a great staff, excellent food and a chill vibe to top it off!

We were visiting Salt Lake City and stopped here for some coffee. It's okay. The coffee I bought reminded me of Dunkin' Donuts coffee which is also just okay. If you are near Beans & Brews and looking for some coffee, it is an okay place to go.

Love this place! We take a walk almost every Friday morning to sit and enjoy our fav Cocoa Bean and Hot Chai! Staff is always friendly and the restrooms are always clean! The booths are comfy and have outlets for chargers.

I absolutely love beans and brew, but unfortunately I avoid this location... I literally have never gotten a correct drink order from these guys... I gave them another shot today and once again they failed me :/ All I tried to get was a frozen white mocha with an extra shot of espresso, and they forgot the espresso today but I did pay for it. This location struggles

I love this Beans and Brews! The gal at the drive-thru whose name is (Fae or Faye) was so sweet! I went to get coffee during the afternoon on 1/25 and everyone is so kind at this location! She especially stood out with her kindness! I wish her and everyone else that works here happiness and thank you so much for making the drinks so delicious! 10/10 can’t wait to stop by again! I love the Chai Frappe!

Very good coffee and awesome customer service! This is by far our favorite place to get coffee and even their breakfast is delicious. The kids love it. FYI, the monkey milk is amazing.

I have asked for a extra shot and paid extra for it twice now and they don’t add it. Today my coffee tasted like straight milk. I added espresso to it from a different location and was informed that they have different owner ship. So paying way more then I should have to at this point to just get what I originally ordered. I love beans and brews but lately I’ve been extremely disappointed… and I don’t want to switch coffee places.. but I might have to I guess 😞

This place is usually busy and a tough situation for parking if you plan to sit and enjoy a cup and catch up on emails. The energy is usually fairly high with the employees I've encountered being cheerful and upbeat.
It's far better for a drive through trip due to the parking layout. Prices are to be expected as a general rule, but choices and seasonal drinks are fun to try.
Table surfaces are kept clean and the searching areas are well kept.

We were not the ones that were treated poorly. As we were checking out this woman and her young child asked if they could have the key to the bathroom they were denied because they had not bought anything. The lady was polite and asked if they could buy something after since the little girl had to go so bad. They told them no and there was a policy that stated this wasn't allowed. Come on its a child just let them use the bathroom...and they were going to buys something. Not to mention the fact that if we wanted a microwaveable burrito we would've went to a gas station.

The last two cashiers were really nice, I actually tipped them for their great service and happiness they had at the time they took and made my coffee. And so delicious coffee oh yeah! Thank you guys!

The order was wrong, the drink they gave me was totally watered down and tasted like too much syrup, and I got charged over $7 for it. I love beans and brews, but this was by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. Low quality and bad service!

I had coffee here a few days ago. Of course the main, good thing was my coffee companion. Thank you, lovely Liz! We both enjoyed our drinks, the place was clean, tidy, with easy, good parking. Can't do five stars, though. They were out of eggs, so I had to settle for a muffin instead of a savory breakfast sandwich. Can we agree that breakfast places should have eggs? 🍳 Hell, send someone to the damn grocery store if you have to!

I ordered a blended drink with expresso and they gave me a half filled drink. I told the person in the driveway as they gave it to me that it didn't look right and they said that's what it looks like and because I was in the drive through I was like fine ... but then I drank it and it tasted like water. Called the store to get a refund and was told by the manager that I had to bring it in with the drink && my receipt which is just like I tried to complain to the person in the driveway? Also I'm at work I can't just leave to address the issue you could fix through phone? They could've just been kind ... I didn't call to argue I called to let them know and she was so rude about the whole situation.

It really just depends who makes your coffee. I order the same thing every day, each time it tastes different. Sometimes it's great, others it's meh. Sometimes I wonder if they even put the coffee in it.

Beans and brews black coffee is horrible. When you order an iced latte, they just pour the coffee over the ice, making the coffee taste burnt. Their food however is quite alright.

This is one of my frequented coffee shops. Before 2020 I studied here and used for meetings. The staff are well trained and very polite. It is always clean and they work quickly.

UPDATE: tried it again. love it. must’ve been a fluke that one time. also, shout out to the girl at the window with orange hair! so kind and sweet! love this location.

i tried the plant based energy shot in my drink the other day and it was fine. but today i ordered my usual - iced mocha with almond milk. and decided to try the plant based energy shot again. idk if the girl made my drink wrong if there are different flavors of the shots, but my drink today is disgusting and i will probably stick with regular espresso from now on.

Too gosh dang expensive. I love a good coffee but ten bucks is a little steep for an iced chai coffee. I did enjoy it and I was happy I had my coffee, but I am going to avoid beans and brew out of a frugal sense of not spending so much on a coffe.

The girls that work there are always so snooty and rude, they seem annoyed that they are busy and being interrupted during their little gossip parties. There has been multiple occasions where i have left and i hear one of them make a snarky comment about me. The milk in my coffee tasted old so i had to throw it away. very disappointing.

I come here multiple times a day every day I’m very disappointed to hear this location was closed because an employee got COVID. And no one let the customers know or warn anyone in anyway. That’s not good and I no longer feel safe at Beans and Brews

Recently when I have visited, the employees will wear masks but not properly. They will cover their mouths with them but not their nose. This completely defeats the point of a mask. Every time they turn away from the window they take it off completely to talk to coworkers. Also why do we still have to sign receipts after we pay, I have never once seen them sanitize the clipboard between people. Please fix this!!!

I absolutely love beans!!!!! This is a great location!!! Friendly , quick and perfect coffees everytime!!!! It is back away from the main road and there are some big trees that kind of block the store or I think they would be way busier... There is never a huge line or wait at this location!!!! I love Bean's and Brew! But the parking lot is so frustrating. Getting in and out is a maze. And when you need your coffee the last thing I want is to solve a puzzle to get my coffee.
