I'll be the first to say that I'm not a frequent individual that goes to Starbucks. I went today with my fiance to get a pick me up after a day of work and chores. We were greeted by a very charismatic and nice person. They went by Moon. Moon was super great, gave some suggestions and really made it easy for me to pick something I wasn't familiar with. For that amazing customer service, was not only pleasant, but made me a fan of this location as well. The place is also very beautiful, great views of the mountains and their all glass walls made it feel not just cozy, but it didn't make me feel I was stuck inside, loved it. I ended up with one of their new summer menu items and I really enjoyed it! It was refreshing and not too sweet. I ended up buying a bag of beans because I was so impressed with Moon and this location. Will return.

Just wow. Ordered a basic cup of Christmas blend 2024 coffee. They didn’t have enough in the hopper for a full cup, she filled a cup partially full and sat it on the counter before turning to me and saying she would have to brew more. I waited 20 minutes before inquiring. A different person walked over and discovered the open cup ( now 20 minutes cold) tried to fill if from the empty dispenser and then-fills it the rest of the way with a different coffee and handed me a luke warm cup of two different coffees. Seriously? I wont be back, that is absolutely ridiculous.

Its location on the north side of the street on the corner of the light makes it super easy to get to regardless of which direction you’re coming from. Service is super fast so even if you see the drive through line with cars in it, you’ll be able to get through it super fast.

They close whenever they feel like it, the seating blows, and they're always out of stuff.

And, I'll never understand why inventory of food items has to be visually verified. When is Starcucks going to stop acting like a half-assed startup?

Pro-tip: hire friendly people who can take a super simple order and not screw it up. Hello! It's not rocket science. This is probably the worst Starcucks in Utah.

Horrible experience. Purple haired girl at window was totally rude because we asked for the drink to be iced, yet they made it hot. Acted like it was such an inconvenience to remake the drink, yet I am paying THEM.
She needs a talking to about being friendly in the customer service aspect.

The drive through and parking layout make it easy to go through or also to park and go inside without worrying you’re going to come out to have your car blocked in by the drive through line. Its location on the north side of the street on the corner of the light makes it super easy to get to regardless of which direction you’re coming from. My wife went to get coffee this morning and the guy at the window told her "tell a joke to get your stuff" to which she ignored and then she asked for a straw and he told her "sing a song to get a straw". They sat there awkwardly because she wasn't going to sing. Completely weird and it made my wife very uncomfortable.

It was good. Location is conveniently just off a highway, parking was easy, service was fast and friendly, food & coffee were ready quickly and tasted excellent.

Maybe I'm just out of touch, but the prices seemed high. For what I paid I expected more than a single egg, single slice of bacon, and a little cheese on a shocking small roll. I managed to drag it out for about eight bites, but for less than two bucks more any mom-and-pop diner would have brought me two plates with 2x-3x the protein and at least twice the bread, plus a pound of potatoes.

I usually love this location, however, my experience today has left a bitter taste. I ordered a venti honey citrus mint tea & a short hot chocolate. We paid for the hot chocolate but I used my rewards for the tea. Not uncommon, something a do often. However, today I received the hot chocolate but instead of the tea I received a venti black coffee. As I was already at work when I noticed the mix-up, I decided just to call and see about getting a refund of my rewards on the difference of the drink. First time I called, it rang & rang before someone picked up and hung up the phone..... I figured it was just an accident, so I called back. After ringing for some time, a young lady answered & informed me that they couldn't do anything about the rewards but if I brought the wrong drink back, they would make me the correct teas.... I told her that wasn't possible as I was already at work - her response was that in that case they wouldn't be able to do anything.... No apology & no resolution. Very disappointing.

Let me start off by saying I order Starbucks everyday. I always get the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. The only thing I change occasionally is I add cold foam if I'm feeling fancy. This location is the only one that can not seem to get the drink right. Its always so bitter and watery that I cant drink it. Super frustrating.

Ordered food thru the app, ordered a drink when I arrived. Half my mobile order was ready, but already getting cold. The drink was made quickly. I ended up having to wait nearly 10 minutes for my second food item, which was brought wrong and needed to be remade. It took 4 girls to figure it out. They were clearly overloaded with delivery orders. The girl packing those orders was confused and behind. They need to slow down or stop accepting deliveries if they can't keep up. It's causing the rest of their service to suffer.

I am not usually the person to write bad reviews but I think it may be important to share my experience. Every time I’ve gone to this location they have made drinks that taste terrible. The other week my boss decided to get me a drink and I just asked for a latte with oat milk. One sip in and that drink was so bitter and burnt that I could not take another drink.. (Also at home I take my coffee dark and it wasn’t a problem with “not enough sugar” it just tasted horrid). I just haven’t had a great experience here and have almost never had a good coffee. I hope the quality improves because there is room for growth!

Walked in, ordered a coffee. New trainee at register, very sweet person. Ended up waiting forever, listening for my name to be called like everyone elses. They never called my name. Was sitting there for well over the time i should have. Im a former barista, if I notice my customers coffee is sitting there for a minute, I call out the ticket again 🤔 the trainee definitely gets my kudos for keeping it smiles, so I give them an extra star.

Fix your blinds, I have coffee here every morning and like to sit in. But the Sun from the east is blinding in the mornings do to your large windows and eastern exposure……… fix them! Not only uncomfortable for customers but your employees have to wear sunglasses to work. :(, Starbucks is better then this!

The staff here are so friendly, kind, and enjoyable. I’ve had the pleasure of having my cup o coffee handed to me by Jacob on so many occasions in the drive through window, and he is always asking for jokes, telling jokes, or having me fence for my straw. Dizzy is another person I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with in the Drive through window and she makes everyone in the car smile BIG with her sweet remarks. People like this make the world a better place, and make my morning Starbucks run that more fun. I can’t forget to mention the fact that my drinks always come out fast and delicious. I go to a lot of Starbucks and most of them have been awesome and know my order when I come in! The one I've started to go into is the Draper store on 12300 and 1300 E. They seem to be a little more stressed and not as good of an energy as the others I've shopped at? Don't know if the employees don't like their jobs, or they just don't focus on customers and giving the best service??

I have been coming to this Starbucks for awhile now and I absolutely love the employees here! Not only do I get great quality for my drinks and food, but I get the sweetest interactions with the employees, which makes my day so much better. I visited this morning for a quick caffeine joy and truly wasn't sure what to get in this heat, I was greeted by an energetic knowledgeable cashier that took her time explaining all the new items for the summer season, amazing customer service, thanks.
* an update am back a year later to this location and the staff impressed me again with their friendliness and energy, I just wish Seattle takes a closer look at this location and implement a little of that magic all over the place.

Very friendly crews and nice clean building but the taste of coffee (espresso drink ie, americano) is really concerning. Something wrong with their water which causes espresso to taste so different from other Starbucks location. Water and ice both have taste weird. I stopped coming this location for that specific reason.

The pistachio latte is delicious, very subtle pistachio taste. Love it!

Nitro cold brew is smooth and definitely helps start the morning.

Environment cleanliness: 4/5 SUPER CLEAN and nice quiet setting. Utah’s Starbucks so far the cleanest Starbucks I’ve been to.

Starbucks is my GO TO!! my fav drink is a chai with soy milk & vanilla. However, when it is fall- the pumpkin sauce is a MUST!! Make sure to ask for light ice in your iced drink because if not- they will put more ice than the actual drink in your cup. They just opened/renovated this new Starbucks location. The parking is a little crazy but hopefully once it is not so new- it will calm down. Ordering ahead through the app is a smart thing to do. The workers are always super nice & accommodating :)

My son and I go to Starbucks all the time. It's one of our favorite places to go together, but today it was very disappointing. My son ordered a strawberries and cream frap and I ordered a mocha frap and both drinks were very below their usual standards. In fact, I did something I almost never ever do. I went back and brought my son's drink back in to them to have it remade. I wish I could say the Remake fixed the problem, but it really did not. Honestly, I should have brought my drink back too, it really did not taste good either and my son's remake was nothing to be excited about. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to my house, but I will probably travel the extra miles to go to a different one next time. Whoever was making the drinks there today should probably be put at a different station until properly trained

Great Starbucks, ordered a few times in town and they nailed each drink with speedy service.

Was ordering a traditional café misto there and here goes the fun story:

Some guy greets me at the register on Sunday night (November 20th) and asks me for my order, I’m saying what I need and he goes, “UH I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT IS” and looks at me as if I’m wrong. I tell him to ask his coworkers what that is and they help the poor person who doesn’t even look like he’s half sorry he didn’t know something and actually told a customer he didn’t lol. Then, when I ask to repeat my order, he says “café whatever” and gets all the numbers of the syrups wrong - I correct him again, then he gets it wrong AGAIN and it’s not even funny this time 😀. He also spelled my name wrong even though I spelled it for him.

Anyways, PLEASE train your baristas better and teach them to be polite with customers so “cafe whatever” doesn’t happen anymore.

I'm not a fan of Starbucks in general, but this store was different. The women working were really nice even early on a Sunday morning.

I've never written a review about Starbucks but i feel like this location deserves a shoutout. This Starbucks is really close to where I live so I'll come here to work sometimes and the staff here is wonderful. Since I'm usually sitting here for a while, I watch the staff throughout the day (which sounds stalkery but hard to avoid haha). They're always so positive throughout the entire day. I don't think I've ever seen a customer walk in without a chorus of staff members greeting them with a smile. They're all so sweet, professional, and great at engaging in conversation with costumers. I've also noticed they remember a lot of their regulars, greet them by name, and ask them about specific things going on in their life. There's one costumer that comes in with his Husky and they always say hi to the Husky by name and give her a pup cup. They're also so on top of it with cleaning. Constantly wiping down the counter tops, tables, and floors. A kid spilled their hot chocolate by accident and a staff member was there to clean it in literally 30 seconds and one of the baristas immediately got them a new hot chocolate, no questions asked. You can tell the staff here genuinely cares about their customers and the ambiance is always great. Hoping the staff here gets treated well by the company and this review gets them a shoutout because they deserve it.

Awful experience with a barista in the drive through a few weeks ago. She was ignorant and honestly had zero clue what she was talking about….the Starbucks customer service agreed. They refunded mine and my friends full order due to this lady being ignorant. Do better training district manager. Let your baristas know the customer pays their wages. I will own up to my mistakes. I will not fight with a customer over something so dumb as a cup size. Ridiculous. Oh and the little boy that was at the window that day…stay home if your that bored or stoned whatever it happened to be

Quick service. Got the pink drink and it was delicious. Just had too much ice and not enough drink for me to enjoy 😩 (I found myself wanting more when it was gone). Love the Christmas decorations.

This Starbucks location has a great staff of baristas. Particularly one named Robert. When he's working the drive-thru window, he always has a fresh joke or small prank that brightens my morning. Today he said the card reader was asking for my best monster impression. I attempted a monster face and embarrassed myself profusely. Whatever's going on in that store, it seems like all the baristas like working there.

The young lady at the drive-through was rude and mean tonight not because she wouldn't split a drink into 2 cups. But because how she answered very snappy like and very pushy and tried to rush us.

I’ve always gone to this location and never had any issues. But today I had to remind the baristas about my order many times and they kept saying they’re having issues warming up food. I totally understand but many orders were called before mines. I finally asked for a refund and the cashier had an attitude that was just unnecessary. Before giving my refund she said the food is already being warmed up, then she said it would be 5 seconds, and when I said I really need to go she told the person to not put my food in. It feels horrible to write a review over this but no apology for the long wait and I don’t appreciate the dishonesty.

I often mobile order from this location and the drinks are always quick and taste great! Today, I arrived and my drink wasn’t at the mobile pickup. I waited a little bit and the drinks started to stack up but I didn’t see my order still. I usually order earlier than I will arrive since I like the drink cooled down a bit too. Something was off so I went to the register and asked Taylor if she could check for me. I always feel bad asking as I know they’re so busy but Taylor made me feel great and jumped right on putting my order in and getting me a new drink. We figured someone may have taken it as that can happen sometimes BUT I want to point out that she could have argued with me and started my day off COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. She even asked if she could make me anything from the bakery since I had to wait.. it’s people like Taylor that make me love Starbucks. So thank you Taylor!! 💛

The drive through speaker is pretty bad at this location. I ordered a trenta size drink and somehow they heard Macha. They did confirm, but I couldn't understand what they were saying, so I just said "yes, trenta" and hoped my drink would be correct. I then went to the window and saw the green drink and told them it was wrong. They then argued, "No, you said you wanted macha". I told them, "No, I said I wanted the largest size. I'm sorry if you didn't hear me." They then rolled their eyes at me and without a word, shut the window. A few minutes later, I was handed the correct drink but it was filled nearly to the top with ice. I didn't want to say anything again, because I could tell that they were already irritated that they had to remake the drink. So, I paid nearly $6 for a cup of ice with a little bit of fruit juice. I love Starbucks, but I will probably not be going back to this location.
