There’s some people here who are very sweet, but most of the workers are so dirty. They will be coughing into their hand and not wash their hands. That happened as he was dealing with the customer after me. (I was waiting for my pizza to be heated up) after it was done he didn’t go to put on gloves, so I asked him to. They’re always talking with each other and not talking with the customers.
I’ve also seen one of the guys at night spraying the little tray underneath the hot foods and he pointed the chemicals right by the food. I find expired products often and they have things in the wrong spot all the time so you think you’re paying the amount you saw, but it’s for another product. A lot of pricing issues here as well, such as things being more than it says. I don’t recommend going there unless you want to get sick.
They also are on their phones a lot, even right as you’re checking out.
Lastly, there’s also a lot of sketchy people at night that hang out right in front of the building and ask for money/make you feel uncomfortable.

No thanks, I’ll go somewhere where I feel safe.

They sold me a day old donut at full price that was hard as a rock. Very disappointing. I did get my money back.
Tonight the gal tried charging me full price for my large big gulp with my phone number inputed. Not happy!

Clerks are always friendly and great. The reason for the e star is that the food out doesn't get rotates regularly enough. And more often then not they are still trying to sell their breakfast stuff at 12:30. It's just nasty.

Hey 711 and the owner listen up. Joao at this location is golden. I literally cannot remember the last time a convenience store clerk was this friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my day and how I am doing. I am sitting in my truck writing this because he deserves the callout for his amazing attitude and customer service. Keep at it my man.

Damn people it's a 7/11 not a 5-star hotel! Im' going to counter the negative with something very positive. While pulling out money from my wallet I dropped $60 on accident and the gentleman actually ran out to my truck and brought me my money. He could've easily pocketed the cash but instead he did the right thing. Thank you Sir

This 711 has good amount of breakfast food in the morning and everything about it is great. Biggest issue is this lady that works there in the mornings with short hair and blonde highlights doesn’t even know how to do her job. 3rd time already with her that she charged me more than she should. Luckily first 2 times I called her out and she got it fixed but this 3rd time their system was down so they had to scan them on this system they had and what was supposed to be $4 ended up being almost $15 and I had no idea because their system was down so I couldn’t see for myself until I checked my bank statements. Just a warning for others to check how much you’re being charged for each item before paying.

Its a pretty good 7-11 I've had no bad experience there. Been going there for 10 years and used the bathroom once. Thought yall should know that. The restroom there is like every other public restroom, it has graffiti and its silent. But it has pretty good workers tho. Its sad to see how many other people haven't experienced what I have.

There's a lot of food there! Sandwiches, pizzas, various types of chicken, baked potatoes, cheese bread, empanadas, tacos, chimichangas... in short, there is a lot of food! The people who work there are friendly and attentive! I really like this place! It's a perfect place to stop during a trip and eat!!!

The bathrooms are disgustingI need to hire cleaners to come in and clean or learn how to clean. The food rollers don't have a plastic protector in front of them all around the place is not cleanI think the health department needs to come in and look at this place

Had to try 3 different gas pumps before finding one that actually worked. First one kept asking me insert my card again, second one the screen just kept going blank halfway through the transaction. I get if that happens every once in a while, but 2 pumps in a row seems like a problem.

Edson dropped a box cutter on the floor and immediately picked it up and cut the wrapping off my pizza. Don't get food here unless you want a serious risk of food poisoning.

I’m pretty upset at this store. You’re not supposed to have beer that’s 3.2% anymore. My favorite the margarita was only 3.2%. Pizzas are now $7 instead of $5. This Clamato Budweiser better taste good!

Theres is a lady that works skinny and tall. Everytime I come in she has an attitude and kinda slams things down. I will not come back around if this keeps happening. Not sure if its towards everyone but I things its terrible service!!!!!!

This is honestly the filthiest convenience store in Draper!! Everything is sticky and obviously never gets cleaned or sanitized and the food looks and tastes like it's several days old..

I’ve been coming here lately every morning for coffee and it seems like the girls that work here are rude to female customers. I’ve said “ good morning” or “how are you today?” only to be ignored as they continue to talk to one another. I’ve also seen them give other female customers attitude when the customer would ask a question about a food item.

my husband lost his wallet and we thought it might be at this seven eleven. Together we called a total of 19 times, just to see if anything was turned in. When we got there unluckily nothing was turned in. we called while we were there just to see if the phones work and they definitely do. I'm not mad that the wallet wasn't found, I'm more mad that if he had answered the phone it could have saved us an hour and a half trip. while we left he picked up his personal cell and was talking to someone. something as simple as as a 10 second phone call could have saved us so much trouble.

From the outside it would look like a decent convenience store, but once inside you can instantly tell it's run down. Restrooms really need cleaning, graffiti needs to be removed, and air fresheners need not be car pine trees

Clean environment with friendly people. Gas p dry ice was $2.75 a gallon which just being off the interstate surprises me as most stations run 20 to 25 cents higher. A great place to gas up.
