Lots of holes everywhere and they don't even have the shoes that we want that they advertise. Don't come here don't waste your time. Anybody want to buy their water too. What joke.

I've learned to shop at Kohls cautiously! I used to love this store with good products and deals! However, the tactics that cashiers are being forced to use on customers for opening a line of credit is downright harassment! The lady checking me out yesterday was very kind and I told her no several times to the credit card and I felt like I was being nice about it. I explained that I don't need another line of credit, I don't want more debt to pay later, all reasonable actions but she just kept on. She even used the customer behind me to attempt to get me to save money by opening a credit card. I finally told her that I was absolutely not doing it, I know the CEO would love that! . It was a very frustrating experience and has left a very sour taste in my mouth with regards to shopping here. A woman refusing to take no as an answer from an another woman was even more unsettling. Not sure I will be back. Lay off on the rewards credit card bit and shopping here would be somewhat enjoyable! We are like 1.17 trillion dollars in credit card debt in this country!

Great spot. Lots of Christmas stuff on display already. So many things on sale, we’ll organized, lots of parking. This is a great location, near everything you might need. I recommend this Kohls.

Managers would do better by everyone if they trained their employees to understand what "no" means, and to not push their rewards program or ask for phone numbers when customers don't want to. Calm the eff down.

Taqia was our cashier, and she was so friendly and helpful! She helped me remember that I had a Sephora account and to reactivate it so that I saved $10! Plus she was very sweet and nice to talk to. She is what all customer service workers should be - she was amazing. Give her a raise!

Two Kohls associates (Alexis & Dina) were especially helpful in checking for a size of the specific top I wanted. Even though they couldn't find it, they were happy to do all they could on my behalf. I really appreciate the time they spent and their willingness to try.

I was already happy with the prices I was going to pay when Taqia was very helpful on how to save even more on my purchases.
Taqia was also so friendly and gave fantastic customer service that is hard to get in this day and age! Kohls is lucky to have her working for them.

It was the okayest Asian food I've had. You can choose Thai, Japanese, Chinese and more. The general Tsao chicken was not very spicy, the playboy roll was skimpy. The ichi roll was great. Miso soup very tasty! I felt the price was a little high for the okayness. Just a little.

SHOPPERS BEWARE - Sephora( located in Kohls) has an extremely UNREASONABLE KOHL’s exclusive return/exchange policy. You CANNOT exchange/return products unless it’s for the same exact product being returned or the dollar amount is exactly the same. What??? Wasted over a hour last night with the Kohl’s Store Manager who was extremely unhelpful; she was not willing to do anything to resolve what should have been a 5 minute exchange/return for an UNUSED product. Last visit to this Sephora Location and to Kohls.

I was given a coupon for 20% off for an Amazon return. I tried to use it but they said it would accept it because the two belts were not Kohl's brands. The coupon had small writing about 5 or 6 font that could not be read with exclusions. The exclusions were pretty much the whole store.

Susan at Draper in returns is the most rudest person I have ever met at kohls!!!! I have been shopping at this store for years and spend thousands of dollars here every year! I asked nicely if I could check out at the desk because there was about 15 people standing in line and I had an appointment to get to and she said no! There was nobody in line! Nobody!!!! She called me rude and said how would I like it when f I was standing in line behind the 15 people!?! She went on and on and on!!! I had to tell her to stop badgering me why'll she checked me out thanks to Abby telling her to do so!!!!! Thanks Abby!
This Susan needs further training for customer service if she’s going to be at that desk. She’s an awful person.
Other times I’ve been there for a return she has been horrible then too. She acts old and tired of her job!!! I won’t be going back to Draper kohls!!!!

Cashier was AWESOME! She helped explain the Kohl's cash to me and combined my purchase and my dudes so we could get the bucks. The store was pretty messy but it was a Saturday afternoon during the holidays and they had quite a few now hiring signs. The ladies shoe section was very thin as well which surprised me. Overall, I like Kohl's and the cashier was a sweetie!

Store looks like it's going out of business. We usually shop kohls for seasonal decor and we were disappointed in the lack of spring decorations. No signage throughout the store. Very odd experience.

Kohl’s Draper store wait time for Amazon returns even 11 days after Christmas is excessively long because store management will only allow ONE employee, paid by Amazon, to do the returns while having no other lines anywhere in their store! (My guess is when Amazon returns slow down though they won’t have any problem having the Amazon paid employee helping in the nearby toy and home goods departments.) A consistent wait line of 15+ people waiting approximately 45+ minutes to actually make a return is common! The woman standing next to me left after 15 minutes stating she tried to complete the return last week and the situation was no different than today stating she didn’t have an hour to wait today.
A call to management while in line generates NO additional help or even a manager walk by to check on things; and you certainly don’t have time after waiting in line forever to complete the return to use the $5 off Kohl’s coupon they want you to spend on a purchase while at their store!
Terrible service and a black eye for Amazon and Kohl’s, which produces disloyalty and a very negative customer experience! I and everyone else in line today mumbled the same thing . . . “I won’t make the mistake of returning to Kohl’s for an Amazon return or anything else in the future!” It only takes one negative experience to loose a customer and 10 positive experiences to win them back. Good luck with that Kohl’s.

PS: The return clerk held up well under the stress and worked hard to process things as quickly as possible so I complimented her before walking out without using my Kohl’s coupon.

We were in the area celebrating my nieces birthday at a nearby restaurant and stopped in at Khols to buy gifts. I grabbed this mixed bag of Ghirardelli chocolate. Was excited to bring them to work for display but after opening one..I realized there was a problem. Not only were they a bit melted, they are equivalent to stale crackers. If you look close enough the white chocolate has round spots where it looks like the ingredients have separated or aren't mixed well. I called Khols to let them know, even offered to provide the sku so they could pull them off shelf or at least check. "Thats ok, we'll make note of it."

STAY AWAY FROM THESE..OR MAYBE ANY TREATS SOLD IN THIS STORE.

Its obvious they pulled out last years leftover stash.
I live in North Salt Lake or I would have made my way down for a refund.

I am extremely disappointed with their sparse inventory of ladies clothing and women's shoes and nothing was on sale. I do have a 30% discount but they used to have great sales and could use your discount as well. Perhaps this is the new normal we have to get used to. Kohl's used to be my go to place to shop. It's just sad.

Their selection of clothes has gone down hill, to say the least. And to add insult to injury, the cashier repeatedly tried to sell me a credit card, even though I politely said no more than three times. It was quite irritating. Probably won't ever shop here again.

Very friendly staff and amazing management my 3 year old is fast sneaky one he was there then he wasn't I was panicking and yelling through the store instantly the employees helped me they were on it! They had someone standing at doors and the rest looking for my boy they found him hiding in the cloths (where I was when he went quiet lol) and took him back and made him comfortable and not scared when I got there they asked him if I was his mom making sure he was my son and I wasn't trying to steal him LOL they really are amazing words can't describe how I felt and how they help so much thanks again! Oh and they have a huge selection of Clarence items throughout the store and amazing prices highly recommended :)
