I really wish this location had more cashiers and I wish they moved to a bigger space. It’s cramped and very underwhelming compared to other Dollar Trees that offer more. I would come more often if they worked out these details.

Apart from that, in recent times they have done better about keeping staked boxes out of the aisles. They are better at placing the merchandise and the employees they do have are nice.

This is one of the cleanest and well organized stores I have been to. Huge inventory with things I didn't know dollar tree would have. Really nice cashier asked how I was doing took care to put my items in a bag even put the can of soda gently in my bag so it wasn't shaking up. A well deserved five gold stars. Way to go and keep up the awesome job I appreciate it😁

A typical dollar tree. But I feel that the cashier shouldn’t offer a balloon to a small child on their birthday and take it away when someone buys another ballon for her. I could not believe that she took away a balloon from a child ON THEIR BIRTHDAY. I heard crying from the child. I felt so sad for her but then a good samaritan came by and bought her the balloon. The man had to CONVINCE the cashier to let him buy it. One star.

This store has made a complete recovery from the mess it was the first/last time I visited. And that was almost 2 years ago, but I went in because I needed bleach and couldn't believe the transformation! To the management and staff, I say you did an excellent job, Thank you!!! I couldn't get pictures because there were too many people shopping. But, I will be back and try to get pictures or you all can go and check out this newly organized, and well managed store!

Only one cashier for more than 10 people, the cashier is rude to customers, he doesn't answer what they ask. A girl under 7 years old spoke to him very kindly that the candy she had bought there was empty, to which he responded very rudely that he couldn't do anything. this guy is too rude to work in a customer service position.

Went in today and there was only one cashier with a line of 10+ people, another new employee rushed over to help but the system wouldn’t let her in, she had to go the back to get the manager. 2nd employee came back and said the manager told her she would be there soon, she was on the phone. By that time, the man in front of me was paying with a $100 bill which the employee couldn’t accept without the manager so both lines of over 10 people each were now just sitting there waiting. After about 10 minutes the manager, Mel, finally comes out with another employee. Mel didn’t apologize to employees or customers and didn’t even acknowledge that everyone had been waiting forever. Mel was also rude to the two cashiers who had been trying their best to help the customers. I felt so bad for the sweet cashiers and the stress they were put through just because the manager was on the phone. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring problem. Won’t be returning to this dollar tree.

A nice, non-typical food selection here. No freezer isle. Good food otherwise. I only come to the dollar store on group dates (buy food on a budget, then compete to see which couple can make the best meal) so the food's all I care about lol. Workers were a bit quiet, and it had a remarkably long line, but you can't expect too much from a Dollar Store.

I know you don’t exactly expect quality when you go to the dollar store. The past 3 times I’ve been in the this store I have waited in a line with one cashier and 10+ customers. One time I talked to the cashier she was very personal I asked her about it and she was the only one in the store because someone called out sick. That’s understandable she was sweet and quick to check me out. Today was the opposite of this. There was one cashier, another employee in front of me in line and another walking the floor. I understand that the employee in front of me was on a break and I respect that. However no one else jumped on register until another customer complained. The cashier Elaina who was the only one checking was extremely slow. Painfully slow. She didn’t say a word to me or anyone else. Not even telling me my total or asking if I wanted a receipt. She didn’t hardly look up. The store was a disaster. Like I said you don’t expect top tier when it’s dollar tree but it’s was atrocious. The check stand candy shelves were cluttered with items that people decided last minute they didn’t want. There were boxes everywhere. One corner was completely sealed off from the amount of boxes. Shelves were scattered with products in the wrong spot. I realize businesses are hurting for employees these day and I understand my generation doesn’t have the best work ethic. But it was unacceptable to say the least. There is an older woman who has blue hair I believe is the manager and she is amazing. She is a hard worker but every time I come in I notice all the responsibility is on her she runs the show.

Teresa is amazing at this store! She always goes out of her way to help me find what I need for my instagram posts and TikTok. She ALWAYS greets me with a smile and asks me how I’m doing or asks what I’m looking for so she can help me find it. I want to also add that she is a hustler stocking shelves and waiting on customers every time I see her!!! Top notch! Love this Dollar Tree because of her! She needs a raise for helping turn this store around!!

First time to this location. 11:00 in the morning. They are closed. In the two minutes I sat in my car to write this review, 4 other potential customers came and left.
Pretty sad. I'm not from this area, and hoped to stop and grab a couple things.

I spoke with one of the employees. Looks like manager has a little one with health issues. Which is causing store not to be open If manager isn’t able to come in. Sending prayers your way. I would be happy to volunteer on weekends if you all need help. Best of luck to all employees.

The only thing I hate about this store is the snotty Draper Karen’s that shop here! If you’re too good for the Dollar store, Targets up the street! The reason the lines are so long is in fact they’re under staffed & you f corse good ole Joe and his unemployment making it so no one wants to work!! The worst dollar tree!! The employees are always rude and I just went there and they closed at 4:20 pm out of no where!! Some employees were coming out for a smoke break right as I was looking at the sign and they said.. yeah we’re closed for a few days trying to put everything away! What store does that?? They were obviously not they overwhelmed just chilling on the park bench outside. They are unreliable!

I visited the store 1/14/21 and noticed an employee Candace was coughing and not wearing a mask. I went to notify the manager, Tanya of the situation. Not only was Tanya herself not wearing a mask but she also yelled at me and the other customers saying employee mask wearing was “none of our business”. Tanya escalated without provocation and spewed several profanities, telling several customers to “leave her store”. I noticed there are several other google reviews stating this store does not require employees to wear their masks.

Cashier was not wearing a mask. I kindly asked her to put on a mask before I approached her. She acted very put out that I would ask, put it on and let it slide off within seconds of the transaction. No respect whatsoever.

If you're going to require customers to wear a mask when they come in, employees should be as well. I just left and the two employees I saw were both not wearing masks. I also got pushed in line by someone trying to put their stuff on the belt to check out when I was obviously 6 ft from the person in front of me and had two more people between myself and the next 6 ft marker. I won't be coming back as I don't feel safe in your store.

Just went to the Draper Ut store. They are covering the credit/ debt card machines with plastic. I told the cashier that the plastic holds more germs on it then without it. She said they wipe them down. I told her it wasn't wiped down after the customer before me. She said " well, we are NOT going to wipe It down after every customer."

Horrible customer service. Called to ask if they had an item in stock, the lady went off on me and then hung up. I called back appalled and asked her why she went off and that there was no reason to take her bad day out on me, that she can say anything, even "no" in a nice way. Every time I go in there it's the same grumpy attitudes. :(

By far the WORST dollar tree ever. The customer service here is horrible. I called in asking a question and the lady was SO rude and even hung up on me. I called again asking for her name and she hung up again. I called again asking to speak to a manager and she told me “i dont have time for your games”. I called again and she disconnected the phone line. Save yourself from this very bad customer service and of you have to drive an extra mile to another location do it. I will be calling again asking for a manager and also calling corporate.

A lot of the shelves were empty. There was stacks of boxes everywhere, down the aisles, in between the aisles- it was an obstacle course to maneuver around them. There was one cashier and the line wrapped down the candy aisle. There was one other employee in the store, looked like a manager, instead of coming up front to help the line of customers, they were taking down Easter decorations. The cashier overcharged us and didn't know how to fix it so we told her we'd just grab something else.

Chaotic unorganized feeling to the whole store, cashier was rude and talking to friends who were visiting her, instead of doing her job. That was the only visible employee. One of the worst Dollar Trees that I've ever been in even though it's fairly new. Empty shelves were everywhere with Freight blocking the aisles. You have to admit, the Dollar Tree must be a very hard place to work. It's constantly flooded with customers and it is often a thankless job. There is probably a lot of turnaround with the employees. But the assistant manager of this Dollar Tree, named Roger, in Draper, rose above all that and showed the type of man he is. Because he believes in treating people the way he wants to be treated. You will find him always busy and on the run. But, you will always find him going above and beyond and helping you out in a friendly and patient manner. He never gets angry.

This manager deserves a raise. He's the best manager I've run into at The Dollar Tree. The Dollar Tree needs to try to keep more people like this. Let me tell you what he did one time. I tried to return an item without the tag. I would have been fine if they didn't accept it. But he went ahead and let it slide that one time, which was very gracious. I guess he had tag/barcode that goes with it or another workaround.

It only takes one person to make a good review. So this is why I am giving the Dollar Tree, particularly this one, 5 stars.

This store is a mess. I never go there when the shelves aren't 't half empty and boxes of unpacked merchandise fill and block the Isles, floors are dirty, poor service. Today I asked who the Mgr was and was told the guy operating a cash register. I happen to have created a chain of factory outlet and dollar stores in Calif in the 1980-90's. I know this business. Where's the regional management of Dollar Tree? This stores a disgrace.
