Pricing is all over the board, with no consistency at all. I've seen 4 bucks per for dinner plates that should be no more than a buck. But then I got an 80 dollar set of tire chains for $8. Brand new, never been used. Idk, doesn't make sense

Genuinely a joke how overpriced savers has become. Most items it’s cheaper to just go out and buy them new. Dollar tree items for 4 times what the dollar tree charges. Their clothes are outrageously overpriced. Not even worth the drive anymore. I saw a children’s used Nike outfit for $20… that’s the same price I paid for a new one at Ross. The people pricing the items have lost their minds. The items are used and donated, price them that way.

Do not buy gold necklaces from this location. They charge the same price, if not more than buying a brand new one at a jewelry store! It's assured! People go to thrift stores because we are on budgets! Everything there is donated, meaning they make 100% profit. Its a damn shame they can't make nice DONATED items affordable for everyone!

The night manager Katie needs to be retrained. Or fired supposedly they don't do refunds when they double charge your account. Her excuse verbatim, was. It will make my till off at the end of the night so it is not my problem. I don't know what kind of place. Let's a manager run stuff like this and her reaction was unprofessional right off. The bat which is why she met a unkind reaction from us. Prior to this, the day manager told us to come into the store to get a handle. Because their system double charged us. This is not a banking issue. It is a refund issue which you can get on items. There should be no reason why you can't get one on them. Double charging your bank account. Again, the issue is with the night manager Katie. She is the one that clearly does not want to do her job Very rude attitude, not professional at all.

Way too expensive. I’ve seen dollar store items priced at $4. Little kids shoes were ranging from 13-20 dollars on the ones I looked at. For used kids shoes!!! No dressing rooms, so ridiculous. $26 for men’s jackets/sports coats- these are like $6 at goodwill near me. $13 for jeans- what?! $4 kids target brand shirts going for $6.

Wanted to buy a dresser there, and while it wasn’t that heavy it was wide where it was impossible for one person to pick up. I asked if a worker could help me put it in my car and they said it was against policy. Which I thought was odd as I have had someone help me before. I was unable to buy it because I just couldn’t get it in my car by myself.
Also, prices are SO weird. Some kids shirts will be $2 while similar will randomly be $8. I wish I liked this savers more, but honestly I’ve started just getting annoyed anytime I go.

December 4th 2024 night manager named katie (from what we could hear) needs to be let go she is for a better sake of words not fit for a position of management or to be near customers
Sadly I will not be shopping here knowing that the management attitude is rude and dare I say a tad bit racist after watching and hearing her encounter with a kind Mexican fellow
My first complaint about katie was going to be her attitude with a kind Mexican gentleman who couldn't speak well she was mean rude in a rush and didn't seem like she wanted to help him at all and her reaction non the less was that of a person who is uncomfortable with who he was dare we day his language and or skin tone made her uncomfortable
Then she doubled down the 2nd complaint would be how she reacted to the next customer requesting a refund (which is something all savers honor on items bought there)
She was loud mean and off putting right off the bat highly shocked she was the "manager" hopefully pretense of speaking once savers sees they need to change that title
Made looking at shoes and bags uncomfortable as I heard her say it is not her problem they are almost closed and it would make thier "till" off which wouldn't be a customers issue if they were the cause of it not only did she act rude and seem a bit inappropriate shall we add intoxicated ( judgement based off her jump to anger)
Seemed as if katie didn't want to do her job
Very rushed attitude and not customer friendly negative 10 stars
I highly hope that management takes note if the poor behavior from thier employees like katie
Do not allow your store to loose happy customers because you have one single and clearly unhappy employee
Her following customers outside to yell as well when the request is as simple as a refund just intimidates people and makes people with young ones as well feel uncomfortable again the "till being off" isn't really a customers issue that's her problem as a manager which she should not have the title of
Also give the poor self checkout girl a raise
While we were checking out she told us about katie and how she's always like this with people and employees as well at least she is kind with good energy
Kind regards
A loving savers shopper (well not this one until management cleans house)

By far the BEST thrift store I’ve been too. So many rare finds.
Published 3 months ago
I shop at Savers frequently because it’s conveniently located near my home, and I also make regular donations. The best part is that when you donate, you get a coupon to use in-store, which helps me save on my next purchase. I don’t expect much from the employees, but at least they let you shop in peace.
One downside is that sometimes the store closes earlier than the posted hours, which can be a bit annoying, but it's not a huge enough issue to stop me from shopping and donating here.
The prices can vary a lot. You really need to be selective because some items are marked up higher than expected—like something that sells for $1 at another thrift store might be priced at $2.99 here. It’s rare to find things under that $2.99 threshold. Still, the “treasure hunt” vibe keeps me coming back. You can get your retail therapy fix without spending too much. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit!

We saw some of our friends and were saying hello, so there were about 10 teenagers in the store, and instead of getting a warning we were being too loud, we immediately got kicked out and were threatened if we didn't leave she would call the cops. We were going to be paying customers but we were only in the store for about 5 minutes before she very harshly kicked us out.

Savers is stuck in the past. Covid is over. Stop using that as an excuse to refuse to reopen your fitting rooms. If you can’t try on clothing in the physical store, it’s no different than shopping at ThredUp, the nation’s largest online thrift store. It has clothes from the entire country. Why should we continue to shop there. If it’s theft, hire more people. Help our community. Be the good. You aren’t.

I usually love this store but, this particular time at me shocked! Me and my friends were hanging out around Draper and wanted to go to Savers. We were on there for about 5 minutes before this happened. We saw some of our other friends there so we went to talk to them. With about 10 teenagers, talking normally, it will be a tiny bit loud. We weren't being super loud in particular, maybe a little bit, but one worker came over to us and told us we have to get out! Because she told us we were being "too loud". But she said it in a very rude tone of voice. Then she threatened to call the cops on us if we didn't get out, even though we were not refusing to leave. We were a little bit in shock to be honest! She could have had a little more patience with us, such as giving us a warning before making us get out. We weren't being that loud! Overall, really horrible customer service!

It’s a typical thrift store that wasn’t too bad. The reason for the one star is because they don’t have dressing rooms to try clothes on and the worker told me I can buy it and return it within 2 weeks. So I bought 3 pairs of pants and went to return 2 pair the next day, they said it could only be exchanged. So now I have to find $30 worth thrift items in the next 2 weeks or I get pants that don’t fit.

First time coming in here, I wanted to get some cheap dishware for when I take someone dinner, so they can just keep it and I don’t have to use those cheap flimsy aluminum pans. Unfortunately, several of the old greasy glass 9x13 casserole dishes were literally more expensive here than a brand new one from Walmart or Target would be. I was pretty shocked! A few were cheaper but still three times more than I’d consider paying for something used. On the bright side, we found a few good books for my kids to read and those were pretty reasonably priced at just under two dollars for most of them.

I’m disabled and the parking lot was full. I parked in the last remaining handicap parking stall, the closest I could park to the store entrance. While shopping, a lady announced on the intercom that my car couldn’t be parked there, despite my license plate and placard are clearly displayed, showing that I’m disabled. I approached the manager and told her that handicap stall is required for ADA compliance. A Federally law. She disagreed and continued to berate me, telling me she as a permit, allowing her to reject parking and ease of store access for the disabled. There was no compassion. No empathy. No concern of my lack of mobility. She just scowled at me. Her customer. Other employees told me to move my car. This “for profit” store will no longer get my business and I vow to make this abuse against the disabled known to all! Shame on you!!!

Today’s visit left me a bit frustrated. I happened to use a card other than visa for my purchase, so it lit up my lane and told me to wait for an attendant. I waited several minutes there with my light flashing while three employees standing 10 feet away couldn’t care to notice, until a fourth employee came over from the other side of the store and told them I needed help. A girl rolled her eyes at the fourth employee and waltzed over to me with an attitude that she was inconvenienced out of her conversation. She even said “I didn’t think it was that big of a deal”. Seriously?? I told her that I have been waiting for several minutes. She continued helping me but with no apology whatsoever then walked right back to her friends once she was done. What do they pay these employees for?? It’ll be awhile before I go back that’s for sure. Managers, hire better. That was ridiculous.

They shut down the dressing rooms for Covid, that’s ok. They didn’t haven them open after, (employee shortage probably), that’s ok. They added self checkout so they have the employees for dressing rooms, this is not ok.
They’re making money off of this, people see a piece and they think it’ll fit them, but wait, they can’t try it on because they tore down their dressing rooms. They buy it anyway, and it turns out it doesn’t fit. No biggie, they can return it. Nope, it’s exchange. So now they have to go back in the next 2 weeks after the purchase and either get something they didn’t originally want for less then the exchange and have to loose money or spend over the exchange amount and loose more money on stuff they didn’t want. Any who knows, these things might not fit them either.

There is nothing good here and if there is something decent it’s in “collectible” section for 3x what it’s worth. Mostly old company t shirts for $6. This isn’t even a non profit. Came for donations. Website says 9am. When I got here (at 9 because people say they close donations in just 10 mins) they have a temporary page taped on their sign that says their donations open at 12 today. There are cones set up through the parking lot so it takes parking space away. I always thought stores were required to have so many parking stalls for customers. Are they allowed to just cone off an entire row of parking? The cones sit there not even being utilized for their purpose blocking stalls for hours while the other stores in the center are open?
Either way, I drove over 20 mins to get here. I do not want to wait around for 3 hours! Post your hours correctly! And if you're store open at 10, why post donations open at 9 then not really open them until 12? You obviously have workers there already. The backside of the sign says 9am even lol. I didn't notice until I went to take a photo of the cones blocking a double row of parking stalls including handicap spaces.

Clean, awesome deals, kind staff!
We love it here. The door greeters are always warm and welcoming.
I find killer deals here- a $10 pair of everlane shoes.
This store always seems to go though a lot of good furniture. The inventory changes a lot there.

Savers has a very organized book section which is very nice. I love thrift store books and it's nice to be able to quickly look through mystery or classic books without having to filter through all the other books I'm not interested in. Always a good find at savers!

This store had more stuff than others I've been to before. Apparently, they even ran out of room in the donation area and couldn't take any more that day. Lack of cashiers was frustrating and one of the card readers caused more back up but that happens everywhere.

Pretty typical thrift store. The prices are hard to beat, but the selection varies wildly as with all thrift stores. I went looking for some end tables/coffee table and didn't have much luck, but its sort of up to chance with a thrift shop.

I have been trying to donate items for a week now. Their hours state donation center is open Mon-Sat 10am-12pm. So already I'm trying to get there within a 2 hour window and every single time I show up before 11am there is a sign saying donation center is closed. Update your hours online or actually stay open as your hours state!

Terrible communication when it comes to donations. Was told completely different things by different people regarding the donation policy two days apart, with no apology for the inconvenience it caused me. The manager on the phone was very rude. Do not recommend.

Lots of great items to look through. Very well organized. You can easily spend an hour or so here looking for items.

A joke. Don’t bother dropping your stuff off here. The process is a nightmare and staff can’t help answer questions or provide information.

Friendly service, looked at computer towers and a lot of parts missing and was still on the floor.

You know how some Savers are better than others? Well... This is one of the better ones! I bought a 12 piece Chicago cutlery set that's worth about $175 for $5! LOL! Also saw Tahari long sweater coat for $11.95. Great clothes selection. Not picked over and gross like DI thrift stores. But Shhhh! Don't tell anyone! Or this thrift store will be shopped dry like the church thrift stores! 😘

Always fun to look for treasure. People are retarded and don't know what they are throwing away sometimes.

WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER! I can't believe you actually pay Stephanie to be that nasty to customers. She needs to check her rudeness at the door and learn...or pretend to learn...some kind of pleasantries and customer service cause she has ZERO. Not only was she rude to me but while I was checking out, I watched her argue rudely to another woman till she just about had her in tears. BTW, this is my 1st review ever, of any kind.

Went to savers looking for a used pair of trainers (tennis shoes/running shoes etc) to wear for fishing. Was disappointed with the prices ($11.99 to 16.99) for a pair of used shoes. I have found most of their merchandise to be well chosen for their market, but more expensive than other similar outlets.

I've tried taking them donations for a week now, and there's always a reason they can't take them. I had to go to the Midvale Savers.

I completely understand that we are trying to take stricter precautions for COVID. But the donation process is a nightmare now. It literally takes 5 times as long because you won’t allow multiple cars to pull up. You’ve created this huge line and only allow one car at a time. People shop in your store, go through drive thrus, shop in the grocery store etc with much closer distance that one would ever experience even with multiple people dropping stuff off. Unfortunately this will lead to much more waste because people will just start throwing stuff away rather than waiting in such long lines that don’t make sense.
