Showers are available and upgrades are still underway.
I didn't try to use any frequent fueler points so I can't say you can, but you will earn Pilot fuel points here.

This place looks like they’re filming The Walking Dead here soon. They had only four of the 12 fuel pumps open. The lot is paved, but rough. It was quiet at night. The restaurant is closed. Bathrooms OK. I did not use the showers. The store inside was new and clean. Also they have BEER!

I came in about 1:00 a.m. on a Friday night, and it was super quiet and I felt like I was imposing. The cashiers were very unapproachable, and seemed like I was annoying them by being there. Maybe some music would help lighten the atmosphere. If I had to work there, it would slowly steal my soul. Haha. Not many cell phone accessories, a lot of space that's not being utilized.

Lots of parking, although more people are figuring that out and tightening it up a but. Taco Bell closed. Only the Omelet Shop remains, they use disposable everything, and it is not 24 hours. They have diesel, but the showers aren't being used due to a boiler issue I was told. Have to walk your card in to get pumps turned on. Store still has a decent variety in it. Old school truck stop on its last legs from the looks of it, but it's been that way for a while. Parking lot is very rough in spots, but paved.

Always stop here for breakfast biscuit ... around midnight ! Changed owners ...paid parking by local drivers fill up the lot .. may be able to catch a quick nap in the back of the lot.. but will have to pay if it is longer

When I travel, I-81 to my home town in Tazewell Va, I always stop at the Lancer travel Plaza for a bathroom break, which is clean, exit 101.

It is very good truck stop, clean and very decent, the staff who work, is very polite, pleasant and gives you very good care, the manager Michael, provides very good example, of altruism and dedication, to his workers and even, to his clients, I can not complain about the attention and service, which they gave me in this place, I recommend it 100%

There's a certain male gentleman who's name begins with the letter Barry. After Pilot joined the program, I went in to get a shower around 2am. He claimed they were all dirty. I told him I would use the cleanest one. He rang me up and stared. I asked for a towel. He stared. I asked if they charged for towels and he said, "Normally we do." I replied that Pilot didn't have that policy at which he said, "We're not really Pilot."
Since then I've used their showers several times without issue from other cashiers.
Tonight, I walk in, he spots my bags and said they didn't have showers. I asked, "What's wrong this time? No towels?" He lied and said there were no towels and all of the showers were in use. I looked down the hall. None were in use and all the doors were open.
I went to the other register and bought food and vocalized the issue. As I was leaving, a Hispanic customer with a shower bag was asking Barry to at least let him pay for the shower. I stopped, stunned. Barry looked at me and said I could use a dirty shower if I wanted. I asked about a towel. He pulled from under the counter a rolled towel and cloth that had been there when I entered.
One of the other cashiers offered to clean a shower. We walked back and at least 3 that I looked in looked as if they hadn't been used. Everything was clean.
I'll leave the rest to management.

I only put one star because you have to put something to comment! This place is horrible! Nothing hardly on the shelves and they have the nerve to be overpriced! They should be given that garbage away! Restaurant is closed down, showers are horrible, parking lot might as well have lot lizards they way it looks! Five ladies behind the counter and only one register open! DO NOT COME!

Truckers should avoid. False advertising on diesel prices because their sign is broken. 6 out of 8 washing machines out of order and no apparent plan to fix as several have been out of order for at least a year. They routinely run out of propane as they apparently don't know how to check the tank levels.

Good place to spend the weekend or the night.
The place is being renovated, the bathrooms look new although they need more hooks on the wall to put clothes and a bigger chair or a stool because there is not much space to put things.

The parking lot needs more garbage cans around and repaint the lines. and a little more frequent cleaning inside the store would be ideal.
I think overall it's a good truck stop.
I hope the owner makes good money. Blessings!

To me this is a jem! On the way home with a few minutes on the clock. Saw a few trucks exit and Wa-La! Truck stop with parking after 9pm! Clean and organized store with hot coffee, tea for the road. Saved to my VA truck stop lists. P.S. Look up location by "Lancer Travel Plaza"

We ate dinner at the Omelet Shoppe. We had steak, mashed potatoes and green beans. Steak, eggs home fries and toast. Everything was good just our first time cutting our steak with a plastic knife. All the food was good. Steak was tender but lacked flavor.

Truck stop has updated their bathrooms which are nice. Store had bean to cup coffee and is good and fresh. Nice quiet place to do a 10 hour break. Everyone was friendly.

Truck stops pretty much worthless if your a trucker. More like a convenience store with truck parking. They don't even sell hotdogs anymore. If you have time to wait, the Omete Shoppe is kinda like a Waffle House if your into greasy food. Probably won't stop again unless I'm desperate for a place to park but there's much better truck stops up the road.

This is a good place kind of out of the way for truck drivers and to be brutally honest it's kind of a hidden gym I would not rate the restaurant all that terrific but as far as the convenience store it's pretty good and if you want to take a shower I'm not sure how much it cost but you provide your own towel

We stopped here knowing we needed diseal and an awning high enough for our camper. We got there only to find every single pump out of service with no signs to let you know. There were at least 15 pumps and not a single one worked. Thank God there was diseal across the road at a different business. I feel bad for tractor trailers that need a truck plaza like this to fit and then they get there only to find out they can't get fuel there.
