Arrived a few hours early for a flight so popped into this Starbucks at Dulles Airport in Terminal B. No line and immediately greeted with a smile and a good morning greeting from Derek. He took my order, knew the menu well, and throughout the process made good eye contact with the most pleasant manner. The tables were spotless and lighting just right. My order was made exactly the way I asked and served quickly and nice and hot. I would recommend this location to anyone with travel into or out of Terminal B.

I had a coffee and croissant there waiting for a flight in February 2024. The issue is that the location continuously repeated the charge on my credit card for 4 times after my original purchase - same amount, different days. They have no contact number to call them - frustrating I have to cancel my card to stop them from repeatedly charging my card for the same transaction multiple times. They are either incredibly brazen or incredibly inept - either way this location needs to be flagged by corporate for some type of corrective action or intervention.

Imagine spending 45 minutes to get an order of Americano coffee and a grilled cheese sandwich. That’s the Starbucks experience at Dulles airport. Instead of hiring more staff for a busy crowded branch, they would rather skim on that while you spend close to an hour in line waiting for the burnt out understaffed workers to get your order ready. Very very disappointed, but this is the new norm.

On 6/30 @ 820am, the service was terrible. The person taking the order was playing with her phone and not paying attention. She got my order wrong.

I don't know why, but this place either has 20 people in line or it's completely empty. Service isn't usually bad and neither is the food/coffee. I can't count the number of times I've seen a spousal argument here because one wanted to get coffee before the flight and the other said they didn't have time 😂😂😂

There are , I believe Indian or People that speak urdo cussing to customers they called me names in urdo and did not know i can understand it is the older gentleman that was doing the speaking the young lady new when i confronted them they were in the wrong while the old guy said there is cameras i can show you. I said show me and he chose to brush it off. They are really really disrespectful they started yelling at me. They need to be out. The older gentleman i would like to contact corporate about this incident.

I passed my card to pay for a wrap, the girl told me that she had charged me in cash that if I could pay her in cash, I paid her in cash and today I received a $100 charge from Starbucks in my account. bad management of the girl who attended me and bad management of the support because they do not help.

Extremely slow service. The individual making the cold drinks doesnt realize how many passengers are waiting for drinks. The individual spends 7 minutes cleaning up after each drink and 2 minutes making the drinks. Slow service

Where is a Starbucks that is not a good place to get coffee? Cant speak for the pastries but in most places generally good. This Starbucks is at Dulles airport next to a Smashburger. Ordered a burger and walked right over to Starbucks to get coffee. (Yes, Im OK with coffee and a hamburger!) Then went right over to pick up my burger. An excellent meal on my flight as opposed to the tiny snacks offered onboard. Starbucks line moved fast, clean but no honey available if that is a preference.
