This is my FAVORITE store!!!#Shopping! Great selection of all kinds of merchandise and awesome prices. When I was a teenager I worked at a T.J. Maxx and have been hooked ever since. On the exterior it looks like two stores, but inside they are together, TJ Maxx items on the left side, HomeGoods items on the right side.

If you see something you like, you buy it, because they don’t get large quantities of each item. They do have an online store, but sometimes the name brand is hidden so hard to find a certain item if you’re searching on their website.

This store does get busy, especially on the weekends, but the line moves pretty quickly as sometimes they do have up to 8 or more registers open. During the holiday season, the lines can be very, very long. It’s definitely less busy right when they open for at least 30min to 1 hr. They have great store hours, and open at 9:30am on Saturdays, times vary during the holidays.

They have a nice dressing room.

Request to TJ/HomeGoods…The one area I’d love to see upgraded is their bathroom. See photo. The store has really nice merchandise, but the bathroom isn’t very nice. I was in Walmart the other day and their bathroom is nicer than at the TJ/HomeGoods. Shoppers like a nice bathroom!

All in all, this store is 5 stars for me because I’m coming there to shop and it always has lots to choose from. What type of items do they have, almost everything!

On the HomeGoods side, they have kitchen items (pots/pans, accessories, spatulas, silverware, table linens, bath towels, bathroom items (trash cans, soap pumps, toilet brushes, shower curtains, soap dishes, etc.), throw blankets, comforters, blankets, throw pillows, sleeping pillows, mattress protectors, upscale trash cans, furniture, pet items (pet beds, pet coats, bowls, toys, etc.), mirrors, lamps, framed pictures, framed artwork, rugs (all kinds - small and up to 9 x12), kitchen mats, doormats, and seasonal items. I’m sure I didn’t list everything, it’s a lot of stuff.

Very interesting setup. In to the right and you're in HomeGoods. In to the left and you're in TJ Maxx. Due to sharing the storefront both stores are a bit small in size. I've never made it to the left side because I get frantic looking at all the Homewood inventory. They really have a great selection of a variety of furniture, paintings, frames, office supplies, candles, kitchen items, towels, etc. I go there all the time and recommend it.

I was very disappointed today! I waited in line to pay after shopping, but there were a lot of people waiting, so I thought there were a lot of customers today... For some reason, there were only 2 cashiers. There were more than 10 customers waiting. So, there are more than 5 employees around Cashier, the atmosphere is strange as if there was a quarrel between them... Customers dont care whether they wait in a long line or not...

I like that this location consolidated the merchandise that otherwise would have been in both TJmaxx and Home Goods. These 2 stores appear to be separate on the outside but actually opened like 1 big store in the inside. You can go from 1 store to another without having to leave the store. For those who like to shop at both stores, you can put everything in one cart and check out at the register at Home Goods or TJMaxx. I found more things here than the other Home Goods but still need to go to different locations to see a complete collection of merchandise. I came here to look for a specific Natalina frame bit after shopping at 4 Home Goods - Cascade, Dulles, Herndon, Kingstowne - no luck.

Good evening ladies and gentlemen of this charming international store, I hope and pray that all is well with you tonight as I write to you. I came by here after so long with everything. Oh man, oh boy and lady this place is buzzing and fighting with amazing fashion prices at all costs. No joke. What I liked most about this store? Its the best and fabulous prices with various expensive brands indeed. Also, I like items made in France like beautiful food things like coffee, rooster decoration, jam, etc. and the best thing in the world called the big white Eiffel Tower with Paris labeled on it. I took a photo of this at the bottom at the end of this post and Im so proud to be all French from A to Z. I love that there are things made from my home country, France , seen in this store with other international countries, more even with these home country friends that we helped to get independence called America . Disappointed with Discretionary Treatment I trust that you will take this matter seriously and respond promptly with measures to rectify the situation. Failure to do so will compel me to explore all available legal options to seek justice for the discrimination and mistreatment I endured at your store.My recent experience 05.04.2024 at the T.J.Maxx store located at 24630 Dulles Landing Dr,Dulles, VA 20166 left me feeling deeply disheartened and mistreated .Upon attempting to make a purchase, I kindley requested from cashier a tax exemption, and the lady scanned everything and asked manager to come for tax examp. I provided all necessary documentation, including my valid LLC (EIN number) , driver licence, business credit /debit card, and my buisness phone number.I am deeply shaken by the traumatic experience I endured at the T.J.Maxx . As I stood at the checkout counter, I was met with extreme hostility and disdain from an employee named Brian, who I later learned was a manager at the store. Despite providing all necessary identification and payment, Brian refused to process my transaction and instead threatened to call the police. I asked him to check with TJ Max corperation office but he ignored me. Near all customers he treated me so unrespectable.The situation quickly escalated, and I found myself on the verge of tears, trembling with stress and discomfort. Brians unwarranted aggression made me feel as though I had done something terribly wrong, when in reality, I was simply trying to complete a purchase like any other customer.Feeling unjustly targeted and humiliated, I stood my ground and told Brian Richie to go ahead and call the police. I wanted them to witness firsthand that I had done nothing to warrant such treatment. The thought of involving law enforcement in a situation where I had done nothing wrong only added to my distress and discomfort.This incident has left me deeply traumatized and has shattered my confidence in T.J.Maxx as a safe and welcoming place to shop. No customer should ever be made to feel as though they are a criminal simply for attempting to make a purchase.I implore T.J.Maxx to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter, take appropriate disciplinary action against Brian Richie, and provide comprehensive training for all staff members on how to handle customer interactions with professionalism and respect.This treatment was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory, as I was made to feel as though I had done something wrong simply for requesting a legitimate tax exemption. All of my documentation is legal and valid, yet I was subjected to ridicule and scrutiny by a member of your staff.I am deeply disappointed by the lack of respect and professionalism displayed by Brian and demand accountability from T.J.Maxx for condoning such behavior. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or treated unfairly based on their lawful requests.I urge T.J.Maxx to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, provide appropriate training for all staff members on customer service and inclusivity, and take decisive action to ensure that instances of discrimination and mistreatment are promptly addressed.Until meaningful steps are taken to rectify these issues, I cannot in good conscience recommend T.J.Maxx to others. It s unfortunate to be writing a negative review when Homegoods is one of my favorite places to shop. The cashiers were extremely nice and helpful while I was checking out when I noticed a minor scratch on a luggage I was purchasing. I asked the cashier if I could just get it checked and if it was possible to get it marked down that would be even better. I was not pressed on the fact to get it marked down I just wanted to try. Brian, the manager came over and gave a very unpleasant and unprofessional greeting and said what s the problem here and continued with their attitude and said do you want it or not I honestly did not care about the markdown but I did care about his service and the way they talk to their customers. If your customers are spending this much, Brian should be grateful cause I was about to open a credit card and help his store out but lost that from me due to their unprofessionalism. Brian should not have a title of a manager and should not be talking to their customers this way.

Our Dulles South area is short on shopping opportunities and variety, but this is one of the bright spots in our retail scene. I love HomeGoods and often spend a half-hour or more just browsing, but when I need a gift or something special for an occasion, I can always find it here and almost always at a good price. The only warning is that you need to make sure to build in time to wait in line to pay. This place is always busy, and the line is almost always fairly long wait.

I live close-ish so shop here semi regularly, just wanted to share my 5-star experience about Fraidion (sp) I just had this morning.. I went to look at some rugs, he was working in the section unpacking some new ones to put up.. I of course had to go back and forth between two different rugs on the two opposite sides of the big hangy thing five or six times constantlyyy getting in his way.. he was so sweet and did not make me feel like I was inconveniencing him at all, even though I know it had to be totally annoying going back and forth beside him.. then when I was finally ready and decided, he lowered, rolled it up perfectly with care, brought it to the front and even waited by the front to help me load it when I asked since I had two small children with me. Keep hiring gems like Fraidion!

October 8, 2023 Transaction number 8233 I normally wouldn t email the CEO of a company on a Sunday but I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the following store number: 81375 I bought a storage container and when I got home immediately noticed it was crack and brought it back for an exchange the same day. An African American woman named according to her Bran working on 10/8/23 at 2:17 pm rudely interrupted my transaction to tell me that she couldn t return it because I hadn t been broken when I left. She didn t handle my first transaction nor I had I ever seen or spoken to her before. But she proceeded to call me dishonest over something I simply hadn t noticed. I was not asking for a refund but simply an exchange as I needed the item. I shop here all the time and she was so rude and unprofessional that even the sales girl apologized for her behavior. But the sticking point for me was her calling me a dishonest person. Even if she said, the policy was to not accept returns it would have been handled better. I have never been treated so poorly in a store publicly. She eventually let the sales professional handle it but it was extremely unpleasant.

This was my first time at this location and the shopping experience was great as I found a lot of good deals. However the checkout experience was a disaster and makes me not want to ever go back again. As soon as I go up to the cashier lady, she offers me to open their credit card and I nicely declined and kept adding my stuff for her to scan. As she was scanning the products, she kept insisting on making me sign up for the TJ Maxx credit card and I kept declining nicely until I had to even raise my voice a little saying I am not interested please! This was after her bringing it up at least 5 times in a less than 5 mins duration. I don t know why she kept wanting to push on it. Not sure if they get any commission of selling credit cards but I didn t appreciate it at all. After declining more than 5 times, her attitude changes to a very rude person throwing my stuff back at the cart without properly handing them to me. I later found out that she even charged me for 6 plastic bags even though I got only 2 since the rest of the items were too large to fit in anything. Horrible experience and I won t be surprised if I am not the only person that was pushed this way. In fact others may be shy and just oblige. This behavior and enforcing to sign up for credit cards and bad customer service must stop!

If it was possible to choose 0 star I would. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had I chose around $200 worth of stuff I want to buy, but as I went to pay one of employees told me that the price on the tag is wrong. After attempting to explain to the employee how I had picked up the items with these displayed prices and therefore not my fault, they refused to provide any understanding for how the prices are incorrect. I then asked to speak to any manager on duty. I was met with a manager that was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After asking for his supervisor he claimed that there was no supervisor and only him. He then proceeded to tell me that if I didn t leave he would call the cops. Overall, I am incredibly disappointed with this, and never in my life has this type of service been displayed to me or my family before.

Store is good, overall staff is nice but manager BRIAN RICHIE is rude, disrespectful, arrogant and definitely thinks of himself as something, clearly doesn t have manners on how to treat customers and staff

Big, bright store with a lot of unique finds. Not always sure if they have quality items at a decent price. Youll need to get lucky to find a steal. Otherwise, its questionable quality at a slightly lower price. Nevertheless a fun place to shop. Send someone over to the checkout to wait in line while you finish up shopping, its usually long.

Very interesting setup. In to the right and youre in HomeGoods. In to the left and youre in TJ Maxx. Due to sharing the storefront both stores are a bit small in size. Ive never made it to the left side because I get frantic looking at all the Homewood inventory. They really have a great selection of a variety of furniture, paintings, frames, office supplies, candles, kitchen items, towels, etc. I go there all the time and recommend it.

Ive been a customer at Dulles landing for the last 6 years. Today I witnessed something terrible. Manager BRIAN RICHIE should not be a manager!! I feel so bad for the way he treats his employees. He was yelling at them, one ladies said she needed to go to the restroom and he said to her you better hurry up because I need you here all this with a very bad attitude and l loud, didnt care about customers around, he also talked to another employee in the dressing room yelling at her come here I need you here, you have to do wherever I tell you to do. I could not believe this, I confronted him, I told him, you are treating your employees really badly you dont need to be that rude, he looked at me and said with an attitude Im sorry you feel that way and he just walked away. Now I know why they are short of staff, Im sure it is because of him, I would not recommend anybody to work at this location with a manager like that. I feel so sorry for those employees. My heart is broken, nobody should treat people like BRIAN RICHIE treated those 2 ladies. I talked to a cashier about him and she confirmed his rudeness, she said he is always like that. Please someone need to stop this kind of management!!

Tons of fun shopping here. Cashiers are SUPERB and super friendly. I drive 40 minutes to shop here and bypass about 5 other locations on the way:) Great store. They must have awesome management.
