Absolute waste of time! This place Reston Shirt & Graphic Co took in our first set of company shirts for embroideries, I was promised a 2 week turnaround. 3 weeks later! James the owner said he hasn t create the format yet, and wanted us to send a different kind of logo file, which I ended up paying a design company to send him the logo file with. 48 hours of James the owner of Reston Shirt & Graphic Co, I was shocked to see after all this time, they didn t even set up print design format! I was so frustrated with them, that my boss told me to find another location to have the shirts completed in time for our event coming up, James the owner at Reston Shirt & Graphic Co, still has not started our embroideries, now ONE entire month wanting to get this completed and paying a heavy premium price that wasn t even a great deal! I just wanted these done last week! So frustrating, so I decided call to James the owner at Reston Shirt & Graphic Co to request him to please go ahead and please proceed with my order as promised to complete before end of this week. Shortly after his promise, James the owner of Reston Shirt & Graphic Co, said that he no longer able to reach a time or anytime soon and was no longer even wanted to proceed with our embroidery job that we agreed on! I was just shocked to see how this place conducts any local businesses like this. He didn t even know that have a order another future order of 100+shirts and 40+fleece jackets for logo branding, if the product was good on the first order made, what a disappointment! No consideration of anyones time and effort and waste of ONE Entire Month! I will pass this business on to another local that will deserve our business! I will tell anyone and everyone not to deal with Reston Shirt & Graphic Co and there owner James! People beware of dealing with people and businesses like this with there lies and short comings!

Anyone who is not living under a rock knows supply-chain issues are still plaguing the business world. Reston Shirt & Graphic is great to work with, even so. When it came time to place our teams spirit gear order, half the items in our line-up were out-of-stock. Kenny hopped right on finding replacements and within 24 hours, the problem was solved. We have been working with them for years and hope to do so for many more.

Ive been in contact with this business for weeks. Had back and forth communication and received quotes on how much my project would cost. I went into the business in person to discuss moving forward last week and was told I was would receive an invoice soon. After waiting a couple days, I emailed them and asked about the invoice and was told the invoice was being put together and I should hear back soon. After a week I called them and was told that my project was not a good fit and they wouldnt be taking it on. Im not sure why this wasnt told to me as soon as i walked in for the first time. Wasted weeks of my time.

AMAZING customer service!!! I came in with a very specific, one-off request on a tight timeline. Upon initially describing my request, I could tell it was something they typically dont do, but after listening to my special ask, James didnt skip a beat in making it happen for me. After picking up my items, I needed to return for an adjustment, and not knowing whether or not there would be time to get this completed before I needed it, I was doubtful they could accommodate me. While James was out of the office this time, Todd now jumped right up to the plate and personally took care of things. I assumed I would have to come back in within a few days to pick up my order, which was going to be pushing right up against when I needed this, but Todd told me he was having the team take care of it immediately and after waiting around for 5 minutes he had it finished. You just dont find commitment to customers like this anymore, and Reston Shirt and Graphic Company has an entire office of staff committed to quality and service! What an extraordinarily pleasant surprise, and these guys helped to create what will be a very memorable experience for our family as we get 4 generations together with custom shirts to have great-grandpa meet yet another young man of the same name! Reston t-shirts have been good to me on more than one occasion. Ive used them once before for my high school class reunion and they were great, the design was nice and the price was reasonable. I use them once again for my family where reunion. Mike was answering every question so patiently for me no matter how many times I repeat the question he was willing to answer. Both John and James have gone above and beyond to process my last minute order requests on more than one occasion with no increase in tshirt price or anything. My only issue is the hours of operation; makes it hard for me to get there from Leesburg after school but for all that I get, I make it work!

It doesnt get any better than Reston Shirt & Graphic Company. From design, pricing, staff, workmanship, and delivery schedule - everything was first rate. I was put in charge of designing a tshirt for the 6th grade play - the kids final hurrah before promoting to middle school. I had a hand-drawn design to match the theme, but wanted it to stand out despite the requirement for it be on a black tshirt (it would serve as the base of a costume, swapping out accessories with each scene). We worked with the onsite designer to scan the graphic, change the black ink in the original design to white, and add some silver accents to make it look futuristic to fit with a time travel theme. We made a few revisions to the sizes/quantities, and they took it all in stride. John Mook was very flexible and easy to deal with; he understood our limited budget (based solely on parent donations) and was able to work within our means. Production was swift, and everyone - the kids, parents, faculty/staff - were very pleased with the results. Crossfield Elementary school has and will continue to use Reston Shirt & Graphic Company for all of our school events!

This is an amazingly generous company and they did fabulous work for us. We are holding a Pediatric Cancer Awareness and Fundraising Game at our Varsity Baseball game this week and Reston Shirt generously donated 50 special tshirts for our game. Very good vendor for custom garments (especially t-shirts, sports jerseys). They offer screen printing and company logo embroidery. Theyre well established and have done custom t-shirts (screen printing) for me several times over the last 3 years, ranging from 200 - 600 shirts (gaming conventions). They can provide design help, but Ive never had to use personally. Love the choice of shirt blanks offered! Im very picky with the shirts I use, they offer a nice amount of diversity (plus sizing, performance poly t-shirts, softstyle cotton, 50/50 styles, ladies cuts). Theyre local to DC metro region and have worked with plenty of local sports teams and other organizations. Give them a try.

John was very helpful and professional in our correspondence, as he steered me toward the exact product I was looking for given a general spec set. Shirts look great, order was 100% accurate including special requests. There was no fuss over my request to put specific numbers on the back of specific sizes of shirt for my teammates. Quick turnaround, too. Very good company that will receive my business again.

We are giving Reston Shirt and Graphic 5 Stars because that its maximum allowed for this review. If we could give 500 Stars we would. We have worked with Reston Shirts on a few occasions in the past and we had trouble-free experiences. We didnt realize how good this company was until we had a PROBLEM. Thats right. There was a problem with our order. When we first complained we had not realized that one of our volunteers had signed off on a proof which clearly showed the error. Even though we were technically in the wrong, Reston Shirt very quickly, politely and professionally remedied the situation. We highly recommend Reston Shirts and we look forward to working with them for years to come.

Early June 2014 I was tasked with ordering t-shirts for our 50 plus member team participating in American Cancer Societys Relay for Life Herndon, VA. Reston Shirt and Graphic made it simple to get what I needed for my group at a REASONABLE PRICE. They had MULTIPLE SHIRT OPTIONS with multiple colors. If I had a question it was not uncommon for their representative, Kenny, to get back with me after business hours. When our order was completed and I picked it up I was short a few shirts. It was not clear if it was my fault or theirs.[probably my fault] Reston Shirt and Graphic did not care how the problem came about. They sprang into action, printed me the extra shirts the next day and, problem solved. AWESOME to know all they wanted to do was solve the problem and please me. Good old fashion hand shake and a thank you service!!! I will use them exclusively moving forward. Thanks Kenny and team for your GREAT service and product!

The shirts were in 1 day ahead of schedule and I wanted to share some feedback on working with Reston Shirts About a month ago I approached 2 companies and we gave them a sketch of what we wanted but we did not know which colors or style of shirts we wanted. A Quick observation was that both had a min of 12 shirts per design and we were able to negotiate with Reston Shirts on this and we also noticed that Reston Shirts does not charge extra for a light color on a dark shirt as he has to use white in the background just like the other company did. The other company charged more for the white underneath. So the first week was trying to find the colors and the style of shirts. John from Reston kept trying to find one and would send me links to ones and would go over what styles worked with which colors. Finally I gave up on search for the color and type of shirt and then basically told the two of them what I wanted including the colors and asked for a proof and an estimate of the cost (not the invoice just an estimate). During this process John was asking questions constantly to ensure the proof and order would be accurate. Then I realized we were only 2.5 weeks away from our deadline date of 1/10/14. I then asked both of the companies if they could deliver by then. John quickly replied no problem and won the job as the other company could not meet our needs. Now I have coached over 10 different teams in my lifetime and have put in more than 10 order of shirts through various companies. Working with John was one of my top 3 experiences. Not only was he able to deliver the proof quickly but changed them almost instantly so I could see the different colors on the font. They also found the Font we used on our sweatshirts without me having to send them the font. The final order with sizes did not go until Jan3rd and he was able to give me the shirts on 1/9. He also found one shirt that had a tiny hole on it himself and he had a new one overnighter so it would be done today (even though we did not need that one shirt for our competition this weekend) Overall experience was great with this company and the ability to deal with multiple options was very good.

We looked around a lot before deciding on Reston and we certainly made the right choice. John Mook was so helpful with our design and he gave us such personal and prompt attention that I felt like his only customer!

I came across Reston shirt about 2 weeks at most before my requirement date for delivery on a shirt project. John and other staff worked expeditiously to accommodate my needs. The process was easy. Most companies charge an arm and a leg to do such a rush order where Reston delivered the shirt 1 day ahead of their projected date as a matter of regular business. I had done some brief price browsing upon stumbling across Reston. They say you get what you pay for and be weary of low costs. I believe I got well worth more than what I spent in quality and a clean printed image. I think I mentioned there was no set-up fees. Id recommend them and will call to them again when its time to place another order.

My charity is a huge fan of Reston Shirts! They always give us the best pricing and quick turn around on proofs and printing. AND they are supper patient with us as we keep making changes with last minute sponsors being added for events. Top notch!

We have had an excellent experience using Reston Shirt! They are professional, easy to work with, and everything is priced really well. I have been really happy with everything we have gotten made there. Whats also great is how easy it is to communicate with them. If youre an experienced designer or new to the whole t-shirt printing world, these guys are just so great at getting what you want and need. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Reston Shirt for all sports teams and school organizations. Ive used Reston Shirt for the last 2 years to order team shirts for both FLL and Jr. FLL teams. I manage a large robotics program at our school with close to 30 teams--each one with a different team shirt design and shirt color. Their graphic artist did a FABULOUS job addressing each teams needs. They worked within our budget and responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. Great service! Great value!

Ive been working with Reston Shirt for 4 years and their service is fantastic. No other business is like them. I have a very busy schedule so I can just contact them mainly through e-mail until the day of my pick-up. Not only are they easy and great to work with but their prices are also very low, the lowest in the area. Use Reston Shirt for anything you need, you wont regret it!!!

Reston Shirt & Graphic was absolutely incredible to work with! I am planning a bachelorette party for my sister and it was very easy to work with the company to get the perfect shirt I had envisioned for all the girls. The team was very willing to work with me regarding the design and saying that I wanted printed on all the shirts.
