They had an amazing deal and they had clothes in my size, especially for being a tall person, it’s not easy to find clothes. But as I was coming out of the fitting room, I was accused of shoplifting, and she was very persistent about it, even though I came out of the dressing room with what I went in with she kept pressing the issue, even after I walked away and didn’t seem to make it a big deal so if you go here be prepared to be accused of shoplifting and doing everything wrong the manager was very helpful and nice and I appreciate him being profiled is not what I would want to experience while I’m shopping. Especially being 17 and having a job that makes money just wanted to go spend one of my first paychecks and enjoy it, but instead I got profiled and treated with disrespect.

If you’re looking for women’s clothing, most of them look like pajamas. But Wow! So many good finds here for home goods! Some prices are even better than Goodwill but they’re brand new items! Some cute furniture pieces here, too. Just found a cute lounge velvet chair with only $99!

My girlfriend and I visited this store at the end of our day. It was about a half hour from closing and we felt that the manager (person making announcements, a short dark haired woman) was unkind and impatient with the patrons, including us. Announcing several times to get in line and sighing when she saw us trying to figure out what we wanted to purchase, before the store closed. She said “if you’re not in line you need to get out of my store”. She was also impatient with a family that was about purchase items and gruffly told them to get in line.

I had left my wallet there by accident in the one put of two fitting room, it was dark they were going to close, some employee or supervisor had it in their office for weeks, first time i went to get my wallet, it was locked in their office???? they were with my wallet for more than a week because i am busy and have a job, finally got it back with 120 missing. This employee or supervisor who took my wallet stole from me. and they had clearly played around with my cards since they were all shuffled, as i said again the day i lost it it was about to be closed some employee had definitely went in there to clean up and just wow. i am a student who makes way less money than them. ridiculous.

Good cut prices store with wide selection of clothing and home essentials. The best part is they have less price products of all the best brands. I always go the best kitchen accessories and kids stuff from this store. In the heart of Bellevue this is the best way to shop and have food afterwards in this neighborhood. My overall customer experience with Ross is always good. Keep it up guys.

I was there today 01-04-24 and found some sweatpants size small and xs for my daughter, and a exercise 4lbs pink ball for me! And other cool stuff! This place is nice and very clean. Today they were wiping all the shelf and that makes me happy to know that they all have an amazing manager on site! I would like to suggest to add more items to the empty shelf. Thank you

I stepped into this Ross the other day and watched a girl steal a pile of clothes in the store. No one tried to stop her and only one person from staff was able to take the cart that was now half empty. I saw that the racks of clothes were almost empty and I know why now... There was no security on duty and most Ross's that I have been to do. That was the most unsafe situation I witnessed. Not a fan of this store. There has to be better management or security. Seems really unsafe. My boyfriend had to stop me from putting some sense into this woman. I don't recommend bringing your kids to this location. This place seems like a hotspot for theft. Good luck finding what you need in there.

Good place for Dresses and other stuffs, but not Customer friendly location. They don't have Restrooms for Customers and Associates have no answer to the questions. We have to take our kids to some other nearby store for Restrooms, very bad place to shop during winter. Pathetic experience with kids.

Ross. Where they treat everyone like a potential thief. You are "welcomed" into the store with a security camera. There is no restroom for customers, which is ridiculous for a store of this size. The overall organization is off. None of the category signs hanging from the ceiling align to the category of clothes below them. I do not enjoy anything about this store.

I’ve never had much trouble here. It’s close to my house so I pop in a few times a month. But I bought a bag there and they didn’t fully remove the security tag, and I didn’t notice until I got home. Anyway, I kept the receipt because I knew I had to go back to get it removed. When I got around to it, of course the bag started beeping. I had my receipt with me but they wouldn’t accept me and it seemed like they thought I stole it. They said I had to go back when the manager was there so they can check the security cameras because apparently they need to check the tag of my bag from the security camera? It doesn’t make any sense. They refused to help me until the manager checks the cameras despite me having my receipt and the card I paid with on my person. It was humiliating because everyone (including the other customers) were looking at me as if I stole the bag. In my opinion, the situation was handled poorly by the staff.

This location isn't as convenient as others, but the stock is simular. Always a good deal to be found! Parking can be a challenge at time, but once there you can find several other dining and shopping experiences close by. Mod pizza yum!

Nice to shop here for new clothes at very discounted prices. Fantastic luggage selection especially- Miles cheaper than getting it at full price and great quality too! My dad managed to get a $800 bag for $300.
Seems like they're reorganizing the space currently. Seeing makeup under men's was quite funny!
Great place to browse around for cool finds! Never know what you're going to get here.

Also, if the manager happens to be reading this please bring back the Wai Lanan BBQ chips I've only ever seen them here and they were delicious!!

Went here guy that rang me & my daughter up was rude gave us dirty looks. He also forgot to give her something she paid for and didn't give her one of her bags. She called the store the next day and manger was kinda rude also we went back to get the item he did t give us that we paid for. Once arrived was told to wait 15 minutes so the manger can look at the video to see if the guy that rung us up forgot to give her thos item. She paid around $200.00 & is a good customer said she will not go back after all she went threw. Because of how rude they was to her about her item that he didn't give her after paying for it.

One of the employees walked in on me while changing in one of the rooms that only has a curtain covering it. Why the employee didn't think to knock on the wall next to the curtain or ask if someone was in there boggles my mind. This is unacceptable. All fitting rooms should have doors and employees should use common sense.
