This Starbucks should extend its hours because the fireplace is amazing at night during both summer and winter. They have plenty of seating, and the bathroom is always well-maintained. I love this spot. Please extend your hours!

First time to this Starbucks location. I stood in front of the cashier for about 2 minutes before I was served. There was no one before me, and a line was slowly forming behind me. There were quite a number of customers in the shop, but none of them were waiting for their drinks and/or food. I ordered a tall Chai Latte, and it was what I expected. The music played in the shop was a bit loud and noisy, and I chose to sit outside. A fireplace was just next to where I was sitting, and I felt warm enough to enjoy my latte in the middle of the winter. I noticed some people brought burgers purchased from a fast food chain next door and used the outdoor seating of this Starbucks to consume them.

Solid service, drive through is efficient and quick. Courteous and service with a smile even at 6 am. Definitely helps get your morning started off on a good note.

I decided to stay in the area and this has been the closest Starbucks on my route. Unfortunately the staff has been giving me such a hard time every morning about making coffee that I will never visit this location. They never have blonde roast in the morning and make me get a drink that is double the cost and do not want to give extra milk. It is being rationed at this location terrible service.

A quintessential Starbucks that is easy to get to and find parking. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Great meeting spot with out door tables and indoor cozy spaces. Perfect for meeting someone for a work meeting or OfferUp exchange. Right off Freeway.

I go to many Starbucks locations in the Eastside area and this one is by far the worst. Save your time and go to a different one! If you have to use this one, don't waste your money on customizing your drink because they will charge you for it but won't actually make the changes you request. This happens EVERY single time I request additions, like an extra pump of syrup. There is always something wrong with my order, and I have wasted so much time and money at this location. Given the inflated prices they charge, you're better off going literally anywhere else.

If you are white they will greet you. Otherwise forget it. I went to the counter, but no one will take my order. Waited for couple mins, no was even ready to acknowledge me. I dont know what to call it other than racial profiling. Shame on you all.

I came here in search of a Seattle been there series mug and left with a great sense of joy and satisfaction. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My chai crepe Frappuccino was super tasty and atmosphere in the store is pretty laid back. The parking lot is very spacious. You guys truly made my road trip a little brighter, so thank you!

Ordered a hot chocolate for my husband to pick up and bring home to me. It was coffee, which I can't stand the taste of! Sticker had my name and said hot chocolate, but it was definitely coffee. This means a trip back or wasted money, it's probably a complete waste with gas prices so high. 🤷

The baristas at this location are always friendly. They are usually great at making drinks but if there's ever an issue or mistake they are quick to fix it and will happily do so. Great consistency and customer service!

Customer service is great, this is a nice spacious store.
The hot and refresher drinks are consistently good here.
Drive through gets backed up, but you can go inside to get drinks as well.

The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is the cold brews are always bitter unlike the other 2 locations we frequent.

Got the strawberry acai lemonade and got extra scoops of strawberry but they literally didn't even put one full scoop in, just mayyyybe 3 pieces. Friend got coffee with reg ice and the entire cup is full of ice.

Went through the drive through and ordered 2 coffees and 2 warm pastries. One was not warmed and the other barely warm. I asked for them to be reheated. The barista looked inconvenienced and paused didn't answer right away. I again requested. She looked at her monitor and said one was heated and one was not and she would take the one that was not heated back and heat it. I told her I didn't want the one that was barly heated requesting it be reheated and she didn't acknowledge me stepping back from the window. I tossed the pastry on my dash saying I didn't want it. She did have another one heated at that point. Her demeanor and body language said a lot. I will not be back to this location!

Just ok. I've purchased Starbuck coffees and other products since 1988. Coffee quality, baristas, atmosphere ... not same quality. Several mocha purchased tastes like water with powder.

Wonderful little shop, excellent atmosphere inside, delightful outdoor seating in a great location. Close enough to the freeway to pull off for a quick stop but far enough to not be flooded by traffic. The service and staff are excellent and the drive through is so convenient.
