This is my Favorite Lakemont Starbucks location. I have a great experience each visit and staff is Very Friendly. This visit I ordered my usual. A Mocha Frappuccino and a Bacon Gouda Sandwich with Egg. There is also plenty of Parking on the outside with seating areas as well. Tried returning/exchanging a brand new cup I was gifted and was told nope. I was told to try selling it instead…what a joke. Don’t buy merchandise here unless you want a huge headache if it ends up not working out. Cups are cheap and break easily.

Caramel macchiato was just gross.
I threw it in the trash. No caramel flavor at all. And I drink Starbucks all the time.

This Starbucks is my go-to location for remote working. There is a variety of seating - including some outside. I’ve had many productive work sessions here :)

In the past I’ve had great, friendly service. That is still the case occasionally, although I’ve had some interactions with staff lately that aren’t as joyful or hospitable. I’ve had more than one occasion where I am charged more or my drink isn’t quite made the same when I order at the counter compared to mobile order. I still recommend this location for the space and atmosphere, however I will probably resort to mobile ordering from now on rather than ordering from the counter.

Been going here since it opened. Treated and my and son terrible during COVID for not being VAXED. Would give them a 1* for their policies, and discrimination however I understand how confused and misled many workers are.

I was in the area so thought I’d get myself an iced coffee… what I really got was cold vanilla flavored milk. I should have asked for it to be remade but I was in a rush.. definitely will be sticking to the regular Starbucks I go to. I’d like to know where’s the coffee in this?

I come here for pink drinks and frappes with my kids. I have never had an issue with staff. Drinks and quality changes. Today pink drinks were filled over 3/4th of the cup with ice and didn't taste correct. But we still come despite the inconsistent drinks.

Today it was basically empty between 5 and 6 pm. My kids and I sat in the chairs by the fire place. My kids feel so special drinking their drinks and sitting in the starbucks. My kids were behaving extremely well for being autistic and it being empty.

Rebecca felt the need to come and speak to my children about their behavior as we were getting ready to leave. This took me off guard. I had them pick up the wrappers that fell off the tables and go put them in the trash then my kids came back to me so we could leave. Rebecca comes out to talk to them. My children are 7 and 4. 7 yr old is autistic. Rebecca starts talking to them about their behavior. I told Rebecca she needs to address me not my children. I am their mother and if she has an issue I am right here. Rebecca then becomes argumentative with me and says what it's not okay to talk to children now? No it's not. It's not okay to try to punish other people's children or address their normal good behavior. I asked Rebecca if she was the manager Rebecca lied saying she was. Rebecca couldn't tell me the store number or any details. I let her know about how wrong she was. I saw a starbucks business card and saw Rebecca lied about being a manager the manager is Marissabel. I will not be coming back to the location. Rebecca is terrible. Rebecca has ruined the experience. Rebecca is not the parent to my children if Rebecca has any concerns Rebecca needs to adfress the concern with the parents. I wish Rebecca would be more willing to fix drinks when they over ice and make incorrectly as quickly as Rebecca is willing to address people's children.

Why does Starbucks not serve good espresso? The flavor of the Pikes Place drip roast is their best coffee. Lattes are bland.

I know it’s Starbucks, but this place is genuinely a local coffee shop that i recommend people goto. The staff are nice, if you come often they will remember your drink and you. It’s always clean and there is frequently cool stuff going on here.

My order took longer than expected, but the barista was very helpful in letting me know when she was working on my drinks. I really appreciated the personal attention and eye contact I received from stafff when they knew I was in a hurry.

I would have given my review 5 stars, but I was a bit annoyed about having yo go back and bother the barista again for straws. Customers should be able to retrieve those items without having to wait when it’s busy. Many other Starbucks allow this convenience for their customers so why is this store any different?

No drive-thru, so it's In/Out but service is quick. The beverage was delicious and the Barista was friendly and helpful.

Do not order ahead here. I’ve ordered ahead about 4x already regardless whether I order 20 minutes earlier or 10 they never have the order completed. There is no urgency when making drinks or handing out food. They are extremely slow and have no regard for your time if you ask about your order. If you have somewhere to be do not order here. This is the last time I will order here. When I asked about my mobile order from 20 minutes prior she let me know she would make it after all her other drinks which was 3 in store orders. And two people on bar. It makes no sense to me why it takes this long or why they have no customer service skills.

Not the typical Starbucks experience. I don't feel welcomed today as I typically got at Starbucks.

When I got in around 4:45PM Saturday, I was the only one standing in store waiting to be served. Two baristas were behind the counters. For some time, many minutes, they did not pay attention to me, nor did not say hi or welcome or anything. I started to wonder if the store was already closed. Still have 1 hour to go. After a while, one barista finally looked at me, and said I would be with you. She was friendly and professional. She made great Latte. After I purchased the coffee, I said Thank you; After I got the Latte, I said Thank you. She answered "Aha".

Well, everyone could have a bad day, I saw the service was lukewarm, below the bar of typical Starbucks or local store. Maybe it is end of day and the baristas were overworked today. Anyway, wish for the better - for the baristas and the customers like me.

While you would think that all stsrbucks baristas make their coffees to the same standard and formula.
This branch makes the best coffee locally.
It's not even my local branchn however, I travel here for the consistency in the drinks they make

There's usually plenty of seating available. Staff is helpful, but sometimes they get to busy and I'm unable to order ahead on the app.

What happened to Frappacinos? It came is the smallest cup for hot drinks and it is a frozen clump of ice. Cannot even drink it.

They post a sign that they are closing between 3:30 and 4:00pm. Then then l they still don't open even at 4:15pm. Bad management.

Horrible. Lady with short dark brunette hair apparently didn't know what "warm" was and made the it all hot water with just a touch of cold water. Not even bother to make the lid secure and left permanent burn scar on my wrist. No compensation either.

The worst customer service ever, no respect for customer at all, especially the guy who made the coffee on Jan 3rd ‘20 at 9:53 am. He and another lady kept talking while making coffee, he made my order wrong so I told him but he refused to admit it by making an explanation like I never order my drink before, seriously??? What kind of customer service is that??? There should be 0 star for this, will never go back to this place anymore.

The staff really makes the location. This is one of the best Starbucks locations I have been to across 5 states, because of the staff. Always friendly, always helpful, and they always write theost amazing daily blurb on the board. Today's was "good morning beautiful souls. Be kind to yourself and to others today". The smiling faces and friendly service have kept me coming back even thought I prefer local craft coffee over Starbucks. Good service and staff who seem to actually care and/or enjoy what they are doing is a dwindling commodity these days and it is refreshing to see it so strong. It truly makes all the difference.

I’ve been to so many Starbucks locations all over the country and this is literally the worst of them all. It’s the only one close by so unfortunately I have to stop if I want an SB coffee, but after months of annoyances I have to do a review. Mobile orders take a good 15-20mins AFTER the recommended prep time on the app, they always are making drinks wrong, they’re going strawless (which is great), but they won’t even mix your cold drinks so you still have to request a straw. They are not friendly, they’re understaffed & rushes which causes all of these problems & they can’t even clean the place properly. I worked in the service industry for 10 years & every time I’m in here it pains me to watch the chaos...whoever is managing this place is doing a terrible job.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. I didn't even go after all, I didn't want to touch anything! Trash all over the floor. Urine on the seats. No paper towels. Just all around gross, & that includes the dirty tables in the lobby. Not one was clean. Napkins on the floor. Crumbs everywhere. Sticky gross tables. Rings of wetness all over the place. Find somewhere else to go.
