This Target store in Factoria recently underwent a remodel and everything looks 100% better. They now have a frozen food section as well as produce milk and bread. All the other departments look much better after the remodel. There is also a Starbucks inside now as well. Located on the back end of Factoria Mall there's plenty of parking. Most of the managers and Associates here seem to be friendly and helpful.

Went there to buy brand name AA batteries. Could not find them, asked a store associate and was told he does not know where batteries could be because there is no specific place and they are spread all across the store. After a lot of searching I could only find house brand batteries at one random location but no selection or collection of all batteries to choose from. What a waste of time.

At the Bellevue target the lady at customer service told me I had to drive all the way back to Redmond to return a item cuz she said ink was missing on my receipt so I drive the 20 min to Redmond for the lady to be confused because the entire number was visible with no missing ink. Lady at Bellevue should go through a retraining program before she wastes another customer time

Frequently it says they have quite a few of something online and then are completely out of it in store. The staff is friendly but it seems there may not be enough staff as if I need assistance it's impossible to find anyone without going all the way to the front desk.

Not the best, but it sure is not the worse target store out there. There has not been a slight change over the years. Every time I visit, the store is out of stock of items that say they are in stock online. How can that possibly be?

Not sure if this is a technical issue but it needs to be addressed as soon as possible. I feel like I am wasting time ordering online pick-up orders if the store is going to constantly be out of stock.

Cade the cashier was amazing. My daughter came in proudly and brought all her change to buy herself toys. He spent all the time to count and organize her change. Most would not work this hard to receive money but Cade was funny, had a great attitude, so engaging, and was good at math too. Target is really lucky to have such a thoughtful employee. Easily the worst target I’ve ever been to. The kids clothes were all over the place, sizes mixed up, brands mixed up. Every other target has been neatly put together where you can look through the clothes you want but I didn’t even know where to look. I saw an outfit that I like but they didn’t have the size and about 30 minutes later I found the size I needed of the exact same outfit on the opposite side of the section. The sale isle for the toy sections had either no labels or were mislabeled, or just on the floor in the middle of the isle.
I love targets because of the layout, organization, and reliability. This is the only one where it failed in all three aspects. I will never be coming back to this target. It’s honestly worse than some Walmarts.

I live in Seattle and happily drive over to the Factoria location for all my Target shopping. It may seem far away because it's on the eastside, but it's only 10 min from my house. They usually have most of the items I'm looking for or will at least try and find them if not on the shelves.

I used to love Target but the last few months I'm not seeing the money returned to my credit card after I return a purchase, mostly from their items I purchased online. Target has taken the position that the problem is with my bank and not their business. That is false because some of my returns go through and others are not. To me, Target online is totally not useable due this issue and if I REALLY need something in the store, which I don't anticipate, I'll only use cash. This really is a completely unacceptable way to run a store and a total bummer. UPDATE: Target did return the money on my card for the most recent purchase but they have NOT refunded the money on my purchase before this. Still, a half-end job here.

This so call manager (Nick) is not management material. You need to stop putting boys in a man position. After your app wouldn’t work my only options was to drive from Renton at 8:30pm after search for a game sustem. No other option was offered like I could hold til the next morning when it’s safer to drive. I despise this new generation bec they only care about themselves…. You gone be old. One day… wish I could be here to see it. I can imagine how you treat your mother.

The customer service today was EXTREMELY ridiculous! I went to target today trying to purchase an Xbox controller for my brother. I asked an associate named DANIEL to assist me and unlock the xbox controller so I can purchase it. I was very patient while he was helping another customer. However, I ended up waiting way over 20 minutes! My request was only a few seconds to unlock the controller and quickly ring me up. I asked if he could do this for me and that it only takes a few seconds, but he proceeded to assist the other customer. I was waiting so patiently and he still has not assisted me. There were no other staff near the gaming section. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Target. Please train your employees to prioritize customer requests accordingly.

One of the three best Target stores in the pottery sound on my opinion. The other two are in Renton and south center. When it comes to vegan and gluten free foods, Target is the to of the heap. The produce, while limited, is of great quality. The process are not terrible either.

Amelia at the Factoria location in the shoe department was AMAZING on Sat evening. She helped my daughters find the boots in the store that they saw on the app. My daughters couldn't find them anywhere and Amelia helped them, gave them feedback on the two options, helped with sizes. She knew exactly where they were and everything about them. We ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes that we all loved thanks to her. I have never experienced that type of kind and knowledgable service at Target before. Really impressive!!

Bellevue's hidden bargain shop! Tucked away in Factoria is this huge store with tons of bargains and a massive selection of products! If you can imagine it, they probably carry it. That's what I call convenience. And they have prices like a Costco type store! Check it out, save a buck!

I LOVE Target. I love the store, everything Target sells from cosmetics to home furnishings~ always right on trend and stocked. Should an item ever be out of stock, you can fill out a notification and Target WILL notify you as soon as it is restocked. I love that if you need to return something, there is absolutely no problem if you either keep the receipt or you've used your Target credit card and the app and everything is there as to proof of what was bought and when. I love that Target is involved in the community and cares. SO many reasons why I love Target!

The staff here are extremely helpful and professional. I drove from south Seattle to get a vacuum that was on the website that did not appear to be on the floor. I asked Ardita for help and she was able to look up the product, go to the back of the store, and then walked me to customer service so I could check out right away. This type of customer service seems rare nowadays especially at large corporate stores. Thanks for helping!!

Target, how I love thee... Let me count the ways!
Target is where my love affair with target started as a small child. The dollar racks/baskets when you first walked in were around long before dollar stores hit the scene and were the answer to a child's question if they could get something before leaving without breaking Mom's bank.

I've loved many of the lines at Target and am over the moon thrilled they are now in Canada, but this store will always be my favourite. Every time I visit home, this is one of my first stops! No one does clearance better than target!
