I have been shopping here for 7 yrs.. Always have 2 item or leas held for me til next day by no later than 3pm! When my daughter is out of school. There were a pair of jeans I have been waiting and wanting. I have a appointment to go to for my mother. I didnt know if i would make it back in time! I asked her to hold it. She looked at me asked me to repeat!!!! Of course i did!! She said no i beg low key cuz i realllllyy reallllly wanted those jeans! I hid them i thought but there was another amazin. 👀 behind. Long story short!! Got done with my mothers appointment early and went to go to my “hiding spot” Those bomb ass jeans gone!!!!😱😳🙃🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥲🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹
I informed the lady that told me No we dont do that for people with big carts!!! Maam i had 2 items. that she literally broke my whole soul. I come there so so much that it made me feel a certain way about how she did that!!! I have had Steve Maddens held for me So So So So many times. Jewelry!!! I always give what i want in return hospitality and great phenomenal returnable customer service. Ima let the lil ole lady at the jewelry area slide cuz i was mad devastated about the jeans tossing my lil necklace. I understand why i give what the world lack.. a small gesture goes a long way!!! Js She is not TJMaxx amd I literally know that this one in Factoria aint too friendly of Black Folks!!! But I work hard for my 💴 so you wont eva make me feel like this again. I will speak and respect the ones that respect and shows me that phenomenal Customer Service. Their little security tried it boo bye!!! Please dont!! Lol but hey i will go back cuz as I said I luv me sum Maxx!! But maam in the lumberjack flannel!!!👀👀👀👀👀👀🫡👀👀👀👀👀👀👀🫡You knew betta you wud do better!! Neva judge a Book by Da cova!!!😍🫡

This TJ Maxx really has quite a good selection of cosmetic lotions and that Nordstrom has, but for 80 percent off.

Also, the store is pretty well kept for how many people were in this store. Everything was decently organized and orderly for being a crowded store.

Lastly, the store associates were quite nice and polite. Definitely no complaints.

We love this location of the popular retailer. Always seem to find what I need and more of what I didn't realized I did...lol. Conveniently located at the Marketplace Mall with plenty of free parking available. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world 🌎

Nice place to buy a few year old big band items at low ticket price. I

Prices are on mid to lower end of spectrum through out the year. Selection is wide ranging from Gifts, travel accessories, pet items, bedding, clothings, shoes and kids stuff.

You can get a TJ Max card which works other sister stores like Marshall and home goods

The cashiers, people who work the fitting room do a great job and so do Jim and Alex and Yasmine and Emilee in the back room as well! I love shopping there. :) I highly recommend shopping here. :)

Great merchandise but cleaning and maintaining displays is definitely not a priority. Looked like the last day of a 3 day slumber party with 7 year olds! Ironically if management doesn't care no one else will either.

Don’t go to this store if you want passive aggressive employees who find it appropriate to stare you down, lie to you about what time it is and be proud of being outright rude to customers.

I worked this holiday weekend, Saturday and Sunday, planning a party for my friend and dont get to shop earlier in the day thanks to my work schedule.

I popped into this store to quickly scan for items I wanted, lucked out but found a hair bow set I liked, was deciding between the two accessory sets. While I was doing that, the elderly store associate with white grey hair who works behind the jewelry counter was just staring me down hard, huffing and puffing, miming a watch motion and then finally told me, “ didnt you hear the announcement, its 8!” It was 7:50 when she told me this by the way. I told the store employee that it was unproductive for her to stare at me and it was making it hard for me to shop. She rolled her eyes and continued to stare hard at me. I rushed into line because I didnt want to be inconsiderate and around her any longer, but then decided to make a complaint. The manager was standing by the door, right next to where the jewelry counter was and stared away from me, never looking once at me. I asked him if he saw what happened, he was within earshot of the conversation, first, he ignored me. Then i asked again and he said he wasn’t paying attention. He clearly didn’t care.

So I check out and ask an employee if they had anyone else I could complained to, and was pointed to another woman. So I go to speak with her and the employee who was behind the jewelry counter comes over, then listens in on my complaint and shouts proudly “yes it was me, I was the one staring at her. And I dont care because she was late.” Whoever I was speaking with was clearly uncomfortable and apologetic but this is just not behavior of adults. I left at 8:02. I came into the store at 7:30, if I wasn’t dealing with this rude store employee and their apathetic manager, I would have been on my way home a lot sooner. Harassing your customers isnt the way to go.

I do want to point out two things: there were other customers who were still in the store after I checked out, I have found that the younger store employees have better manners than their senior counterparts.

This is why people shop amazon. To avoid interactions like this.

Natalia is the worst manager I have ever seen. I used to like going to the TJMaxx store in Factoria Square mall in Bellevue. But my recent experiences were not so great.

I recently went in December 2023 when I witnessed how the store manager (Natalia) was talking down to an employee and shutting her off while she was trying to talk. That employee looked upset and embarrassed. I felt bad for her, because no one deserves to be treated like that, but I did nothing and walked away.

Next time I came to the store that same manager was there again. She was assisting an employee that was helping me at the cash register. I asked them about the return policy and that really pissed Natalia off. She was extremely rude to me when answering and kept talking in an accusing manner, like I did something wrong. It was really unpleasant. After that I had enough and decided to leave.

Natalia is completely unprofessional. She needs to be retrained or let go. Since I don't know her last name I can only describe her. She has dark blond, shoulder-length hair and speaks with a Russian accent. If someone knows her please comment here, because other managers in that store don't seem to care neither about the store reputation and an adequate customer care nor about the lower-level employees who have to tolerate the toxic environment that manager facilitates.

Good selection of items. Found the housewares, pet toys, and beauty aisles has the best items. Halloween decode was super fun and bought a few things. Clothes were ok. Was a bit hard to find the store from inside the mall. Signs kept showing arrows for tj maxx by target but you have to go outside target or nearby stores to reach tj maxx.

Lots of nice things at great prices. I purchased cashmere sweaters for the whole family for under $40 and lovely soy candles for under $15. There is a great variety of gifts here. Store is well organized and clean.

The store is good for random home products but the clothes, at least for men is pretty spotty. We go for pans, hoping they have some nicer ones. Not always the case though. Can't expect to find the same items when you go, but usually worth a try.

Great customer service! The staff here are a lot nicer than the ones in Woodinville. I had a pretty sizeable online return and the coordinator/cashier Tiblets was so patient, kind, and helpful during the whole process. It was very refreshing as I mentioned above the cashiers in Woodinville can be a little unfriendly in my experience. Thank you Tiblets for a great experience!! 🙂

This particular location of T.J. Maxx is my favorite. The products are quite varied and are constantly replenished. You can shop and go back only a few days later to find many new treasures. The prices are very fair also. All of the staff that I have interacted with have been courteous, helpful, and friendly.
The store has been rearranged recently, making it simple to find things.

The 5 star goes to Alexandru, Manager of the Bellevue store. He was very helpful in resolving what I needed. He went out of his way to create a solution to a Thomas Bahama backpack that was missing a side buckle. No other employee would have taken that initiative to help but Alexandru did. Excellent

Worst experience ever in my entire life. I bought a pot from TJMaxx Oregon four days ago, after washing it with sponge, the surface coating fell off. I asked the cashier if I can return it yesterday, she said yes if I have the receipt. When I came here with receipt today, her manager look at me like I’m a liar and ask me how can she tell if the pot if from TJ Maxx, I told her I have the receipt, she said it says nothing and tell me to throw the pot away. What a joke! Will comeback to return as many thing I have bought from TJMaxx as possible.
