We had some fantastic experiences with The staff here. They are super friendly and welcoming to all customers. All the products are stocked and Fresh. I love how QFC maintains its stores clean,
and safe and their products up to the highest quality. Although the price is a little bit higher than Seattle’s stores, I would love to be back at some day

The bakery at this specific QFC is AMAZING!
Their cake decorator, Nelly, goes above and beyond to bring joy with her craft.
My son very much enjoyed his Burger Cake for his bday party and was on short notice but that was no problem for Nelly!

Erika decided to close the store early tonight. I ran up to the door at 12:48 am, and was met by Erika who wouldn't let me in. I asked what time they close, and she just kept repeating "were closed" more aggressively each time. I told her I just wanted a box of cereal for the kids at my house and she shut the doors yelling "we are closed!"
Technically I had 12 minutes until the store closed, but apparently she has the authority to practice horrible customer service procedures. I was a grocery manager at Haggen for 11 years, and if she were my employee I would def be calling her and her rep into a meeting!! Thanks QFC, as you know there is not another store around that's open as late as you. (Are suppose to be opened till)

I live right down the street from this place and has to Care for my husband full-time. I am often running to the store. At the last minute stop there has been so accommodating and kind and Gary compassionate about my being a late caller. I commend the staff for their patients. Because sometimes I know I make them late. To leave all in all the services excellent. The people that work there are pledged. And I would shop there over other stores in the area. Simply because of the employees there. They may be a little bit more expensive but it's well worth it

Just came from there at almost 1:00 a.m. I had to pick up some personal hygiene items of the for a friend and the girl working self-checkout was amazing completely over the top helpful with products that I wouldn't normally shop for helping me locate them and made the whole experience that much smoother and it was right at clothing and she still did it all with a smile and a great attitude her name is China and she should be managing that store as far as I'm concerned also as I was there there was a gentleman that came back in and left his change in the change return seemingly 40 or $60 or so did she was more than happy to get it for him out of the drawer where she had set it aside which to me is just a fantastic gesture of kindness Goodwill in looking out for others because this man seems like he really needed it and was really excited when she had it for him kind of just had to mention her specifically and why I had such a great experience at the store just amazing incredible young woman who should be recognized for her efforts as a great great clerk.

The pharmacist (the lady's badge said pharmacy leader) didn't know what meclizine was... I saw her google the name of the medicine up and she kept telling me the drug is OTC and outside. Ma'am, I'm trying to purchase a 100 tablet bottle that's behind your counter that's wayyyy cheaper. She did not understand what I was saying! How are you a pharmacy leader and you don't know how pharmacy operates???? This was a week or two ago. Please educate your staff better.

I found Mold in my boars head sandwich. Absolutely disgusting and am worried about it affecting my health. These sandwiches are supposed to be made fresh daily but looks like the bread they used is telling a different story.

The QFC (actually Kroger) app probably is the worst experience I have so far. It seriously affects how you enjoy grocery shopping especially when you want to save some $$ by trying to find one specific digital coupon. Others are fine, but I am aware their vegan products (such as Just Egg) are a little higher than Amazon Fresh.

Bought an Amazon gift card here that was tempered with. Store said this happens all the time. Store gave me a number to a QFC hotline and said they can’t help. That hotline forwarded me to another hotline with Amazon. Spend a combined 2.5 hours of my life on both hotlines with zero help. Lost $100.
Fraudulent products are being sold and the customer is not getting any help.
Will not shop here again.

I'm directed to the QFC by the Applebee's. Starbucks inside. I've my bag with my lunch in it un refrigerated. I tell this to Jess at the Starbucks. She gives me a venti cupw/lid to keep my deli meats cooler. Thank you Jess. Looking for some specific items and along comes Keith. He helps me capably while politely fielding phone calls directed to him. With his eyes on me, asking forgiveness if he gets distracted while checking me out. Well Done Keith! Is self checkout later same Safeway. Chase is welcoming all. Directing safe and speedy self checkout with a wonderful smile and offers of assistance to anyone who might need it. Been here several times, I usually visit store at morning, this morning is the same, unfortunately the employee at self check need to help another person, which is fine, I understand people has special needs, but here is the thing, instead of leaving me stand there for 20 minutes waiting for help, can't you call someone to help me? Or maybe you can try to put two employees at self check out? I mean the process of me go in and go out usually takes 3 minutes, this morning it was 22 minutes, clearly thing should not go that way.

This location never has any employees working the registers. Then, the self check out line gets huge. Today, the self checkout was dirty and when I asked if I could move, the lady working gave me attitude. I hate shopping here. Why can't they have open checkers?!?!?

I went in today to buy lottery tickets and get my free ticket I won. I scanned the wrong ticket, not realizing it, so I asked for help. I soon realized I scanned the wrong ticket, the man coming to help arrived, so I apologized to him. This "happy to be alive" man said "you're good". I then bumped into him near dairy ,and asked him where I can find plant yogurt. He told me approximately where it's located and said he is right behind me. He helped me find what I was looking for, checked the best buy date, it turned out to be just a few days, so he asked me if I wanted half off. I jokingly said no! He told me to tell the cashier that Jason said to give me $3 off. I then asked him where I can find kiwi, he immediately pointed to the packaged kiwi. He was out there in the thick of the store, helping everyone. I went to pay, and then he showed up to make sure I received the $3 discount. Turns out he is the GM. I have to admit, it's been a long time since I have dealt with a manager in the service industry so helpful, knows his job well, and is absolutely ecstatic to help. QFC, you need to do everything possible to keep him!

One of the cleanest QFC's I've ever been in, and also they really stepped up their game by offering **excellent** soups and tuta bella salads! Busy deli counter - could use more employees here during the lunch rush, but other than that I keep coming here because it's a super nice store! The staff are made of gold.

Shout out to Taunya the florist. We bought two rose bouquets online but didn’t specify that they are for a wedding. When I picked up two normal bouquets I told them about the situation and Taunya was able to help me switch out the flowers and made a gorgeous bridal bouquet out of it

Not my usual QFC but it tends to have at least decent selection. It's larger than the one closer to my house. If they had items out of stock less frequently it would be a higher rating. But things are backed up due to the virus and other factors I guess, I just don't frequently see people stocking

Delicatessen some female staff don't wear hats or hairnets. They put the loaf of meat face down on a tray without using butcher paper in-between. I ordered 3/4 lb Pastrami and there was a 1/4 inch end of a loaf, she gave me the end cut instead of starting a new loaf of meat. She never asked what thickness of cut I wanted. After 20 years I'm not going there for deli meats. Fred Meyer Bellevue is way better.

With a full cart of groceries 2 kids and a baby in my arms, the “checker” watched us struggle and drop things while she was leaning on the liquor case and texting on her phone. I’ll be shopping at Safeway off 150th from now on. They will open a register when they see self checkout isn’t going to work for a customer.

Produce at this QFC is a JOKE. My partner and I buy fresh produce once a week and before half a week has passed, our produce is going bad. We bought an orange this week (an ORANGE, which normally lasts at least a week or two) and it has already got mold on the inside and rotted. We get potatoes that go bad in two weeks and rot, fresh lettuce that rots in a few days. I have NEVER had this problem at any other QFC in my life. I don't know what's going on here. Dry goods are fine, milk products are fine, but I shouldn't have an orange that rots in 3 days.

Staff here is great though. I'd give them five stars. Everyone is very friendly.

Outside looks dingy as hell but inside it's organised, clean, well stocked and has recent, fresh-looking products.

The staff I've encountered are friendly but unintrusive. Parking is ample. Pharmacy inside is helpful and efficient.

This review is written during the COVID-19 pandemic.

There is clear instructions about one-way lanes (that customers rarely follow but that's not their fault really), which is a nuisance but comforting. It says outside the store that no one without a face mask is allowed to enter but it is not enforced which is disappointing.

The Asian pharmacy assistant is very rude and arrogant. For the past 3 years, I have keep coming to this pharmacy because a warm, helpful Taiwanese female pharmacist that used to work at this pharmacy. Now, I have reconsider whether to come here anymore. The current Asian pharmacist assistant attitude is worst than her broken English.

Yesterday was my sons 12th birthday and I ordered his cake with the factoria store location late Sunday the day before my sons party. I was very pleased with the bright beautiful detailed design provided by their bakery. Not only did our cake look amazing in our videos it also tasted delicious, it was moist and not drenched in frosting. Every bite was perfect. You cannot go wrong with this bakery...

One of the cashiers obviously has got attitude (maybe toward moslems, don't want to make false accusations though) Not willing to answer greetings, throwing stuff on the belt, not willing to match the price with the discount label. We were trying to get a turkey with discount, but he picked on the difference between brands...
You don't see this kind of shortsightedness in Safeway or Fred Meyer.

The Factoria store just replaced their $6.99 salad bar with an $8.99 per pound "do it yourself" option, and wanted to charge me $14 for the same thing I used to get for $7. And no customer service on top of it all! I guess those long lines of people buying salads everyday was a real hassle for them but they've fixed that! You can count me as one less daily purchase they will be inconvenienced to process.

First time I visited a QFC to maybe buy some snacks for work. Saw two different price stickers: with card and without card. Immediately left.

I'm not paying more money because I don't have their free card and I'm not signing up for a card because it holds up the line and I don't want their stupid card in my wallet.

It's just an excuse for them to either overcharge out of town guests or force you to give them your address and phone so they can track you and send you spam in the mail. No thanks.

As an out of town guest grocery shopping 2 days before Christmas I was pleasantly surprised by friendly cashier Ken. He was funny, made great conversation, and had a wonderfully wry sense of humor.
