This location is usually decent but my visit today sucked. I walk in and the dude behind the counter is kinda rude but I brushed it off. They misplaced my order so they have to remake my pizza and I can hear the dude arguing with the lady in the back about something. Then as I’m waiting the door dasher comes in and says this is the wrong order and said ny name and then this dude at the front start yelling at someone on the phone. I’m typing this as I’m waiting for my pizza not to mention we had a death in the family and I’m picking up the pizza attempting to lift all of our spirits.

Based on the new standard of customer service of current young adult generation working, staff had the appropriate amount of customer service!

Stopped by on our way to the office during the 2024 power outages in Western Washington. Thankful they still had power and a couple of food items we could order. Thankful for the young man at the front handling customers and distributing orders

The customer service reps over the phone are very rude and disrespectful, I asked if they aren’t delivering for this location because door dash is saying they’re temporarily closed and then on the website it doesn’t allow delivery. The rep said “well we don’t deliver to your address and I don’t know what to tell you” and hung up the call. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

When I actually got a store person on the phone he was really nice and explained everything. But, the call center is horrible and need new workers who speak fluent English!

I recently placed a carryout order with Pizza Hut when I called the store to update my order and check on it, I was rudely hung up on by a man, and he was extremely aggressive with his tone of voice. He had an attitude issue. Be wary of this Pizza Hut.

The employees here are stellar and saved me from a pizza tragedy.

I just completed a half marathon and was looking forward to redeeming my free pizza that I had received for signing up for the rewards program. Unfortunately, my order through the app kept getting cancelled for unknown reasons!

I had been thinking about this pizza for multiple hours during a long, torturous run. I was worried that my hopes were about to be dashed.

However, William at the register was able to manually put through the promotion and save me from certain pizza doom.

Thank you William! Thank you Pizza Hut for delivering me to pizza Nirvana! I will be back to this location.

Please correct the "Dine-in" information on the web. There are chairs for people to sit and wait for their orders; you cannot have Dine-in without tables.

I order a pizza on the app. Showed up at the store and was told they did not have any orders for me. Informed me to check my email to see if I received anything about my order not being processed. I checked and there was an email informing the order could not be processed. I can't wait and left the store and when I get home I checked my bank account and there are 2 pending charges doubling up on the order that was not processed. I called the store and they couldn't help and game me the main customer service number. I called the customer service number and after answering 5 to 10 questions I was told that the charges should be reversed but that I would need to check my bank account. When I asked to talk to a manager the customer service rep kept telling me to hold and came back 3 times telling me there was not a manager available. When I told them I would continue to hold the rep hung up on me telling me if I wanted to talk to a manager I would need to call back. Just horrible service.

So my husband and I with our daughter walked in because we saw this location just opened and they had a for hire sign in the window and still do to this day I'm leaving the negative review because my husband talked to a Michael or Mike and told him to put an application in and call back to check on it even reassuring my husband he will be on the look out for his application well on this day today my husband has been calling to speak to a manager they literally hung up in his face my husband called back and asked again to speak to a manager the man ABSOLUTELY LIED AND SAID WE ARE NOT HIRING which is a lie because we were already told they were under staffed now mind you nobody at the location is black so if you see someone black working their that means they saw this comment and did it to make it look false my husband is currently on the phone with Corporate to discuss this ABSOLUTELY rude and discrimination updates soon

Awful delivery experience. They're understaffed so their delivery was subcontracted to DoorDash, consequently the online delivery tracker did not reflect reality. I had no idea whether the pizza was coming or not, and calling the store proved fruitless. My order eventually arrived ~50 minutes after the delivery driver left the store and way over the estimated delivery timeframe; by that point the food was inedible.
